Fantastic experience. I went for an oil change and these guys were quick, efficient and extremely polite. I even received a discount for the Splash car wash next door. It's my second time coming here and I would recommend them over any of the other local 10-min oil change businesses.Update: I've continued using them for all of my oil changes and still wouldn't change my original post. I've consistently received fantastic customer service and never had an issue after seeing them (which is more than I can say of a few other locations).

Chenal Splash is literally the best lube center. The guys are super friendly and helpful when I have questions about my car. It is always a speedy time fare. Gavin and Aaron were so funny and enjoyable to talk with. Love the Splash on Chenal. Oh and Khyla and Natalie are supper sweet when getting my car wash, very helpful!

Wife and daughter have had oil changes at this location with no problems. Today took in my 2009 Prius for oil change and air filter. All seemed well until I drove away. About 20 feet from the bay oil filter popped off and a significant amount of oil emptied out. Low oil warning immediately sounded and I returned to the bay. Showed one of your technicians the oil filter laying on the ground where a huge oil trail started. I was shown the blown off filter and the threads were intact. They suggested it was defective but I later asked how do I know this won t happen again and they admitted it was the wrong filter for the car. Second filter installed and more oil added. They attempted to clean the underside of car where a huge amount of oil splashed. Car now reeks of oil and cleaning fluid. I pray the engine isn t damaged. The workers were very polite but sheepish about what happened. I was given a full refund and sent on my way. Date of service 9/29/23,Invoice 555382 if shop owner wants to check it out. Unbelievable is all I can say. Suffice to say we will never bring another car to this location.

Quick and friendly service . I have gotten my oil changed here for a year . Constantly receiving great offers such as BOGO for windshield wipers and free car washes.30% off oill change if you become a member of the splash car wash.

Splash has been the best oil change place I've gone to thus far!!! I told them that I only needed an oil change and to put air in the tires and that's it.... and they listened! No checking air filters or suggesting an outlandish fix for something I don't need. Also, they give you a free car wash and even their car wash is top tier!! The suction on the vacuum was great!!! I 10/10 WOULD recommend!!!

I went in for an oil change and filter replacement, the staff was amazing!!! Hands down some of the best customer service I ve received in a long while, especially while getting my car serviced. They were all hands on, the team work was beautiful! They were all so nice and attentive, they literally left me without questions! This was the easiest oil change I ve ever had! I had a warm welcome. The facility was clean. I could verbally hear the staff going through all their safety checks of my vehicle. Both Josh and Joanna were incredibly kind and friendly. I was truly in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend!

I've been to this location several times now with multiple vehicles. The staff is very polite and professional. They get you in and out quickly. It will be even better when the car wash next door opens up in January 2023 (supposedly). Fantastic service today. I felt like a pit crew was working on my car. At least 4 workers going around and checking items and changing oil. Also very fast. Got the cabin air filter checked and changed along with wipers. They had mine in stock! My experience here was really great. I needed a quick oil change where I could stay in my car and they gave me just that. I had my baby with me in the backseat and they allowed me to walk over to his side of the car and entertain him while they completed the oil change. Not only was it very quick, but also the employees were very friendly and pleasant! I ll be back.Service: Oil change

Absolutely easy and quick. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional, and the facilities were clean. This is the only place I ve been to get my oil change that I have felt 100% comfortable at. All the techs are knowledgable, efficient and don t try to pull one over on you. Excellent service, friendly, fast. I drove up at 930am on a Thursday and left by 10am, oil change, tire rotation, filter replacement. Much more affordable than dealership, transparent pricing.

I went here by my roommate s recommendation, and I m glad I did. It was such a pleasant experience! Joanna, Kate, and Liberty B were kind, knowledgeable, and crazy quick getting finished with both cars I brought in, and they weren t pushy trying to sell me stuff I didn t need. 11/10 recommend. This is my new place!

This will be my go-to oil change center. Super friendly, informative staff. Didn't try to pressure me to get anything I didn't need. Fast service, in-and-out! Affordable prices! If you haven't already, I highly recommend giving them a try!

I'm incredibly impressed. They are "no pressure" service. They asked if I needed new wipers and air filter & they could show me what a clean filter looks like. When I explained that I can do all that on my own, the supervisor smiled and said to his employee they wouldn't need comparisons. I really appreciate the "no pressure" and friendliness.

This place is great and the people are fantastic! They worked as a team to change my oil and tend to anything I needed. They even offered to install windshield wiper replacement blades that had been sitting in the backend of my vehicle for months; free of charge.Didn t even have to get out of my vehicle!!
