I will never use this company. They gave us conflicting information about the requirements for a palletized item to be able to be picked up. We have wasted a lot of time and lost money due to their unclear information. One employee says it s fine then another says it s not. Extremely frustrating. They could have saved a lot of trouble by making their requirements clear on the front end.

Easy to get to staff to help me get my delivery and put it in the truck this is the second palette I had shipped in to them and never a problem

Fantastic service! I managed to miss the delivery in passing and the driver was willing to return that same evening and drop it off since I had taken time off of work to do so. Highly recommend!!

Accurate to the minute tracking. Called before delivery to confirm the time and explain what to expect.
