Working with Crash Champions on West Markham on the repair of my vehicle was an incredible experience! I mean, you never want to be in an accident and need your car repaired, but they made it absolutely painless. They were kind, attentive and efficiency. I was fully informed every step of the way and my car looks great, AND it was even finished quicker than expected! I can t say enough good things about Crash Champions! I hope never need collision repair, but if you do, choose Crash Champions!

My experience was great. They had everything set forth, on when to bring it in, when and what they were doing with my car. They were quick in getting the car finished. Would go to them again in a heartbeat.

If there was a zero star option that is what I would give. You take your vehicle in for a repair quote. They schedule you to drop your vehicle but will not order the parts until you drop the car off. So don't expect to get your car back in any kind of hurry.

I had my Rouge fixed at this location. My brother has had his car fixed at this location. This is the place I will choose every time. I was kept informed the entire time. Everyone was wonderful to communicate with. The GM went above and beyond to help me with the insurance company, as it was not my own. Any time they needed to make a change in my repair plan they reached out and let me be apart of the change. The tech that fixed my car did a wonderful job!!! Thank y all!Service: Body & Trim

They worked on my vehicle, I literally had to reject it twice. The first time they literally didn't paint a portion that was damaged, the second time it was still not aligned properly and was rubbing. And they never worked on the door that shifted from the impact and now that door has rubbed paint away because it's still not aligned entirely properly.I complained about noise, after complaint, and inspected the area, they used some time of porous foam/material to muffle the noise.They lifetime warranty their work, but I need the car and can't afford time of work or a rental car... so it will never happen, it should've been fixed the first time

I took my car in after it got hit. The employees were so kind and detailed in explaining the process. Every time they said they would call and update me, they did! BEWARE!!!!!My truck as been at the Markham location since November 12th 2022. I ve gotten the run around about delay in parts when in fact parts where ordered correctly 3 times but wasn t explained that the part being replaced was not made anymore. They was going to install the first part which was a shock without saying anything about it being different from the shock on the other side which would of changed the ride of my truck. Then after 3 months the finally figure out they need to order parts for a tail light. This has been the worst experience ever. I ve talked to the General Manger over the Arkansas and Oklahoma branches. He gave me his personal cell phone number to only either block my number or change his phone number. This has been the most incompetent process I ve ever been apart of. If you have ANY work to be done I strongly recommend you take it anywhere else but at these places. I can see why they ve had to change names. They need a change from the top down if this is how they conduct business.

They are not very good at communicating with the customers and when I took my car back up there to get my fog light fixed they told me they couldn't do it because there was new damage on there and that I had to have hit something. The guy I talked to made the most of telling me it was already like that. So if you want your vehicle fixed correctly DO NOT GO THERE! They also tried to make me pay 1,400 to get a new bumper, a paint job and a new fog light which is NOT NEEDED. Now I'm no mechanic but I'm sure you can get clips for the fog light.

Find your own repair shop. Declared my vehicle a total loss. I went to retain my vehicle, left my bumper because it wouldn't fit in my car went back and they said "someone came and possibly bought my bumper" Find a shop you trust.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

After an accident I took my vehicle to Service King for repairs. They did an initial estimate from what they could see and ordered the parts. Once the parts came on they started repairs. They noticed other items that were required to complete the project.When he parts arrived try completed the project.Ernesto was very good keeping me updated during the entire process. My husband and I were hit on the freeway by a piece of debris that left some body damage to the vehicle. While working with our insurance we had to choose a body shop to make the repairs. We chose Service King on a bit of a whim. We had never done any business with them before. I am so glad we made that decision! Micah reached out to me first before our vehicle was ever taken in to get all the details of how we would like to get our vehicle to the shop. She was so helpful with the set up of a tow. Once the vehicle arrived, we were called to come in for a walk through and for them to explain the next steps. Micah and Stephanie reached out several times throughout the process to let us know how things were going. Once it was time to pick up, they were very flexible with our time and explained everything in detail. Not to mention the stellar lifetime warranty on the services provided. They were very professional and called me ever step of the way. My car was repaired to like new and they cleaned the car inside and out after repairs. It was showroom ready. They also helped with Enterprise making sure I got a rental. The staff is top notch! I would recommend them. I hope I won't need them again but if I do I will certainly let them do repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They underestimated the cost of repairs so much that I'm driving a vehicle that should have been totaled.Tim assured me the windshield would be replaced, and it wasn't. They buffed out windshield damage instead of replacing it. The GM lied about it when I stopped by to check on the progress after 48 days.

Have had a good experience so far. They text you developments on your car. Nice ladies in the office. Got a. Phone call from the mechanic detailing everything that needed to be fixed. So far I'm pleased

Service King-Little Rock, AR is top notch. The customer service provided was impeccable, as I was provided daily updates on my vehicle. My vehicle was not in the best shape, cleanliness wise; however, my vehicle was like new when I picked it up, inside and out. Most of my correspondence was with Ernesto. Ernesto is an all-around, top notch technician, standing by his word. He offered to take on my daily rental fee, If my vehicle was not complete by the date he set. God forbid me being involved in another accident; however, Service King is the shop I will use for my damage.Service: Body & Trim

This was by far the best customer service I've experienced. From the receptionist to management they kept me informed throughout the entire process. With everything going on in the world it's nice to have people care about there job as much as the team at service king... Oh yeah... hell of a job on my car! Walked in for hail damage repair estimate. After a few minutes later one receptionist spoke to another behind her they started talking about me while I was standing there relaying information back and forth that I clearly heard. Then one said to another it will be a while are you willing to wait? I said no walked out they seem to have no problem with that. If service is here is like their customer service at their front door don't bring your car

The staff was very nice and explained everything I needed to know. My car was declared total loss after they discovered more damages and the interactions I had after that was good. I went to recover whatever was left in the car and I had all the help I needed.

I had such a great experience here! After an accident I had to have my car in the shop for one month, Wayne was really great and kept me posted on every step of the process.If I ever need body work done again I will be back!

Left my car there in good working order with a scratch in the paint. When I came for it, it was so badly botched that the engine was vibrating the car, despite the fact that there was *no damage* to the mechanical parts of the car before I left it there. Avoid this place like the plague!

They are rude first of all. Second thing is that they made me driving all the way from conway just to tell me that there are paint chips coming off my chrome grille of my car from rocks. umm Excuse me your wrong. But the guys wanted to argue with me about it. Look here the customer is always right. DIDNT USE THEM.....

The place is always clean. The employees are nice and friendly. They do not play when it comes to servicing your vehicle. They get right to it and they finish in a timely manner. You wont regret it.

Don't even waste your time going here rather you are paying or your insurance is paying this place is so crooked! They don't know how to fix nothing, they give you your car back with nothing fix and with more things broken. The management is a joke, I'm going to the BBB on them because this place needs to be shut down all they are doing is taking people, they have no skills. I wish i read the review before taking my car there.

Unfortunately I have been to service king a lot but I can say every time I go I am always satisfied. I love how they treat their customer and they stand on their word. It s always reasonably and a clean facility. I recommend anyone to service king

Not even close to assessing the vehicle properly. I had to go to the shop and walk them through the damages. The difference in a $2k repair quote and a totalled vehicle.
