Went in for a small fuel leak on my tripac. Checked in with the nice service manager he told me it would be a hour or so I got one in front of me. Np I parked and got pulled into a bay in exactly a hour later. Technician fixed my fuel leak. I was so happy with the work I had him do a pm service and replace a belt as well. When he was all done with the work he even pressure washed the unit for me. Not once has any other ThermoKing in the country cleaned the unit after working on it for me. That is a 5 star performance if you ask me. Bill was accurate and not over written. Will definitely go back and would def recommend to other drivers. These guys should fly around and teach other ThermoKing dealers how to run a business. Ty Tri state ThermoKing

Tri Pac service and check engine light diagnostic. Guys did a stellar job, blowing cold and holding up. was told a two hour wait and was bang on time. About an hour and a half in the shop, no messing around. Will use again.

They got us in and out right away. Had a bad battery (smelled like rotten eggs) and topped off the coolant for the TCU (original reason we came in). Our TCU was throwing codes. Great guys. Had us in/out in about an hour and a half. I am hoping we were just lucky and they were just at a slow time. Lol

Mechanic Tim was extremely nice and got our truck fixed up fast. Thermo King APU AC wasn't working. He replaced the fan and fuse and now it's working better than new. We checked in at 8am and was out by 920am. Would recommend this place hands down!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Outstanding!! I had an issue with my APU, I called & was told they were pretty full, but they would try to fit me in. They did, & in no time Dalton (the tech) knew the issue & went right after it. But he didn't stop there.. he also took a look at things to make sure it all looked right.. he didn't like some wiring, so he fixed it. Got me in & out quickly, and the bill was very reasonable, my boss & I both think so. They also took the time to explain what was wrong, why, & what to look for. Excellent customer service from the service writer to the tech! Thank you guys!I ABSOLUTELY will come here again!!

Friendly place, quick response and on point to fix your problem. On top of it they charge with fair price. I have been to so many different TK, you will feel robbed when you left. Recommended and will come again.

This place is on top of what they do .We went in without an appointmentNeeded some work done to our bunk heat/a.c. and we were in and out in an hour !!! Super nice folks ,very knowledgeable.

Purchased a condenser fan motor for my tripac here. Didn't get it installed by them, did the work myself to save time. This location has a very large parking area and they allowed me to switch the part out on their property and junk the old one in their trash. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Shop tech even verified my diagnosis. Quick in and out 20 minutes.

I highly recommend these guys. They were professional and very kind. They got me in quickly and were able to fix my reefer unit and my APU. They taught me how to do preventive care on my APU so I wouldn t have problem in the future.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I use this facility on a regular basis for my Tri-Pac APU. Dustin, the mechanic that works on my truck, is always knowledgeable and offers suggestions on different things that can or should be done to improve performance and reliability. I live in the area and am able to drop my truck off for the repairs but every time I call they seem to be able to get me in within a day or so. They highly recommended by me.

Very thorough, they worked hard to fix all of the many apparent issues with my APU. Only one hidden issue remains and I'm confident in their ability to fix the problem my next time through. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone and will be giving them my business in the future. Best Thermo King I have ever been to.

Best thorough service we ve ever gotten for our APU. Thankyou Dustin for doing an amazing detailed job getting our APU back working again and for washing it after, very professional excellent service. We arrived early in the morning and they took us In soon after and we were back on the road by early afternoon.

Excellent. I was clueless to what was wrong with my APU. They could have charged me whatever they wanted, but they didn't. Very reasonable.I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I wish all businesses would operate with this kind of integrity.

Very helpful as they are open on Saturdays and we're able to fix my cooling unit while i waited. Be ready though to spend couple hundred dollars just for them to take a look at your equipment.

Had service done at different dealership. Had belt replaced but got loose and started to squeal. Got to Little Rock they got me in bay quickly. My tech was Shay he corrected the problem and also checked for codes. Great JOB!!!!

I ride across the USA and pass a ton of Thermoking shops just to get to this one and get the PM done.These folks installed my TripPak Evolution and did an excellent clean professional job.It is honestly difficult to find shops like this one.Everyone here knows a drivers clock is ticking and get you in and out ASAP while still getting the job done right the first time.A 10 star shop for sure!

Excellent customer service quick in n out had problem with my egr cooler n value clogged clean n some sensor service guy n tech r very friendly they know what they r doing 100 % recomond very clean place driver lounge n they have free coffee water n popcorn

The tech(Cody) did an excellent job on my A.P.U.He was professional, kept me informed about what he was doing once he found the problem.Got me up and running in good timing.I wasnt waiting for a very long time to get service done.Thanks Thermo-King and thank you Cody.

Very knowledgeable staff took the time to detect what the problem was fixed it took a few hours but when you track down electrical sometime it's not that easy give them a five-star rating for sure
