I've been spending money them for years , buying tires , rims, etc I bought a gladiator xcomp 35x12.50x24 mud tire from them on 6/9/2023 and barely had the tire 60 something days and the tire started to separate I called up there and the told me come up there so they can have look at it and warranty it out but when I get there they tell me that the warehouse didn't want to warranty it out said that I could've hit something which I didn't even if did what's the point in having warranty if you can't honor it so I was told to come back the next week when owners are there and they weren't so Dee the guy they had working there while they're so call out the country told me that he was texting with the owners about this and they said they were going take the tire off and use another warehouse and they would have to charge me for a new tire instead of warranty it out and also told me the was going take the tire to the guy Chris when the owner got back to have word with him, I will never spend money with this place again I spent $492 with them just to get scammed I had to go to another city to buy a new tire and the guys at the shop said that the gladiator xcomp I got from The tire Shoppe was either defective or the workers damage the tire trying to put it on the rim I will be reporting this the BBB

Great, they did a front-end alignment on my brother's auto. 2007 Envoy...all 4 wheels. I would like to give a higher rating, but if I could give a 10 STAR ...I would. 5 Stars. Very nice place. Clean & polite service. I will come again. Thank you for helping us as disabled VETERANS.

After signing a $3,000 credit agreement and my truck still didn't run properly. I was told my truck was wrecked and I didn't ask for a full expection . Who tows their vehicle to a shop and does want a full expection done?? I thought they had completely fix my truck to not make it to the Exxon not even one block away from the shop. Went immediately back to be told they wasn't told to fully expect the vehicle.. I'm too hurt I waited over two weeks for my truck and everyday they told me the Buick dealership was on strike. . I truly had faith in them because they have helped me once before BUT this isn't acceptable. Then told me I was trying to get something free. How can I get anything free when payments will be coming out of my bank account. I wanted my truck fully repaired. All they had to say was they were not capable of doing so.. but no they took my money and threatened to call the police because they were ready too go home and they will reevaluate the truck tomorrow.. I have a night job that I haven't been to in a week or two because I'm waiting on my truck. Now I'm about too lost my job because they making it seem like I lied about when my truck will be ready. All they had tO do was fix it completely. How can I tell you the professional what to fix..

This place is a ripoff! They tried to charge my daughter $1800.00 for fake repairs. Took to another shop and found out they LIED! Nothing wrong!

Me and my friend said at this place for 2 hours and some change just to get one tire taken off and one put on Bad Business very bad!

My husband purchased a truck tire on 6/9 here it is not even 90 days later the tire is separating and after giving him the run around for 2 weeks they tell my husband that he will have to buy another one. Definitely Bad business!!!

I was bringing my mother to her Chemo appointment in Little Rock. I had a tire go bad on the freeway. They found me a tire and replaced it quickly despite it being an uncommon tire. The service was fast, friendly and very helpful considering I was several hours away from home rolling on a donut spare. They were life savers! Kristina and Sammy are awesome!

Came to this establishment for a set of tires. Was barely given options. They added 4 very cheaply made tires and didn't even balance them. I went back and they did a free alignment and my car still shook like crazy. I took my car back and left with it still shaking. After asking the female what had been done to my car she pushed the paperwork across the counter and walked away.I visited this place 5 times and I still had to take my car somewhere else and PAY AGAIN to have my tires balanced... all 4 were out of balance. Very poor communication and worse service.Use this place with caution. I know I'll never be back.

Those guys can take care of all your auto needs! The wait is not too long either! I was there for at the most one hour!

Very unprofessional place of business. I came in and guys that came in after me were getting serviced before me. Wait time was too long and all I needed done was two tire sensors installed and programmed and 1 new tire. They didn't program my sensors before installing them and then act like they didn't understand how to program the sensors. How you service tires and don't know how to install sensors. I was told to drive it 20 miles knowing they didn't program them and then when I came back he said what do you want me to do about it because I told him my tires didn't show a psi reading. Sad! The same guy was talking about customers when they hung up the phone so bad to the point I just waited outside.

Left my vehicle to get a tune- up only to discover they made it worst ,had to find another mechanic shop only after they wouldn t answer my calls about my vehicle wasn t fixed. I believe they have more than one person working on vehicles and they are not in communication with each other the supervision sucks they are not professional . How do you get a tune-up on your car to run better and they created a whole other problem? either they don t know how to repair it or just don t know what they are doing ? Either way horrible experience

Staff is really nice and gave me a VIP experience. I plan to be a repeat customer for all of my automotive needs. Spoke to one of the guys about opening an auto body & paint shop so they can be a true 1 stop shop. Keep up the great work! Love my 26 inch rims on the Sierra.

Purchased a set of 305,30,26 Venon Power the tire was after only having them for 7 months and they did not want to honor their warranty, they told me that it was my trucks fault !!! That the tire was bad smfh!!!

I wouldn t send my dog to these people. I was mislead and overcharged. I was fully taken advantage of and the kicking part is . My suv was still messed after paying 1500 total rip off!!!!

