This is an exceptional place. They do not make appointments, get there at 7:30 a.m. if you want your car worked on that day. We only had one vehicle so we waited. The manager let us know that some of the parts had to come from Little Rock and would not be delivered until 12:30 p.m. he asked if we wanted to wait. Since we had no shocks and very little struts left we decided to wait. About 11 or so the manager asked if we would like to use his personal vehicle to go get lunch. We did. When we got back the parts had come in and they were working on our vehicle (they had everything ready for the parts to go in). Maybe I should keep this place a secret. The prices are very reasonable. We had an estimate from another place that was higher and it would have been by appointment, in 3 weeks. We like them so well, and they are so helpful and informative they now get all our business. We, fortunately, now have a second vehicle. We have taken it there for a replacement on stuff inside the steering column. Again very reasonably priced. The work was completed quickly and for the amount quoted. 5 stars all the way.

This place provides a proper service for your car. The staff is friendly and helpful and able to explain what's going on. They took excellent care of my car. This shop recently reopened under new management, and they appear to be executing effectively and efficiently. I was pleased with their work and will return for future repair needs.

This is by far the worst mechanic experience i ve ever dealt with. (PLEASE READ). I brought my car in to get my blower motor replaced. For 6 days straight i ve had to take an uber back and forth to pick my car back up. For one, they never called me and updated me on anything dealing with my car while it was in the shop, i ve had to call them just for them to tell me oh we need you to bring us this part or we couldn t get to your car today, can you bring it back tomorrow.I was told I needed a new blower motor so I purchased that. I then was told I needed a new blower motor resistor, so I went back and purchased that. Then after waiting another 2 days because they couldn t get to my car, I brought my car in, and they told me they couldn t fix the problem because I needed a pigtail and to try another mechanic.. so yall couldn t have told me that when I picked up my car previously?? I went to another mechanic and they were able to fix and replace my blower motor within 2 hours. This is my very first time leaving a review on any company, but I had to share my story because of how unprofessional this shop was to me.

I was in from out of town for medical tests and my battery stopped holding a charge for long. They got me right in and out with a new battery more quickly and cheaper than I expected. I assume many places take advantage of the out of towners that are at their mercy with no time to shop around, but they do not!

After having new tires installed, I went straight to this shop for a 4 wheel alignment plus when driving my steering wheel would sit at a right angle therefore i really needed an alignment. The first thing I noticed was all the signs posted everywhere saying Groupons or company coupons could not be used if the coupon was not presented at the time of vehicle check-in. What difference does it make when u so the coupon. The lobby is not clean they had crumbs and dirt debris on the floor as well as ants. So I was constantly checking my feet and legs for ants since I had on open toe shoes and dress. There was a sign posted saying no public restroom. I made 2 visits to this shop limited staff so the wait time 2 hours or more. So I took my car back after driving around for about a week my steering wheel goes to the left now. When driving straight the steering wheel sits at a left angle now. The rechecked my car saying the adjusted the alignment just a little other than that the alignment looks good. I asked why would my steering wheel go to the left when driving I was told the grooves in the street will sometimes make it do that. Well I don't agree after having several different vehicles and that's all I do is drive for work all day up and down the sames roads. When driving your steering wheel should sit straight unless you are turning. Especially when driving straight I shouldn't have to pull the steering to the left nor right just to get my car to go straight.Service: Wheel alignment

I had just purchased a used vehicle 2 days prior. My battery went dead. I got a jump start and drove right to Precision auto care. They diagnosed and installed a new battery and I also had them change the oil all at the same time. They do great work and in a timely fashion I will definitely return when I need anything else. This location has a great crew working there

I love these guys. They get you in and get you out. I don't want to spend my whole day at the auto shop, no one does. They've always been professional, courteous and fair. If there is a problem with your vehicle, they'll let you know and offer to fix it and let you know the cost upfront. Very good people, very good place and very good prices. I wanted a brake inspection to spot any small issues as my car was purchased used. The shop had 2 vehicles ahead of me but my wait time was reasonable and after inspection no repair was needed, great! I'll definitely use Precision Tune again. Money saving coupons and I can book appointments online to save time. It's important to find an auto shop I can trust so I'm not on a perpetual hunt for a good mechanic.

This auto repair shop is literally the best. I called around 10am, brought my car around 1pm to get inspected. They were able to get a diagnostics test on why my car wouldn't start and gave me a estimate. They were very patient with me when deciding if I wanted to go through having my repaired. I didn't give them the green light until around 3 something, they closed at 5 and was still able to put a alternator on and repair my brakes in a short time frame. They stayed 20 minutes over just so I could drive my car home and needless to say the car is running great. It drives better than it ever had before. I highly recommend using this location for you're car maintenance. They are literally the best.Services: Electrical, Brake service & repair

I went in for an oil change after a Groupon promotion and was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED at the service. They refused to do a tire rotation for no specified reason and also did not place a sticker to show car mileage after the oil change was finished. The customer service is stunningly terrible and it took 4 HOURS to complete a simple oil change. They didn t even call me upon completion I had to call them!!!! Will not be going back and would encourage anyone else not to. Wal mart is much better.Service: Oil change

