Bought a car from Skylar at VW of LR. Super laid back, not pushy at all and extremely informative. Got to work with Mr. Morrow in finance. He was great A breath of fresh air after my last experience with a competitive dealership. Hope to be able to do business with them again in the future; it was a great car-buying experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! We are from out of state and came to look at a used vehicle they had for our daughter s first car! Professionalism was shown the minute we stepped out of our vehicle! We used Josh and Trey as our reps and they were wonderful to deal with! The car had a few issues, and this company went ABOVE AND BEYOND in fixing the few problems! We were willing to leave the car behind on a promise they would come through on fixing everything and they did! You don t see quality service like this anymore . So they now have a customer for life! My husband and I would DEFINITELY buy from them again! When the car was ready, they showed us the courtesy in having it brought to us since we live 3 hours away! We Will forever be grateful for the treatment we received and can t wait to post the video of our daughter being surprised with her 1st car Christmas morning stay tuned!!!!!!

My husband and I were car shopping all day. Had plenty of car salesmen not eager to sell or maybe not taking us seriously. My husband came into contact with Josh on phone and Allan Larkin came and delivered the sell! We went to 4 different dealerships and test drove. Allan was the first to ask What can we do to have you leave with this car? . He wasn t being pushy either. Attentive while also patient! That resonated! We drove all the way back from Conway to buy the car (it was also a really solid car). Sometimes it s the salesmen along with the car. This was one of those times.

I am so impressed with my experience buying my new car with Josh Williams. From start to finish Josh and the entire staff were attentive, informative and a pleasure to work with. I never want to buy a car anywhere else again. It was fast, streamlined and fair. The paperwork came in perfect order for the DMV. Josh even called me on my birthday! I love this dealership and Josh Williams!

My experience was great from the finance Manager Brandon, my salesman Kareem and Dustin. Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable, listening to what I needed for my trade and the price of my vehicle and getting me a good interest rate for my financing. I had such a wonderful experience at this dealership! Everyone there was so friendly and personable. Terry Mooney specifically was a joy to work with, so fun to be around and never made the buying process stressful at any point. He was thorough and able to answer every question that I had. I recently came in for an oil change and was greeted with the most positive experience. There were fresh baked cookies to enjoy while we waited and Miriam at the service counter was amazing in making sure what my prepaid maintenance covered and even honored the free tire rotation I received in the mail. Each interaction I have had with the service department has been great!

Always THE BEST service! I would not take my car to any other service center. They are excellent at fining solutions and fixing any issues with repair. Excellent Tehran around and always super friendly. Cole is the best , top notch service agent and Miriam is a pleasure.

Very friendly atmosphere. Comfortable waiting area. Service sometimes takes longer than anticipated, which can be challenging when you've scheduled a specific time away from work. They're quite accommodating- highly recommend.

I was out of town and a light came on my dash. I stopped at your establishment and received excellent service. I had my granddaughter and my great grandson with me. They offered us drinks and snacks while we waited. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. The service representative was very informative and kept me updated on my vehicle and I was back on the road after about an hour !!!

Polite, knowledgeable staff! I was made to feel like a valued customer, and the dealership itself is GORGEOUS. I really appreciate the text and phone contacts before the appointment too - not that I was going to forget, but it says that their time is important and they are glad I'm coming. Makes me with I'd bought my VW there back in 2018...

I'm going to give a very honest review about this place. The customer service in the service department is very poor in communication, for example I told them only to fix a few things was to fix a few things; replace the steering lock, ignition cylinder and the battery. I told Miriam and Kole that I would hold off on replacing the o2 sensor and let me deal with the who did replace my o2 sensor. Come to find out Owens volkswagen did two things I didn't approve which was replaced my o2 sensor and they did an oil and filter change which did not need to be changed because i just had my oil changed a few months ago plus the next oil change that was due was when I reached 179000 miles when my mileage was at 174343. I had to wait nearly a month to pick up my car and to make matters worse they had no courtesy vehicles.The service manager himself was less than helpful, I tried to explain to him on the phone exactly what happened but he refused to listen and call me a liar. I guess I can see where the poor customer service communication skills is coming from. If the owner is reading this I hope you make some changes in the service department by dealing with the service manager in Volkswagen as well asKole and Miriam because I would hate to take this to court when the people in the service did some things I didn't approve of behind my back that cost me an extra $1000. I even have a witness that heard me tell the service department to replace my o2 sensor. If the owner is reading this please fix this and get back to me so we can deal this miscommunication! Thanks

I always get the warmest welcome and nicest service reps who take care of any little issue I may be having. They have gone above and beyond to fit me in quickly when I have had issues like a check engine light come on so that I can get my car in and looked at ASAP. Overall the service is outstanding.

Miriam was very professional, helpful, and responsive each time my vehicle was serviced. My most recent visit was challenging because after over a month of waiting, Volkswagen was unable to provide the parts necessary to fix my vehicle and I was forced to trade in my Volkswagen for another vehicle. The service team and sales team were very helpful during this process.

Highly Recommend!!!! I recently purchased a car here and I had the best experience. This was my second purchase from this dealership and it seems that the customer service keeps getting better and better. The new management is amazing! Terry Mooney was my sales man and he went above and beyond to help land me in a great car. He was very detailed, thorough, friendly, and extremely helpful as well as the sales manager Mr. Benny. They got me a great deal on my new VW Tiguan and they took care of me from the beginning till the end. I really appreciate them for taking a chance on me 4 years ago so I could finally get my first brand new car this year. Im looking forward to working with them again. If I'm honest, I traded my previous car (not a Volkswagon) because the service department was extremely problematic. However, this was my fist experience with the Volkswagon service and it was the absolute BEST! I never felt that I was asking a stupid question. When I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile. I was frequently updated about the status of my car. Volkswagon even provided onsite services that were due, even though I was there for something different. It was great attention to detail and exceptional communication. I've had many cars but this was the best service department, hands down.

This was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. The car basically sold itself and the salesperson was very helpful without ever being pushy. We made it very clear what we were looking for in a new vehicle and we found it there.2/19/24. Apparently after we purchased our new VW the dealership has changed hands; and it has not been a good experience for us with anything service related. In December we had the "check engine" light come on, and were told it was a computer part that had to be ordered in. The part came in by early January, but we were not able to schedule the service until last week because they were "too backed up because of the weather"; even though this is an almost new car. We took the car for the repair on 2/15 and ended up having to leave it with them because they didn't order a gasket that was required for the repair. The manager said he would personally drive the vehicle to us [we live 80 miles away] today, but now are being told they will have a courier bring it to us. This is not the kind of service we were told we could expect when we purchased the vehicle. If things do not improve we will not deal with them in the future.

I had a serious problem when my daughter s VW Jetta key broke. After resorting to calling VW, I was given very useful information on how to obtain one. Jared helped me with the order and unfortunately FedEx delivered the key to the wrong address. Jared worked diligently to track the key down and expended great resources to obtain it since I had conveyed to him that my daughter had a plane to catch in Dallas on Friday the day before the key was delivered.

Excellent, professional service from this VW store//service provider. Competitive rates for battery sales and installation. Service writer was knowledgeable, confidential and helpful due to time constraints. Very clean dealership. This is my best experience with any VW dealership for 2014 Beetle.
