Had a great experience with Routh towing our Volvo. They were very timely, ~20 minutes after I called it in. Their technician, Elroy, was very helpful. He was extremely careful with the vehicle and did an outstanding job getting the vehicle on the tow truck from a very tight spot. Would highly recommend Routh.

Your driver was driving distracted or intoxicated as they were weaving in and out of the left lane. If you can't handle your vehicle slow down and get in the right lane. Instead of risking the safety of everyone around you

After I was involved in an accident I contacted Routh to take care of my vehicle. They showed up quickly and knew exactly how to recover the truck without causing more damage, the driver was super professional and kind! Even in the face of tragedy that was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a wrecker service! I will be using them from now on for everything I need!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've had Routh in my phone for years, and they've rescued me from several breakdowns. I recently tried to use my free roadside assistance, which pointed me to a local competitor. Never again. I will just pay for Routh. They're worth the money.

I called to get my boyfriend a tow as he caught a flat tire on the way to the airport to come and visit me. The communication was effective, they arrived promptly, offered assistance and my boyfriend was able to make it to the airport to catch his flight. Will definitely use again if ever needed in the area!

I woke up earlier today to see one of Routh s tows outside in my parking lot. He was looking around at everyone s cars. Stopping at one that I ve seen move already this week and it belongs at the apartment. It was just a bit dirtier than the rest. He was taking pictures and being incredibly shady.He saw me in my window, holding my phone on him. He made some sort of call while getting into the truck.My apartment complex has being having the issue of tow trucks showing up for no reason, not informing them, and I ve seen several cars of people that belong here get towed when they work.Maybe your company isn t like this, but you certainly had an employee casing out cars. Fair warning to people that I wouldn t trust them.

Someone hit my parked car in front of my home in the middle of the night, and Routh was very quick to get my vehicle. They also did a good job cleaning debris around the area of my yard/sidewalk. They were also easy to reach when I needed to release my vehicle to the collision shop, as well as towing it to the shop within the same afternoon. -- My parents also had good experiences with them in the past. I would use them again in this case!

Very annoyed with my experience here. My friend had a wreck, and while he was in the hospital he asked for us to go retrieve his house key/belongings from his car. So I called, and they were very helpful. Let us know they didn t have his car there yet, but said to call back in thirty minutes because they had guys out working wrecks on the same road. Fine no big deal. I called back and he said in order for us to get the belongings we d have to have a signed note from our friend saying we had permission to get his things and our friend s driver s license as proof. Again, no big deal, just covering their tail. I get that.When we get there, you have to sign into this office. I understand, their priority isn t customer service, but we probably stood there at this window for 10-15 minutes while THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE saw us standing there and no one moved. One guy looked me in the face, kept walking. The other two were chatting for about 5 minutes, then one finally walked off. Mind you, it s burning up in this office . After 7 minutes, it became clear that the guy sitting on the computer off to the side wasn t getting up to help us. Since there was a cluster of people outside, we stepped outside hoping someone would acknowledge us. Finally ONE MAN driving by asked if we needed help. He said to hit the doorbell inside the office and someone would help us.It took us hitting the doorbell twice, then just holding it down in order to get the man up from the computer to actually acknowledge us. And then had an attitude on top of that.All in all we finally made it to the car and got what we needed. The man said to let him know when we were leaving so he d know we d left, but yet again he didn t get up to acknowledge us so we just left. Horrible experience, if I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Excellent Service. I had to use my roadside assistance thru my carrier because my son's car wouldn't crank up. So the first 2 towing companies RA spoke to was trying to overcharge saying it's due to the holidays which meant I had to pay out of pocket. One was overcharging over $38 and the other one over $75. But this company did not try to overcharge and got my son's car to the mechanic with no problems and I didn't have to pay a penny out of pocket. Thank you Routh Wrecker Service Inc. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Happy Holidays!

Our tow driver was named Tim and he was very nice and understanding of our situation and when he didnt have to, he went out of his way to take us home so we didnt have to walk in the rain. My Son Totaled His Car Out & They Towed It Here, The Rules Tht They Have Are Very Weird!!! They Have A List Of Evrythng You Can Gather From Your Automobile If Your Not Going To Retrieve The Car. And They Also Send Someone Out To The Yard With You Watching You While To Make Sure You Only Get Certain Item's. My Son Iphone Was Not Stolen Thnk God, But He Couldn't Find His Iphone Watch Tht Was Inside The Car The Night Of The Accident. Phones, Computers, Book's &Etc Are On The List. So Another Rule Is Tht You Can Retrieve All Of Your Item's Out The Car If You Brng Them $250 And A Car Title, You Can Gather Evrythng If U Pay tht Amount So We Did The Next Day But We Still Ended Up Forgetting His Newly Installed Audio Sound System & A New Car Battery etc!! So It Was Our Fault Tht We Didn't Write A List On What Was Worth Getting Out The Vehicle. We Just Got Out Clothes & Shoes. But Anyway I Still Feel Like They Got More Profit Than We Did But However Thts Why We Have To Be Careful Out Here In This World. It'll Take Us For Everything. Overall I Don't Like The Rule's Set In Place For This Establishment.

