Sunday I went to purchase a battery for my vehicle, after the nice young guy assisted me on the correct size I needed and proceeded to wait in the waiting area. After about 20 minutes or so had laspe, I was asked to come out to my car with the hood open and was told I would need a fuse for my car and that it would not start, I'm like "WHAT"?? What are you talking about, well ma'am some times those things happens, fuses go out, I'm like "No!" my car was perfectly fine when I drove in, long story short, they did something to blow that fused in my car, they didn't even put the new battery I was purchasing, and they had to rig my car with a screw & wire just for it to stay started. Needless to say I will NOT BE GOING BACK THERE!!

If I could have done the review with no stars I would have. We buy tires from this place and pay extra for road hazard and balance to get no service when needed. First time I came the so call tech couldn t find my info. today they mysteriously find info but no road hazard. Now I m just waiting 6 people came in behind me so I got pushed to the side while they wait on the other people.

Carl helped me jumpstart my battery in the front of the store parking lot and then I drove around so they could test the battery in the auto center. Carl was extremely personable and helpful.Additionally, I thought I had a warranty on my battery. Go to AutoZone, warranty had recently expired. I find a battery at Sam s online. That was a mistake because Sam s did not install the new battery correctly and my car was dead again that same night. It also took 30 + minutes for them to install when there was no other cars being serviced in the bay area.I told Carl that I would be back if I didn t get the warranty at AutoZone figured out, and that s what I should have done. Thank you Carl for your help, next time I ll request you!

On a road trip and needed an oil change. Work was fine, the area is sketchy, I wouldn t let my car out of my sight, not because of the employees but because of the people haggling around outside the store. I was happy to get back in my car and leave.

The service was good, in that the tech didn t leave us standing twiddling our thumbs. However, the price I was quoted over the phone turned out to be $100 cheaper than what I wound up paying, the tire tech correctly figured out my mistake in requesting tires, i.e. someone changed the wheel size which although the new tires were within acceptable range/size, it wasn t optimal for the vehicle). I appreciated his expertise. Their being short-staffed on that particular day put a strain on everybody and I know they hurried every chance they got; it took over two hours to mount four tires on a 2000 Ford Expedition.

An employee messed up the plastic guard on my front end during an oil change. It was hanging off and scraping the ground due to not being bolted back on correctly. We went back to have him put it back correctly and he began arguing, interrupting us, and being very animated to the point of becoming hostile. He was telling us to calm down but he was the one totally out of breath from screeching and yelling, repeating himself over and over. He was not capable of having a conversation like an adult. He should not be employed here or anywhere for that matter. He did not want to admit he did anything wrong. Mike, the manager, was very apologetic and offered to pay for someone to fix what his employee messed up even though it would take 5 minutes to fix. Be aware-you may end up with the employee who does not do his job correctly and will refuse to fix it.

Anytime I've gone, it has been for hours. Prepare yourself for other angry customers, underpaid staff, and management that will deny you the help you need. Abandon all hope those that enter!Regular staff is always nice to deal with though, but isn't that the way it always is?

Needed SUV battery replaced. Purchased no problem then they popped the hood and said they can't install due to where the battery is located. They had to use a jump box in order for me to start my car and find a local handy man to install. Terrible service, not much in the way of mechanics certainly wouldn't trust them to do oil change!

I visited hwy 10 tire center in Little Rock 2/28/22with a flat needing fixed to get to work. After waiting a half hour for a nice gentleman to come to my car to check me in, while he was checking me in a woman with a radio came out and said he needed to slow down. There was already a three hour wait because staff were on their lunch break. She said no more tire tickets only oil. Of course I was a tire ticket so they wouldn t add me. It was 1030am. I wondered why so many staff were in lunch but not my problem. She was rude and he was nice and apologized so I popped right across the street to the jiffy lube and bought a new tire. It s no secret WAL-Mart has poor customer service. So I wasn t shocked, just embarrassed for the gentleman helping me. Something like that should have been communicated quietly and not broadcasted to all the customers waiting. The gentleman handled it well and just apologized. No worries though!THANKS JIFFY LUBE ACROSS FROM WAL-MART FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A QUICK AND EASY TIRE SALE!