Horrible place I went here instead of my usual place USA tires and call before hand told me my total was 160 and when I got there I ask again how much everything be they said 160 they got done and try to charge me around 300 like I say horrible place I just stay to my same place USA tires they will not try to take advantage of youThey couldn t even put my psi on tires right and they call them self the the tire shope smh

If I could give them less than 1 Star, I would. Disorganized, chaotic, and unprofessional. I purchased 4 new tires and they weren t able to do an alignment so I had to come back. I drove the care for about twenty days and the car started bouncing and pulling to the right. I called and was told to bring it in that day so I did. They let other people who came in after me go before me. Christina continued to lye and tell me I was next but they continued to let other people with big rims go ahead of me. If you don t have big rims you will be looked over.

Every single time I've taken my car there. They fix the problem but a bigger problem follows right after and they are very rude unprofessional gauge price if you're a female. They are always putting you on hold and quick talking to you. I will never use them again. My name is Carol . I truly believe they are cons

I only went here because it was recommended , but I should have not . I went for a front end alignment and a set of new tires it hadn t been a year yet and 2 of my tires are bad . Matter I called to inform themOf the issue and I spoke with Christina who was very rude and continued to over talk me . She stated my car must have been out of aligned and claimed I probably hit a pothole so they warranty is no longer valid . Not to mention when I initially got this done they lost the lock to my vehicle and tried to say o lost it but how when I gave it to y all when I firstCame . I m extremely upset about this treatment luckily I don t have to use there services again $400Down the drain ....

This place has never let me down, it's like they straight up Jedi! Works is awesome, and prices are fair. Longest I've had to wait for a repair as a walk in was 2 hours. And that's because I literally walked there, and back to my house to wait and greet the tech! LoL

We had a tire coming apart on the interstate going from Dallas TX back to Tennessee. We called The tire shoppe and she told us they had two at their warehouse and needed to know if we wanted them because the warehouse closed in 30 min. We said yes. When we got there we paid for them and she sent us to another tire shop to mount them because she had a super long wait. Very good experience!

I have a 2012 GMC Acadia. I am so upset, this place is a slap in the face. I paid these guys over $1400 and they messed my vehicle up. I am truly displeased with the work that was done and I was overcharged. I would not recommend these people to anybody. Horrible work.

Had a set a wheels I purchased mounted and installed on my vehicle. Came back a few days later to pick up my factory wheels only to discover one had been stolen or misplaced and they said I'm responsible for paying for it

Bomb dot com service. Mario, Taylor, Sammy are awesome. Great customer service. Took care of me and were done in less than 20 minutes. Very professional. Saved me over $650.00

I've been doing business with the Tire Shoppe for over 8 + years now. My first choice every time to purchase wheels and tires here in Little Rock. Thank you all for caring about your customers. Great people and environment to be around while getting you car maintenance.

Took in my 04 Grand Am to have new tires put on all 4 old ones and an oil change. 2 of the tires were still in good condition and the other 2 were really bad. We left and were only gone for about 5 mins when the manager Jim called to inform me that one of the rim/wheels on my car was cracked pretty bad. He wasn't able to find a replacement today for a reasonable price. We didn't have enough money today to go through with buying all 4 tires so we went ahead and got 2 brand new ones to replace the bad ones and kept my 2 old tires that were still in really good condition. They put my donut tire on the back tire since we didn't have another rim.The reason why I rated them with 5 starts is because Jim told me to check in with him tomorrow, he was going to call around some more to try to find a rim at a good price. He told me that after we find a new rim and I bring it back in that the service would be completely free, putting the wheel/tire on, rotating it, and a full alignment to my car free of charge! He said that he felt bad about having to give me bad news like that considering that getting the 4 new tires and oil change was an early birthday present from my mom so I could bring my daughter to Texas to visit her soon. He is such a nice man!

They are always helpful and fair. I was told at a different shop that I needed a new tire. They charged me to patch it and it's still going strong 6 months later. This is the only tire shop I will use. I would give them 5 stars but there is sometimes a lengthy wait. :)

Horrible Service and they don't do good good they messup your car and and take your money. And you can make a appointments with this company and your car stay on the lot all day and and it wont get in the shop . Bought tires and they wont give you your free alignment that goes with buying tires they will tell you need to buy other parts for your car so they wont have to give you that service. This company is horrible don't go HERE you will be .They brakes parts on your car and tell you that you need to pay for it. They say customers are not right. They say there employees are always right.

This place is terrible. I just left there to getting a synthetic oil change which cost me a hundred and $10. While doing the oil change they opened up my tailgate in my Lincoln Navigator and messed up my rear wiper blade and told me it would be three hours before they can look at it. Their customer service is terrible oh did I mention I have to wait 2 hours for an oil change when they got my car sitting in there because they didn't have the oil that was needed for my vehicle. I will never be going back. And now I have to go and pay someone else to fix my rear windshield wiper

Do not recommend to anyone... They are unprofessional, rude. Never got a phone call from them, after car had been sitting for 5 days. When called kept saying they were going to look at it and would call. Never heard a thing, finally got tired of calling and decided to take to another auto shop.....A phone call from time to time would have shown that they cared!!!If didn't have enough sense to call their customer, then the wouldn't had enough sense to fix it!!! The only reason they got 1 star is because had to do it to post comment.

The tire shop has really went down since Dewayne is no longer there he really knew how to deal customers. This new guy mario sucks before I could tell him I had appointment to get my car fix he already had a attitude Lord help Sammy and Kristen because I really like doing business with them..
