AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY ARE EXTREMELY ROUGH ON YOUR VEHICLE. This place is awful, the first time I took it in they did not even fix what was damaged. They somehow made the paint look awful, as there were white deep dent like crevices with no paint. He said he did not do anything to that part, but they did put clear coat on it, but I do know that was not there before. When I pointed out the scratches from the accident that they did not repair, he said "You have got to be kidding me". I said no I am not. After he berated me a while he said "Ok I will have it done tomorrow. The next day I went to pick it up, the other side of my truck was damaged, from where they took off the bumper. He said I would have to have it done in a couple weeks when they have time. In a couple weeks I took it back and picked it up, and of course, the paint still looks awful as they did not fix that but they did fix where they damaged the other side. I am pretty tired of dealing with this guy so I just said okay and took my truck. Well, I pulled out on the road and the antennae hit in me in the face that they just had laying on my easily scratchable dash, and I noticed paint all over the steering wheel. This is all fine, as these are easy fixes but they scratched a huge spot in my leather steering wheel. I turned around and he was ready to greet me at the door. I explained everything to him and he did not say anything but he removed the paint off the steering wheel. Then when he was done, I said so what about the deep scratch in my leather steering wheel and he yelled "I don't care what you say, we did not do that!!" A leather steering wheel for my truck is quite expensive, I would never go here again if my life depended on it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Looks horrible. When confronted about the poor bumper replacement they got snippy with my wife, and sent her on her way. Will not go back.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My company had one of our vans get in a wreck in AUGUST OF 2021. Sally's Body Shop in Maumelle told me that they would not be able to get to me for 6-weeks, which was fine and we were trying to be understanding with them being short staffed and backed up with work. When 6-week rolled around, I called and Brian stated he was still backed-up and wouldn't be able to get to us until December. Well, December rolled around and he said after Christmas, and after Christmas rolled around and I have now called 4 times since Christmas and left 2 voicemails and no one has returned my phone call. This job was supposed to be through insurance and the insurance company recommended them to us. I will be sure to let our insurance company know how they do business and let them know that they shouldn't be referring their customers to this place when they can't even give a potential customer the common courtesy of returning a phone call. I suggest going somewhere else if you want to have your vehicle worked on.

I went in to get an estimate for my car and the customer service was great. They made sure to check my cars damaged spots well and document them on a sheet. There office was nice kept and clean. Recommend using Sally s.

Due to the service I received I will be having my vehicle inspected by another shop to make sure the work was done properly.I received very poor communication from the shop on my repairs. I called twice weekly and was not informed of problems until I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle. I called in the morning before coming to get my car and was told it would be ready. I arrived to be told it had not been aligned and was at the alignment shop and would have to return the next business day. One week later I arrived to find a large gash still in my back tire along with numerous small repairs left uncompleted.To their credit, the manager, Mike, offered to have the shop cover gas and rental for the extra time it required for them to get done.However, the owner of the shop, Robert, was very short on the phone and did not help to address my concerns.Although this shop is conveniently placed for Maumelle, it is not worth the hassle of dealing with the employees.

Always reliable and do quality work. They are typically busy...which is good you don't want your vehicle repaired by a shop that is not in demand. I recommend them.

I found the staff at Sally's in Maumelle to be very friendly, helpful and prompt. They fixed my Infinty FX35 which had a damaged door, side mirror and side panel in only 4 days which was the estimated quote from the insurance adjuster. Not only can I not detect the car was ever damaged, they cleaned the inside and out leaving it looking better than before the wreck. Thanks guys!

I personally love this place. I was very well attended and felt very welcome and we'll received. My car was repaired sonnet than I expected to have it back and the job was just amazing. Tbh it looked better tyhan when I first took it.

Amazing work. Reasonably priced. Quick turn around time. Didn't feel like we had to wait long at all. And again, excellent work. They also have a lifetime guarantee on their work, so you know they stand behind their hard work 100%. Highly recommend this place.

Awful service and quality of work. Took some loose parts to get painted and all of them had runs and marks. The old man in the office has the worst attitude and doesn't care to get any more of your business; the other big guy is nicer but the old man calls the shots. I won't back go there again. The prices were outrageous too.

Great place take your vehicle after an accident. The people at Sally s are top notch. Very friendly extremely knowledgeable and do a great job.
