After sitting there for an hour the manager came out and apologized and said the part had been returned because it took me so long to come in ( my bad...over a month), they reordered the part and when it came in, they came downtown and picked my vehicle up, put the part on and then delivered my vehicle back to me (they did offer a loaner car, but I didn't need it). I feel they really wanted to make up for my lost time and they really did go above and beyond.

I went for oil change and tire rotation. They discovered the battery wasn t charging and tried to charge it and retested it before recommending a replacement. They always do a thorough inspection and keep me updated.

The staff here is incredibly helpful. We broke down on a road trip and had to have our car towed here. Everyone was genuinely nice and made sure we had what we needed while our car was being repaired. Everyone was amazing!

Everyone here is very nice and helpful, I give them that. But we made an appointment at 10:30 and it still took 2 hours. We got there and they said an hour and 40 min. I guess I don't understand the point of making an appointment if it's still going to take 2 hours for an oil change. Our car sat in the lot for 30 minutes and no one even told us it was done. Just an FYI for anyone taking their vehicle here, expect to wait a very long time.

They are always super nice and thorough with my vehicle. I had to get a courtesy car and they had to order a part that's under warranty. Dropped off my vehicle and had the loaner in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Called me about the part after I had been home for only about 10 minutes and told me to hold onto the car until my vehicle was fixed.

Duncan, in service,was great to work with. The dealership is clean and inviting, and the people were wonderful. The best experience I have ever had with a service department!

Had to set an appointment 2.5 weeks out and when I finally dropped it off it was there for 7 days and no one had diagnosed it yet. I called on day 4 and they said it was on the lift being looked at and when I called again 3 days later the person I talked to said it hasn t been looked at yet but it looks like they are pulling it in to put it on the lift now. I let the individual know I was coming to pick up my vehicle as it was obvious I was lied to and after a full week of no vehicle and 0 progress, I needed it back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Gage Scott helped me out tremendously on getting me a courtesy car while my car was having an O2 sensor and microphone changed. Chris Jackson did an excellent job explaining the charges. Gage then helped this old man pair my phone to my '12 Outback. Thanks again, gentlemen! I can listen to my music again in my car! Service dept is busy so you'll need to make ur appt ahead (mine was schedule 2 weeks prior for first available).I was given a loaner so I could run an errand anime I was in the city which was extremely grateful for allowing me to get back home b4 traffic picked back up.Service dept was very professional & outgoing. They got me a bid to do a lift on my Crosstrek. I was happily suorised to find out it only b $2k, parts & labor, & all my warranties & fancy equipment (intuitive cruise, lane change,...) Will still work.After I got back from my errand I still had time to kill. I had a salesman sure me a used Jeep 4x4 Gladiator that had. I've been trying to find a larger rig than my Crosstrek to go overlanding/ camping w now that I have my parents ACD. Crosstrek is too small to get stuck in during storms w 2 dogs, ACD & Rottie. The 3 of us r very comfy sleeping back there, I'm 5'6". One year we left Telluride & by the time we but Durango it was blizzard w cars who had no business being on road getting stuck. We slept in Walmart parking lot. I just rolled out my backpack sleeping pad & down quilt (sleeping bag, didn't turn heat on once, cracked window & had an amazing nights sleepIf ur thinking of owning a Subaru & are outdoor adventures people I highly recommend them. I've owned an Outback before the Crosstrek. If ur like me there's all kinds of vids on YouTube showing how to modify the interior & exterior to better meet your needs

My mother was in need of replacing a car that had been totaled in an accident and we came to Subaru because my family has previously had good experiences in buying a car Corey who helped us took his time let us ask questions and made the process easy and they went above and beyond in their customer service my mother got a great deal on a car she was comfortable with and all the people we spoke with were friendly and wonderful definitely recommend giving Subaru a try if you're in the market for a new or used car and they let your dog wait with you that's fabulous!
