The staff at RNR TIRE was amazing. They took care of me and my family at a moment s notice. I received same day service. I would recommend calling Antwan to anyone i know. He will go above and beyond.

My experience was really wonderful! I had the opportunity to interact with some very professional, inviting, informative, welcoming, and also funny team members. My interactions were the same with EVERY person that I had the chance to interact with here. Highly recommend! Thank you Antwon for your level of focus as well as expertise!

Would have giving 5 stars but it took so long to get through I believe there was only one guy in the shop working so over all I was there for a little over 3 hours but other than that the experience was amazing. 5 dollars down that day and setting up payments was a breeze so far so good! Thanks RnR!

I am looking at other people's posts and they are saying no wait no hassle. I was that same customer when it first happened. Yes there was no way there was no hassle they treated. You was respecting everything until after you started paying on your tires or rims or whatever. I'm pretty sure I'm not. The first person that they done is to and I'm not the last person whoever they done is to you need to come and y'all need to speak up because on our tires need to be sued they need to be sued

Came in to have warranty tire work done and they started taking the opposite tires off to replace I had to stop them then was told that they don t do alignments then was told they will do the alignment because the tires were bad at their fault. Told my girlfriend all she needed was two new tires to do the same thing that just happened then they didn t to do anything to fix what was causing the issue (alignment) that was causing the issue. Told the manager to go ahead and put the two new tires on and I would be back the following week for the same Tires to be replaced for the same issue. Told the manager I was gonna call another location he decided to do it. Mechanics here aren t worth the dime

Absolutely fantastic service. They went as far as going to Conway to pick up the wheels that where at that store so they could put them on my truck late in the afternoon. Totally would recommend this location and business to anyone.

Manager ( Antwon)very courteous and patient. Gave us a very good deal as they were having a black Friday sale going on for the 24th snd 25th of November 2023 - no money down and no payments until January plus if you made a purchase you get $20 cash , we went in there no intending to buy but window shop and just get a feel of the prices but we ended up getting 4 rims and tires for my 2021 Dodge Challenger and I was very pleased plus I have an option to pay it off in 6 months without interest not to mention I get 1 year free roadside assistance and free wheel alignment and balancing for eternity and if anything happened to my rims/ tires they fix it for free because insurance is included . Yeah I'm happy

I needed tires really bad for my vehicle , and I heard about R&R Tires so I thought I would give them a try to see if they would help me out with reasonable payments for a new set of tires. To piggy back off another customer review, R&R falsely claim that they will work with you but they truly don't like other businesses do. Payments are either due weekly or bi-weekly, if you miss a weekly payment then "according to your contract" you have five days or they threaten and will send out the truck to repo the tires... for just one missed payment. I can understand if I missed two or three payments... but one? The agents call and threaten you, and one agent texted me and decided to go back and forward with me after I was told a certain date that my payment was extended to and that he would put it in the notes. A few dates before the date that was given the agent said that they will come repo the tires and leave my car on bricks and also had the nerve to call me and continue to talk crazy, so I hung up on him. Their operation is not good for business at all, and there is no sort of customer service when it comes to helping the customer UNLESS you are agreeing to enter a contact to purchase new tires. After these tires are paid in full, I would NEVER use R&R again I will have to purchased my tires up front and the purchase will not be from R&R.

Doug and Antwan were amazingly helpful. They made sure they had the tires I needed and kept them until I was able to make my appointment! Thank again for your help and thanks to your amazing mechanics that took great care of my vehicle for me! Everyone was super nice, friendly and professional at the same time.

This is my 3rd set with this business. They have been there for me in challenging times in my life. I lost my last vehicle in the tornado and they helped me get a new set on my used vehicle. When I had a flat they fixed the tire, performed my alignments included in the price!!!

The Markham location staff and service are the best. I got behind on my payments and instead of repossession; they worked with me according to my paycheck and got me back on track!!!! They are the best!!!! Now I'm back for more tires on another vehicle and Antwon, and the crew remembered me from nearly 10 years ago and treated me excellent!

Great experience super fast nice customer service the only thing when I left I heard t thumb found out the vale stem cap came off but when I go back in I know they will take care of it. I would recommend to give them a try

This is my third time using RNR at the Markham St location in Little Rock, AR. Everytime they have been great to work with. Fast, efficient, and courteous. The easy payment plan makes getting new tires and/or wheels so affordable.

The sales team is incredible. I was greeted as soon as I came through the door. I was treated as if I was the most important customer they had while they treated everyone there the same way. It was great customer service throughout my purchase. I see why so many people frequent your establishment. I got a great deal on a set of tires and I don't have to make my first payment until January! I can enjoy Christmas with no financial stress because I really needed new tires. Thanks RNR!!

Call me crazy but I lobe the smell of brand new rubber tires lol, but seriously, if you can't afford to shell out a bucket load of money for tires all at once, then this is the place to go! They will show you a nice selection for your vehicle at an affordable weekly to monthly rate!

Great people and products! I hear... "you are paying to much from my friends that can afford to buy outright." My response "yes I'm paying more the peace of mind of all the extras! Free rotation, free flat repair, free fix before it goes flat, free alignment, free roadside assistance and more." I know that all that is added in the price but I might not have the money when I need some of these services. So at the time I need it, it is FREE. They always have a special to get started with a 6 months same as cash deal. So far so good. I've been able to pay them off in the 6 months. You will NOT be sorry if you go to the Markham St RnR. Tell them I sent you and we both win.

4th time using R&R in Little Rock. Love the no BS here s what it is attitude they have. They also are very willing to work with anyone in any situation as long as you communicate to them what is going on. I would use them again and tell other people to use them too. 6 months same as cash! If you cannot afford a set of tires or rims out right, go talk to Antwon at the Markham location. No credit check either! Thank you Antwon and Hunter for another great experience with you guys!

This is the most professional location you could ever come to. From the time I sent an inquiry online about purchasing some new tires the staff at RNR was persistent with giving me every detail on my future purchase. Once I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm good morning from the entire staff. Mrs. Nancy Jacobs was my saleswoman and Roy THE MASTER OF SALES was absolutely amazing. He made sure I was satisfied with my choice. He offered to roll the rim and tire out to my vehicle to see if I would like the look. He gave me an amazing price on the wheel and tire set. If your skeptical about these type of businesses like I was you want be anymore once you experience such a great customer service driven company. I will definitely send referrals you guys way.

Great customer service skills. Do not push the most expensive tires or wheels onto like most shops. They treat you like a customer should be treated. Their services are superb. Antwan was great. Highly recommend visiting RNR for your tire needs.