I didn't get a chance to use they're business. I called twice. The first time some one picked up but didn't say anything, so I called back. The second time I called right back and it hung up on me. This is the worst auto shop ever

The correct hours hadn't been updated so I showed up right before 6 after hitting traffic, they still squeezed me in last minute to get a much needed oil change. With our busy schedule this was a major blessing. And the price is really good, only 20$ more then it would cost to do it myself.

The first Walmart didn't have Castrol oil at all. They called the 2nd Walmart no one answered the phone. He checked system stated 8 Castrol in stock. Drive over get in line waited 20 minutes to be told they didn't have it. Go back and go inside the store look on shelf sure enough on shelf. Paid for oil and requested oil charge. Not a good experience. To be told by associate they can't check locations for product is ridiculous. Bad experience this trip.

Wanted to purchase a set of new tires but didnt have the less expensive ones in stock. The manager was upset that the older gentlemen told me that I could I have the tires put on my car that day because they were short-handed with employees absent due to covid. I felt it was best to leave so I purchased tires elsewhere.

Went in for an oil change. They told me that it would take 45 minutes to change the oil which was fine by me, so I went shopping for a bit. Came back and they said that I had no oil cap so they couldn't change my oil. That was an outright lie or else my car wouldn't have made it to the shop. Then they changed the story saying they didn't sell oil filters and couldn't change it. Which is weird if you say you do oil changes and even in the receipt it would say "oil and filter change". So I just went to Firestone and they changed it without any problems. Never going back there again.

Staff is nice and they generally get you in and out in about 1 hour. Very convenient to be able to get my shopping done while I'm getting an oil change or tires. Prices are reasonable.

I ordered tires off Walmart's website and had NLR tire department put them on. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Calvin was superb..he made me feel like we had met before and put me at ease. I will most definitely be coming back here for more work/service on my car in the future!

DO NOT GO HERE! Went to get the oil changed in our 2001 Yukon. We normally change the oil ourselves. Me and my husband have been changing the oil in our Yukon for years. We were short on time and decided to go to the Lube department to get our oil changed. Pulled up, went inside. The front desk associate told us to pull into another lane. We had our two year old son with us at the time all this mess went down. Then they told us they did not have the oil and filter. No problem. We went right around the corner and bought the appropriate items. We know the oil that goes in our truck- the mechanic was going to put a totally different oil in it. Then they said they needed 6 quarts. My husband once again went out of his way and went and bought and extra quart. Then they said ok, and pulled our truck back around. We went shopping to pass the time. I gave them my number previously. After 45 minutes we went to check on the progress. They pulled our vehicle out of the shop. We went to pay for the services and the front desk associate informed us that they couldn't work on it. We had the mechanic that worked on it come out and explain why they couldn't. He told us the oil plug was stripped. My husband (knowing that it wasn't) asked him, "how it was stripped!?" The mechanic asked who fixed it last. My husband told him it was himself. The mechanic said he didn't know what happened but it was already stripped when he got under it. On their disclaimer they are not reliable for anything they damage or steal out of your vehicle. Got home and saw where the fresh metal marks were where the mechanic at Walmart stripped it. It was so stripped and warped that it took my father 30 minutes to get it off of the vehicle (seriously wish I took a picture). We had to make another trip to Bumper to Bumper to get the part. It was only $5. Which obviously wasn't an issue for us. We just were extremely upset that the mechanic lied and that there was complete lack of professionalism. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I went two days in a row to get the tires changed on my truck and the first time the techs left knowing we needed the tires changed then the second day they wouldn't put the tires on saying that they have to put the tires on that the computer says even tho the size we have on the truck isn't the stock tires saying that it's a liability I've never been told thru couldn't put a tire on a vehicle that's not the stock tires I won't be going back to them for anything because it's always a problem with something

Go Here. These guys are solid and you'll get the best price on tires or anything for your car. Good idea to know what you want before you get there because there isn't a lot of customer service like you would like. But they're CHEAP.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went in for something stuck in my tire I didn't want to pull out. Turned out to be no big deal, no tire damage and they didn't charge me a dime!! Honest folks.

It's is your average auto center, I had wait about 5 minutes before anyone greeted me. The Auto tech wasn't too customer friendly. But I was in and out in 25 minutes so service was pretty quick!

I think they stripped my lug nut and lied to me about it to avoid responsibility. The front desk assistant is absolutely worthless at her job, doesn't know hardly anything about options are available, and can't/won't explain why certain work was done on the car.