I recently lent a friend my pickup truck. It broke down on him while he was in possession of it. We used Routh to have the vehicle towed to my home so that I could repair the vehicle. The driver, as courteous as he seemed, had the great idea to turn his truck around in my back yard since area to turn around was limited. Against my request and warnings, he went ahead and tried to drive through my back yard and got his wrecker stuck. The wrecker settled into the soft soil in my back yard. To make things worse, He tried to use the flatbed of the wrecker to push the wrecker free, creating large gashes in my lawn and dislocating a utility pole. When that did not free his truck, he opted to unload my broken down truck in that very spot with only inches to maneuver my broken down vehicle between two trees, where I had to perform a temporary repair on it (ruptured fuel line) in order to get it out of the way. The driver then decided we would try to use my truck to pull him free - which obliviously didn't work. After performing temporary repairs on my pickup truck a second and third time, he finally called his dispatcher and asked another driver to come out to pull him out. about three hours after this whole ordeal began, another driver showed up. It's now 10:00PM. the second driver appeared confused as to how the previous driver managed this and stated that "we're going to need a bigger truck". at 1:00 AM in my residential neighborhood, he came back with a large commercial wrecker and turned on all of his spotlights - waking my neighbors (They complained relentlessly until the ordeal was over). The driver who brought the commercial truck drug the first stuck truck 90 degrees around in my yard creating a 20 foot long nearly foot deep gash in addition to where the driver dug his rear wheels into my yard and tried to use the flatbed to break himself free. I have not heard from AAA or Routh and can not get a manager on the phone to resolve this issue. I am sorely disappointed.A month later, I have no resolution. I had to pay a landscaper to repair the damage done to my yard.

I was on my way to Little Rock when my car threw an alternator belt. Made it to town before the car died so I called AAA. Now, it did take over an hour for the wrecker to reach me - but I have got to say, the driver was the nicest, most professional tow truck driver I've ever met. He personally made my experience a little less harrowing. He was polite, professional and very friendly. We got my car to the garage and dropped it off and then he took me back to my apartment 15 minutes away. Except for the wait - this driver turned a broken down vehicle experience into a not so bad situation. Wish I had paid better attention to his name. Routh - if you're reading this, it was your driver who picked me up on Green Mountain Drive around 10:00 PM on Sunday, 2/11/13. Great guy - great job!!!

This company was contracted by Avis rental car to pick up and return a rental car after a tire popped. They sent me a confirmation text that they would arrive in 24 minutes. They did not. 45 minutes later they sent me an automated call that they would arrive in 20 minutes. 5 minutes after that I received a text asking if the tow arrived - I replied No and received an automated reply to call their customer service department. I called and was told that it would be another 20 minutes. I then called Avis for assistance and when they called Routh for an update they were told it would be an additional 30 minutes.The tow is now scheduled to arrive an hour after I was originally told but I m not convinced that I won t receive yet another message that they will be there in 20 minutes. This has been a very discouraging experience by stringing their ETA along and not being upfront about the actual arrival time

I'm from Tennessee, A military veteran whose motorcycle was stolen and recovered was towed by these guys to the city impound. The city waived their storage fees but Routh Towing would not waive their fees. He had to pay $150.00 to recover his bike through no fault of his own. Their website claims they remember where they came from. Maybe they should remember the people who have have sacrificed part of their lives for them to be able to operate in this great country of ours. I'm ashamed to have a company like this in my country. To charge a veteran that much money for a town within the city is disgraceful. How much money was spent on overhead on this tow!? It should be donated to that man a hundred fold for your ignorance to his service to this great country!

The driver showed up on time and he also gave me a courtesy call on his ETA. He was very professional and a really nice guy. I highly recommend Routh Wrecker Service.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! My Geico insurance set up a Roadside Assistance Claim with them; and I called to get the ETA. Stanley, the associate, was extremely rude and told me that I needed to contact Geico myself and figure it out because he is not coming. It is less than 18 degrees outside. I expect COMMON COURTESY, and empathy; and at the VERY LEAST, I expect PROFESSIONALISM.Service: Car towing

They have a contract with my insurance company I guess now the first time I broke down it took them over 3 hours to tow my truck cause they called their driver n sent somewhere else. They felt was more important now I'm waiting to get my car towed to the dealership they text n said they'll be here in 24 minutes that was almost 2 hours ago wish they would find some one else that's dependable and not rude and inconsiderate

I can't say I hate it. Loaned my car out didn't expect it to get towed. Think everybody needs to put back 500.00 just in case your car gets towed cause from Friday night til Sunday that's what it cost me to get my car out. The price is outrageous.

Quick, friendly, courteous service, and reasonable rates. Thanks again. I contacted one wrecker service and the first thing the guy asked me with an attitude, is how did I get his number, I guess he forgot he had a business. Thought you could use a laugh. Great service !

Over charges for tow and the storage/admin fees is nothing buy highway robbery. Recently they towed my truck and it was $600 to get it back. It was only there for 2 days, charged $200 for a tow (less than 20 miles) and $400 for storage and admin fees! Stay Away...!
