I got the tires for my f150 truck from here and I visited them for my tire rotation and balance after a year. Before i dropped the truck off i marked the 2 tires. After couple hours they called me and said it is ready. I asked them over and again and they explained me they put the back tires to front. And when i got the truck back same tires same place. They lied to my face as job done. I don't trust their one word after all. Their job is scam.

I have been a member of the Sam's Club for over ten years and have never encountered any misconduct. Today 4 September 3.15 pm I left my car for a tire pressure check and told them that if it takes too long, I will come tomorrow morning. However, when I returned 45 minutes later, the department manager, Chris, was on the desk. He asked why I had come, and I explained that I had left the car for a check 40 minutes ago. He spoke aggressively, but I couldn't understand his response as he didn't seem interested in hearing my side. I tried to talk to him, saying that I had informed him about my plan earlier, but he refused to acknowledge it.Later, he angrily demanded the work order bag key for the tire check, and when I handed it over, he aggressively returned it to me. I felt compelled to say that he was mistreating me. He denied it, stating that he was not mistreating me at all. At one point, he even screaming continued. It was a humiliating and frustrating experience. Such a situation had never arisen in all these years. I am expressing strong dissatisfaction and believe that Chris should apologize. Employees at Sam's Club stores should behave better. If there was a problem in understanding my communication, he could have asked me three times as needed, but there was no reason for his anger.His entire demeanor was highly disrespectful and unusual The customer desk of such a large organization needs very polite and very cool-headed pesonsI hope Store Manager will contact me soon

I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it with no problem. But note the following:1. They take their time to work on your car. In my case with one car in front of me, I waited one hour and thirty minutes for them to finish.2. They say that all lug nuts were torqued to 100 ft-lb on their report, but the actual torque was over 150 ft-lb. I don't know the actual value because when I checked, the torque on all lug nuts went above my Craftman torque wrench's maximum value (150 ft-lb).3. Even though they say the tire were aired to 30 PSI, it was actually aired to 40 PSI.

I needed a set of tires done. I ordered them online and in a few days Chris called to schedule my appointment. I ended up having a nail on my brand new tires, but Chris and his team took care of me! Great service and great team!

Most of the folks working here are great and know what they are doing. Importantly, they have great tires and road hazard warranty at an unbeatable price. Call ahead for an appointment as they are very popular!

Took about 3 (Three HOURS) to installed 4 tires that were pre purchased using Sam's Club online. I dropped my car at 8:10 am and they said it may take about an hour. But it took a l-o-n-g ... .... They should not do it, 15- 30 minutes difference than the promised time may acceptable. Requesting the Sam's club authority to take care of it. Very disappointed. lll

Ordered 4 new tires from Sam s club mobile app and had them delivered to store. The shop was clean and the work completed was great. Only took them about 45 minutes to install and the price was fantastic.

DESHAUN is very rude and unprofessional. He shouldn t have access to the phones. And he should also learn more about his job and helping customers. He made ME do everything. He couldn t look anything up or be helpful one bit. Definitely will not be returning here and will spread the word how rude and terrible my experience was. I m only giving 2 stars because JT was able to be polite and steer me in the right direction.

Uneven tire wear voids your 4yr road hazard warranty. Something they don't tell you when they offer the warranty to you. Had a tire put on my car yesterday, had a flat tire by the next morning. Probably wasn't seated on the rim correctly.

No one around. Like a circus without the animals or excitement....so like a big empty area with tires. Calling doesn't help unless you like to hold.

Took them 2 two and half hours to fix a nail in the tires and in the end they couldn t fix it
