PJ, my roadside assistance carrier, from Phillips Brothers Towing Service provided a quick and thorough service. He made sure that I understood the entire process of what he was about to do and verified my drop off location. He even followed up once he made it to the location. I appreciate him being kind, professional, and handling the vehicle with care.This was the best towing experience I ve ever had. Thank you for your 10 star service.

We wanted to share our adventures coming through Little Rock Arkansas.Heading west on I-30, we come around a sweeping right hand corner. Hit a pothole the size of a kiddy pool.It popped both tires on the passenger side.10:15 at night, raining, not knowing the area. We found a tow company per our insurance app. The dispatcher called us immediately. Just a God sent angel on the phone. Her voice was comforting and pleasant to talk toIt happened to be Phillips Brown towing. A young gentleman was on our location with in 10 minutes.PJ was his name. He was so comforting, upbeat and down right amazing.He helped us attempt to air up the tires, but it was a no-go. He dropped our car off where we asked. He then gave us a ride to a nearby hotel. Which was on his way.Now we're are from Northern Illinois. And this type of caring, friendly and treated like family. Never happen up there. But PJ was all that plus more.We HIGHLY recommend Phillips Brown Towing.

Vincent was awesome. We were involved in an accident on I-40W in N. Little Rock. It was a pile up. He not only pulled our truck out of the woods, he also advised us on steps to take since a lot of the businesses were closed on the weekend. He was also kind enough to give us a ride from the accident site to the rental car place. Very kind. Very personable. Very professional. Thank you Cameron, who showed up promptly, inspected, photographed, and securely loaded my vehicles! After capturing photos again to validate he properly loaded the car, he allowed me to ride to the repair facility, driving and anrriving safely along backroads! THANK YOU!

My son called this company to have a non-running truck towed from my carport to a mechanic and back. When they retrieved the truck, it was parked neatly in the carport and out of the way. When they brought the truck back, they dumped it halfway up the driveway, on a hill, and caddy cornered, which made it very difficult for any other vehicle to get in or out. This happened on January 2nd. I called them and asked if they could please come and reposition the truck. They were rude and acted annoyed with me, and stated someone would call me back. Today is March 4th and I have yet to receive that call. Also today, I am searching for a tow company to tow the truck elsewhere. You can best believe this company will not be getting that business!

They basically stole my car. Didn t notify me that had it on their lot for over 3 months then told me I had 3 days to pick it up or they would auction it off. I get my car towed somewhere else and then Phillips brothers lost the key to my car. The owner was rude to me. Would not recommend.

The damage to my son's truck made it difficult to get on the truck, and street parking made getting the tow truck in the right place challenging, however with a lot of persistence and skill, David was able to load it without dragging the damaged tire sideways. It was extremely hot out, but he took his time and got it loaded and delivered. He was very friendly and professional.Service: Car towing

On my move from Florida to Little Rock Arkansas I needed help getting my Tundra unloaded from my semi tractor trailer. Philips Brothers Towing was very professional, and showed the knowledge and experience in getting the job done once they made it out to my new address. Definitely would recommend and use them anytime in the future!

The wait time for the tow the first time was 4 hours but the driver that came that night was awesome. On Monday I scheduled another tow to get my car to the shop it took them 7 hours to get my car and the driver at that time was not as caring about my car as the first one. It didn't look like he even attached my car the right way to tow it. The first driver was so much better

Vinny was very professional after my car sat on the the side of the highway all day with my insurance agency trying to get a tow truck to me and no one would take it because I needed him to take it to the base after the insurance contacted him he picked it up and delivered it to base within an hour 10/10

I am behind in getting this review made. My vehicle was stolen a little less than 1 week ago. I can truly say that if there were one positive to be taken from this situation, it has been my interaction with this company. They truly helped me in a way that no one had, within the first day and a half, if my vehicle being taken. They helped me navigate a situation and I couldn't be more thankful!

My trucks breaks went out. My insurance company had Phillips Brothers Towing come haul Toxicity(my trucks name) home for me. The ride home was very nice. The gentleman, Tim, made sure I felt at ease about my truck. As we chatted about cars and hunting and our jobs the ride was over in the blink of an eye. I went to tip him after dropping Toxicity and myself off but I didn't have cash and he didn't have cashapp. I apologized several times. He insisted it was fine. So SHOUT OUT TO TIM! AND SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE AT PHILLIPS I can tell that you guys have great worth ethic and morals beyond business. Keep up the awesome work you guys!!

If you can avoid using this tow service you will be much better off. My car was damaged by Phillips drivers trying to store it. They need tow drivers that know how to care for the vehicles under their responsibility! No skilled employees here.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

After having issue after issue with the roadside assistance of my insurance, I was frustrated and not expecting much. The gentleman that showed up, not only was there almost an hour and a half SOONER than the insurance company told me to expect them, he was wonderful! He made a bad situation work out beautifully and as a side note, completely impressed me with his service (and his backup game was on point!). If not for our driver, my day would have been completely ruined.Service: Car towing

Aye Mr. Zack was a great and timely tower. Very informative and kind guy. Hooked me up, got me where I needed to go and went on about his business. Cool guy keep him around.