I went to precision for a ac recharge I went there dropped my car off I was waiting for 4 hours so I called to check for an update, just for him to tell me the ac mechanic isn t here. I then came back a different day when he was in he told me it would be 90 plus dollars to fix it ok great but he comes in and says this crazy price of a thousand plus dollars so I say no. He then says it s going to be 50 dollar plus just because he did a diagnosis check which he did not tell me. Had I known he did not fixed it I would have never let that man touch my car. I went to the cause my car was jumping a little bit and I needed my air fixed. We they drove the car I guess and said they couldn t figure out why it was jumping. Well about 2 weeks after my transmission completely went out. So it says they do transmission repair so why is that they missed that. If you couldn t figure it out, why not do a full diagnostic of the car. Oh yeah and I went there cause my warranty was almost over and I wanted to get anything major fixed before it was to late. Now here I am out of $4000 yes $4000 and all they had to do was fix the problem when they had to chance and didn t. I wouldn t recommend them to anyone. I gave the car key and I was watching them doing it. They lift the car and in 2 or 3 min, they lowered the car. They said it is done. I know it wasn t done. Nothing changed. My car is shaking at certain speeds. I took it to the mechanic and he told me this is related to alignment. I later on talked to the customer service and they stopped responding it.

I have to agree with the post from 2 years ago. "First, they don't honor their coupons. When you present a coupon, they tell you your car takes special oil and it costs more." This is EXACTLY what happened. Not to mention the guy working the desk was completely rude. He would make fun of the customers he had been on the phone with, TO the customers sitting in the waiting area. How classless is that? Not to mention he talked to me, a young female, in a very condescending tone the entire time. Will never go back, even if it was free!On top of this, they charged me $5 extra to to "top off all my fluids" because they claimed they were low. THE NEXT DAY I checked my windshield wiper fluid while I was looking at other various things under the hood. They didn't fill up ANYTHING! They charged me and then did nothing. Rude scammers who aren't worth your time or money. I'd spit on them if I could. Terrible.Edit: IT S BEEN YEARS since I posted this and the manager is still making trash excuses for the inexcusable behavior displayed here. What a joke. Should have contacted the BBB.

I ve had my brake rotors/pads, oil change, and tire balance/rotation done and I m extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care for any auto needs. The price is fair and better than all competitors I had checked and the wait time is very reasonable. The staff is courteous and professional.

I got my oil changed here on May 5th for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. From start to finish the oil change took 10 mins which is pretty fast for the few times I ve been there. After the oil change i noticed a pool of oil in my driveway. I contacted this location and brought my truck in to first be told it was a oil leak but then it was soon changed to just some excess oil being on my oil pan cover. A couple of days later my oil was still leaking and i brought it back to them again. Again they said it was excess oil from the change TWO WEEKS AGO! Today I m getting my oil changed elsewhere as this location can t even get a simple oil change right. I will not be returning to this location. Three visits for them to not even attempt to find the problem and to just get me out the way. I also reached out to corporate and have yet to hear anything back. This location has gone down i will only go to NLR location going forward.Service: Oil change

My experience was good. The only issue was I had a coupon for a free tire rotation with an oil change. They said they couldn't rotate the tires because they were past tread life or cupping. When I took it to my tire place for new tires, they said the tread was still good and rotated them for me. I guess it was a judgment call but lost out on the free tire rotation. Otherwise they were friendly and convenient allowing me to pick up the car during off hours, paying over the phone and leaving invoice and keys in the car.

I had a great experience here this morning. Ian was very helpful in keeping me updated on the work being performed, gave me the total price before the work was performed and even found a valve cover leak that was deemed a fire hazard. They fixed that before anything. I'll continue going here. The service and personal attention sold me!!

Wow! Anyone that knows me will tell you I don't cuss for you to lie and accuse me of coming in there yelling obscenities. And another thing I sat there and not once did you tell me I needed my rotors you made me believe that everything was fine you handed me my keys nothing else was said about rotors you put it on the paper on my second visit but that first visit you never said anything you're very dishonest and right here proves that you lie. I hope anybody that comes to you will think twice. I will be contacting corporate on this matter. I did not slander your business I gave it a one start yet you're trying to slander my name by telling lies you never even showed me the brake pads.

I purchased a Groupon for an alignment and wiper blades. It was busy but the check-in and check-out was quick. They also checked my tires and let me know there was an issue so really appreciate that. The manager asked me what I know or feel is the problems with my vehicle. He recorded my concerns. Then he asked me, what did I want done. My concerns were EVALUATED through computer diagnostics, and explained to me (cool dude, intelligent), and a oil change. I liked my experience.

Was charged for work and parts that had not be installed. Was told I would have a check refunded to me, after 3 weeks of waiting and several phone calls and visits later, I finally received the check. Unfortunately it was $126 short of the actual amount they charged me.
