I came for oil change and tire rotation. Only one car in front of me. Lazy bones - it took more than 1.5 hrs. Plus, I selected "criss-cross" tire rotation but they did only "front to back" - why to ask the customer if you still do whatever way? Two years ago they mounted my new tires inside out. Enough for me - I will not come there again.Update: two days later noticed that one lug bolts is missing on my wheel (either it was never tightened or was not ever even replaced after tire rotation) - what a messy service!!!!

Terrible service. Rates on the screen behind the counter says $11 for mounting for carry in, I brought my own tires, 4 of them, the price that was quoted was $118..... I'm not that great at math but that doesn't add up to me.

It's Wally World my peeps Needed a car battery. Best price in town and installation was free Cost less than my other go-to place. Man o man the service was impeccable, wait time was unbelievablely short. Walmart, Baseline, hood......

They are trying to turn it around Lee the auto manager reached out to me to let me know that he is willing to comp me for my unfortunate previous visits. He was very helpful and amenable. Other than the long wait for tire service I recommend!!

Horrible customer service. First of all they were supposed to open at 8am that didn't happen. But cool it happens sometimes right? My dislike came from the lady that was working the counter. She was extremely unhelpful. Like she didnt even try to help me figure out the next step in getting my tire fixed or just getting a new tire. At that point I felt like I should just get a job there and do it myself. Luckily the guy in the bay was more helpful and respectful. Overall I wont be going back even though it's literally 5 minutes away from my home.

I have always had good service but this was the best. Jacob and his crew were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He helped me pick out some great tires at a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to utilize them for my auto needs!

I was really aggravated by the wait time. First it was... In a hr, we can change the tire. That went to over 3 HR wait, then it was closing time. Will not repeat that horrible experience. Couldn't locate person with my car keys, couldn't exit out the back, door locked. Btw, that is illegal, to have a exit locked during business hours. Fire code. Ugg

This is the worst auto center I've ever been to. I had a 2:00 p.m. appointment to have 2 tires installed on my car. After about 35 min. I was told by one of the mechanics that I had to go to the pick up center to pick up the tires and then take them back over to the auto center. So, I get to the pick up center and they won't answer the phone. Finally they answer and they delivered the 2 tires to the auto center. The auto center should have called pick up instead sending me to get them. After that, they are just walking around, in no hurry to put the tires on. They were suppose to take out a nail and repair one of my tires. Wasn't done and it was their idea to fix that tire. This ordeal took 2 and 1/2 hours !! I have COPD and did not need this kind of stress. I'm warning others...

Works wall-mart in auto care its show its open till 7 but they close at 6 lol and they was saying whey wont work without manager

Absolute worst experience I am posting this at 11:36 am. I ve been here since 9:27 all I need is two new tires. I ve agreed to pricing and things to get them purchased and and replaced free of charge but charge me to get the rotated. That is fine! Was told it shouldn t take long. Awesome! Okay! Two hours later I m still waiting and my vehicle has yet to move!

Try to get one tried fix they say it go to be a five hour just for that I be damn think I go to sit there for five for that so I'm go somewhere else.

I placed an order online for tires, I was told that if I buy tires at Walmart they will do the replacement for free. However, I would have to pay an extra fee per tired for rotation, I thought it was a good deal. Once my order arrived and I went to get them installed, I was told there were too many cars to come back tomorrow there was still almost 2 hours left before closing time (keep in mind I am already driving with a bad tire), yet, I understood and left to come back the next morning. After dealing with the "online pick up" service and having to wait, I was finally told they could not installed them at the Walmart Shop since the tires I bought were not the recommended size on the vehicle. The tires I bought were 215/65R16, the ones recommended on the vehicle were 215/70R16, now I understand is a corporation policy, but I actually bought the tires there, I talked to the shop personal to order the tires , and in front of them told them I would order those tires and no one mentioned this policy to me. After hours of waiting and waiting my time, I really wish I would of been told this policy from the very beginning when I first purchased the tires. I really think their customer service could be better. Thanks, Dale's Tires (on Asher) for saving me a huge headache.

I have been here since 8:50am and still here over 2 tires! The maintenance crew so slow! No fire about them at all!! I've gotten tires here before but I was out much quicker!!!

What a good experience they had 1 technician and I was only there for 2 hrs! that was 2 new tires and my oil change. This Walmart needs to keep everyone that working from 3pm to 6pm in automotive and the shop on Monday Dec 16th 2018 thank you

They broke the door handle on my truck and then lied and said it was already like that. The manager promised to fix it or reimburse us and then backed out of his promise. The employees at the baseline location are so ghetto and unprofessional. I wish that for they had in the parking lot a few weeks ago would have burned the automotive section down. They suck so very much.

I debated between here and a local tire shop. Let's just say i should have supported the mom & pop shop. Oh, and u may as well cancel all your appointments for the rest of the day even if u have an appointment. ...and FYI, if u order tires online, u have to go to customer service at the front of the store (wait in line and then for an attendent) and then personally roll your new tires across the supercenter to the garage(!?!) There is no automated check-in for arrival or coordination between the pick-up desk and the auto center.

i mean.... they are low priced but you are gonna be waiting around for hours on an oil change and a tire patch and then you gotta worry about if they did the job right..... I don't go here but my hardheaded boyfriend insists on using them for some reason.

I got my battery changed their, it was under warranty, they tested it to confirm it was bad and gave me new one. They stood by their product, which is very important aspect of customer service. I love Walmart!

Terrible! I waited 2 hours for a fifteen minute oil change. The assistant mgrs hadvthe nerve to give me a $20 gift card for a $19.99 oil change and when I went to pay.....they had charged me for an oil filter because they didn't have it in the bay! Where do they do that?! Sorry!

Amber the service manager was very diligent and doing her job she even vacuum out the car and I like the new prices $48 for synthetic oil it was under our say about 45 minutes

I PROMISE THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD WITH WAL MART. YOUR MAINTENANCE DEPT. IS WITHOUT ORDER. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SAW SO MANY DIS SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. You need to see this dept. on camera!

Went there today to get a tire changed and it took three hours so you tell me said it was a hour wait. But i dropped the car off at 3 didn't get it till 7

Giving up on this location... always understaffed, super long waits... 4th time TRIED oil chg, 4th fail at time estimate (often over 90 mins )
