These guys are truly awesome. Good character, extremely helpful and beyond dedicated. I experienced being treated like family. We weren t able to afford having our engine repaired but William did not hesitate to seek out other options to keep us rolling by seeking connections for cheaper work to be done on our Civic Hybrid. It s stressful enough being without wheels but when you have eyes and ears on the case by professionals , it takes a bit of a load off. If you were refered to SLA, thank the person who sent you them. These guys are great! They will actually advise you on what maintenance needs to be done on your vehicle and what can wait. No, you need an air filter or cabin filter replaced, when you just replaced it yourself a month ago. If you car is out of warranty, take it here...the dealer is just an upsell.

Serviced my Subaru here and they were top notch. Good customer service and work is done was quality. Price is good too. They have a nice waiting area to do some work while waiting.

Not only do they do your normal oil changes but they also installed an upgraded turbo on my X3! They do it all there and have great service for normal everyday needs.

SL Autoworks provides excellent customer service, prompt service, high-quality workmanship, and competitive pricing. I called them about my car, and it was towed to them within 48 hours. I received frequent updates throughout the time my car was there, and it was returned to me in excellent condition a few days later. I called SL Autoworks after receiving subpar customer service from another import repair shop. I spoke with Wade who was able to work up a quote within minutes, order my parts, and schedule the repairs to my BMW. They had the parts in the very next day and my vehicle was repaired 2 days later. Their interactive portal kept me updated with every step during the repair process and even provided photos of the work being performed. They were extremely thorough and even found issues my previous mechanic missed! By far the best customer service I have ever received. Fast, Friendly, Reliable, and Affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

I was having trouble with finding someone to work on my bmw 650i I had just bought a month ago so I go on google & find a few places that work on foreign cars so I go threw them reading their reviews & end up going with SL Autoworks their reviews were amazing & they work speaks for itself .Wade & the gang took good care of me .kept me updated on my car the crew there are very respectful & caring people affordable prices they got my bmw back up & running I will definitely continue to do business with SL Autoworks & highly recommend them if u need work on your foreign car Thanks u all at SL Autoworks & May God continue to bless y all

Just moved to the area and needed maintenance done on my BMW. Sent a request for quote online and got a reply quickly. Prices were good and they were able to get me in next day. Wade my service writer was awesome, super professional and answered all my questions. Work was performed quickly, on budget and no upselling at all. SL Auto Works just repaired a suspension issue I had with Control Arms on my 2017 Forester XT. The guys at SL work very hard for the satisfaction of their customers. I had to use a warranty company for this repair and SL took care of all of the grunt work with dealing with them and getting things covered properly and in a times manner. They worked hard at having my car repaired when promised and called frequently on updates and parts delivery expectations. For all of you Subaru owners who have warranty work that s needed. I strongly suggest SL Auto Works instead of the dealership. You get treated like a family member not another problem walking through the door. They will shoot you straight from the beginning and make the difficult time the best it can be. This is a Veteran supported business and Veteran operated so that made me feel at home as a Veteran myself. I would recommend them for any performance work, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics or warranty work like myself. Stand up job guys and I Salute you all for the dedication, commitment and pride you all put into the business you all have built. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my Scoobie. Stuart and his team are great. They are professional, fast, friendly, take the time to explain things, don't pressure you, give you options, offer good pricing (definitely a significant savings compared to the dealership), take care of your vehicle, and really know BMWs. My sincere apologies for not writing this review in an efficient, and timely manner. No excuses just needed to give apologies. First and foremost Mr. Stuart is an extremely exceptional mechanic. He was very compassionate in the understanding, and made me feel as if I was right at home. Coming in he offered me a beverage, which I humbly declined. William and the crew saved my vacation! Our 2014 BMW decided to flake out 5 days before our trip. William went above and beyond and got my SUV fixed in time with a few days to spare! This is my second time to use them for repairs. I totally prefer them over the BMW dealership. I recommend them! Everyone there is SO nice they almost make you forget you're there with a problem!

Last month, we brought our Subaru Outback to SL Autoworks to be repaired. Stuart had been highly recommended to us from a friend. We were told that he did great work and was very honest. This is the exact experience that we had. Our vehicle's issue was diagnosed quickly and repaired correctly. We also felt like the cost for the repairs was very reasonable. He kept us informed from the diagnosis to the final repair and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We highly recommend SL Autoworks and will be using him again.

The guys at SL Autoworks did an engine out refresh and reseal on my 2001 BMW 740i, replacing many parts.They also replaced most of the cooling system including the radiator and all belts, hoses and gaskets. Repairs were also done to other parts of the drive train and the suspension. They were very thorough, And William kept me advised on the progress of the job, sending pictures and emails. My BMW has over 200k miles on it and now runs and drives like brand new. I am very pleased with the work at SL and I will continue to use them in the future. SL Auto works are beyond the best auto shop, I have ever dealt with! I have never dealt with a shop that is so honest and professional. I mean they customer service skills are excellent! I was very impressed with William he was so patient and nice every time I called and had a question he always took the time to call me back. I highly recommend them for your car needs. If you don t take your car to them, then you re definitely missing out!!! It was most definitely a pleasure doing business with you all and we will be back!!

I took my Outback to Stuart for some engine work after he came highly recommended by a friend. Their work estimate was clear and thorough, and William did a great job keeping up informed while they had the car. I really appreciate their professionalism, and very much trust their knowledge, workmanship, and honesty. Great work by Stuart for a great price.

I have brought my BMW 335i on two occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the work done at a great price. Very honest and trustworthy. The staff is straightforward with you and will even provide advice, which has saved me 2-300 dollars in labor fees by doing it myself (LED was out on my running lights, I ordered it for $165 on line and replaced it 20 minutes). Dealership quoted me $700 to order and replace it. I will always recommend anyone who I know owns a BWM to SL Autoworkers. Thank you for your help. These guys are wonderful! Their customer service is fantastic from making an appointment to picking up. They do a great job communicating and give honest, clear and detailed diagnoses and estimates. We recently brought in our 06 Subaru Forester for brake service and a radiator, and are thrilled with their workmanship, honesty and price. If you have a Subaru, this is where to go!

Stuart and William at SLA are amazing. I've had my 328i in multiple BMW dealers for a "check engine" light, spent alot of money, and no one seemed to figure it out. Stuart found the problem quickly and my car is running like new again. Best BMW mechanic I've found.

Highly recommend Sl Autoworks, competitive prices and really Great people! after taking my car somewhere I won't say here but rhymes with "Won hay locomotive" and the people there told me it would cost to much and not worth their time in fixing my car after holding it for almost a week, well Not at SL Autoworks! William gave me updates on what was going on and what needed to be done, Shoots it Straight to you and doesn't beat around the bush. When I brought my car in she wasn't running. Now she runs smoother then ever even at 104k miles. Won't take my BMW anywhere else Now.Service: Engine repair
