Such a good experience! Firestone was too busy at the moment and so I didn t know where else to go for a quick oil change. I saw take 5 while driving by and I said I ll try them! So glad I did. It was decent time that I waited and the guys were great. My kiddos got fruit snacks and some capri suns while we waited. I appreciate y all so much!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Would give negative if there was an option! Waited over 45 mins in a lane. This is 2nd time after oil change they messed up. Around 5:45pm they are all acting crazy I understand they want to go home .. not focusing on work . 1st time they forgot to put one lugnut . When went next day they denied it . This is 2nd time they messed don t know what they did but now my engine light is on . Never going back . If they can t keep up during closing time they need to stop taking customers.

Great service. MOD was great, and there was a guy who asked if we needed water and gave us some cold. Another guy asked us as well. These guys are doing a great job over here. Come get your oil changed with them. Very professional and nice.

Bryant is amazing. He changed my oil today and offered to put on my windshield wipers that I ad from my own car. He was friendly and thoughtful. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place! I ve been here several times and will continue to come back. Awesome!

Shon and Austin changed my oil, cabin and air filters (they didn t make fun of me too bad for those), checked my tire pressure, and popped my poor front bumper back in place. They were so kind and fun! Great personalities and excelled at their job.

Do not use for anything other than a BASIC oil change. I went in for a coolant exchange and the tech didn t burp the line so when I got home I had antifreeze leaked all over my garage. To make it right they offered me a refund. It has been over a month and I was just informed my refund is just now on the way via check. Their customer experience is terrible and archaic.

1 hour later in a RENTAL CAR !The payment has nothing to do with me let s start there . Instead of honoring contract I am sitting waiting on both company s ! Instead of hiring employees that understand people they hire robots to emoluments numbers !

Take 5 on Rodney Parham is great! I went Saturday morning and they were busy but I was not there long at all even after a problem with my oil change occurred and I was there longer than intended! They changed all my air filters, fixed my issues and changed my oils with no fuss. I was even given a discount due to I was there longer than I planned. Thank you take 5, I ll be back at my regularly planned oil change in December!!! P.S. they even give you water right when you pull in!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Fast and convenient I was able to get in and out in less than 15mins. The technicians were cool and very transparent. They showed me the oil, the filter before and after the oil change. They even aired up my tires. Only reason I d go 4/5 stars is the price is a bit high expect to spend at least $100.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

That was my second time coming to this specific Take 5 and they never disappoint. The service is ALWAYS amazing and each man in there is so nice and patient. The store manager was very kind as well! Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication. I know dealing with people can draining but you guys handle it very well.

I came here because of the good reviews.... ok..... NOT only did I get a coupon when calling in to check hours., but when I pulled up a man pointed me to the next available stall, asked what I was needing today, gave me a water & my daughter a snack & drink. I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience when oil change. I feel like it's always so uncomfortable. I love 2 hrs away & believe I will make a trip here EVERY TIME. Thank you guys. Truly!

I had an Amazing visit at my local Take 5 auto shop! They took great care of me and explained everything to my satisfaction! They kept me laughing the whole time and even put my medicine in their fridge to keep it cool while waiting for them to finish working on my car! Psychic that I am!!! I see an all expense paid trip to Disney for each one of them in their futures! (Make it happen Take 5 auto owners - They deserve it) They truly made my day! Everyone just standing around talking on their phones. Fully staffed but waited 20 minutes for them to start after they got me in the hay. Whole oil change took close to an hour. Never go to this one again.

Went there to ask when my last oil change was and when my next one is due. After 10 mins they told me to get into my car and get in line outside the service bay. Nobody ever came out to help me, even though they had plenty of employees who were not busy. After 15 minutes, I left. I do not understand why an incredibly simple customer question like this cannot be answered in a reasonable amount of time. . Customers do not like being ignored. Maybe they were too busy working on their book, How to Lose Customers Forever.

Slowest oil change in Little Rock. Plan for as much as two hours sitting in your car. Understaffed and the employees that are here move as if they are in quicksand.

Logan and company did a fantastic job, albeit nothing more than an oil change and checking the air in my tires. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and was very helpful through teaching the newer, younger employee perform his job and well.We need more people like him

The Take 5 Oil Change on Rodney Parham in Little Rock, Arkansas are the SHIIII!!! I stopped going some years ago because of the OLD crew which is no longer there THANK GOD! Where should I start, the young man with the dreads greeted me before I even pulled in and that was very different from what the OLD staff did. These guys and I apologize for not getting their names which is my fault but there were two high energy professional African Americans guys and The manager who was Caucasian. When I tell you the Taller African American guy was on his shyt from scanning me in all the way down to explaining the options for oil. I have NEVER had a mechanic take a picture and show me the safety steps he took to make sure my vehicle was protected from oily hands and such. They communicate with me from being guided in until they guided me out and that is why I will be having all of my vehicles serviced there as long as they are there. Good job Rodney Parham crew for making me feel comfortable and for the amazing customer service and communications. I wish they could promote you all to travel to other locations and teach them about customer services and retention. I m so glad I stopped by and I m thankful and grateful that I had the please of meeting you all and your professionalism. The the corporate office if you read this. Those guys at the Rodney Parham location in Little Rock, Arkansas area needs a raise or promotion because before they came that location was very iffy and I ve been there when it was some very unhappy customers and I can honestly say this crew will definitely get this location to the standards It should be. Good luck Rodney Parham crew and I ll definitely will be spreading the word and will be coming back. Don t ever lose that drive and energy even when days seem not to be as you would like for it to. They got me in and out pretty quickly but shortly after I left I got a call saying the tech got distracted and they left my truck 3 quarts low on oil and that I needed to return asap so they could finish my oil change. I ll be doing my next oil change myself

These guys are the best of the best! I ve never had such a pleasant experience getting maintenance on my car. Did it speedy and quick! Very knowledgeable and helped me out big time. I never make reviews but I came out here on 5/9/23 and the whole crew was TOP TIER! When i Pulled up they had the cones blocking all the service bays. Acted like it was an imposition to do the oil change. Guy was more concerned about the Texas/Georgia game then his job. Stephen was great. I drive a diesel, and he checked and double checked that they had the oil and filter to perform the set before having me drive into the bay. Sure, that may not sound like much, but you d be surprised how many times I ve driven into a bay, popped the hood, techs begin working, and suddenly it s an oh sh** moment because I am a diesel Jeep. I very much appreciate the double check!He was very personable and friendly, and the service literally took 5-10 mins tops.I ll be back again for repeat business, but I wish they had a tire rotation offering. I like to knock out both or alternate whenever I get my oil changed, but oh well. 5 stars for the service and experience, now I just wait & see if Rotella s performance holds up to the previous Valvoline.Service: Oil change
