I went here and got my tires moved to a new set of rims, balanced, mounted, and aligned. This initial service was perfectly adequate. They should invest in a couple chairs to sit in but all in all everything was uneventful. The following afternoon I found 2 wheel weights in my driveway. Upon further inspection I noticed all 4 wheels were already missing weights. I brought it by that evening (less than 24 hours since I paid for them to balance the wheels mind you) fully expecting it to be a routine thing that they would take a look at and replace the weights and be good to go. The gentleman at work this time was a different guy than the night previous, and he told me it's normal for the wheel weights to fall off in less than a day and it's not a big deal. I told him I was worried about it since one wheel was bent and needed the weights to keep the vibration down. He told me it was only two weights, and after I told him I was missing a lot more than that he dejectedly agreed to walk over to my car and glance at the wheels. He said they fell off because they were placed over the old adhesive but that doesn't prohibit adhesion. I pointed out that surface prep was not done and he claimed they don't remove old adhesive because it damages wheels. I pointed out goo gone is a thing and they obviously cut corners on the job. He called his boss and told me the boss said I had to pay for them to balance them again. I was flabbergasted. After helplessly pleading my case that a shop should stand by their work that they did less than a day ago, he called boss again to tell him I was getting mad about their indifference to the issue, he called again and told me the boss was coming to deal with me. He then proceeded to sit at the desk with no other customers in an empty shop while I sat and waited. After 40 minutes I realized this was pointless and walked in to tell him to forget about it. He just stared at me and didn't say a word.Good job guys. You saved yourself the hassle of doing a 50 dollar job on the house to make things right for a service that was paid for and botched in less than 24 hours so your employee could get back to the job of sitting around in an empty shop.God dang.

Convenient hours and friendly staff. We wanted some rims swapped out on our truck and so we stopped by Sebastian s. We pulled right in and they got to work immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful, not to mention quick. They transferred the tires to the new rims, balanced them, and mounted the wheels in about 30 minutes.Prices were very reasonable, especially since it was the weekend and in the evening

I had a cracked tire on a road trip and found this shop on Google. Everyone was very kind, I was quickly in and out in less than 30 minutes. I had my dog with me and they were very kind to her too, she didn t like the sounds in the shop.Prices were reasonable and good selection of new and used tires.

Very fast and helpful when car tires exploded they replaced them and helped reshape my rims to get us home safely! Very friendly staff, good prices.

Found a nail in my tire around 5:30 pm on Friday. These guys were still open and ready to do the repair. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be returning.

This is the best Sebastian tire shop I ever been to they give you the best deals and not even that they put eight tires on my new trucks Ford 2021 diesel truck and they got me right I'm glad this tire shop out here and for the other ones to come visit them to hook you up right of the employees are very respectful and very chill and they have much respect for whoever comes in their shop I would always like to come over there and visit them just to get my tires fixed
