Ownership and team at Perfection Plus are honest, helpful, enthusiastic, and reasonable in how they treat you and charge for their services. Little Rock is lucky to have them! Highly recommend!

Many companies,have names like Best Buy and Superior this or that.But never give the goods or service the name implies. Well that is not the case with Precision Plus ,they are that and more. I would call Rick, the Porsche whisper.. If you own a Porsche you better take it there ,you will be happy..Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My experience with Perfection Plus was TOP notch. Literally the best experience I have had with a shop of this nature (automotive repair / maintenance). I have verbally already spoken highly about them to numerous friends and family so it's only fair that I put it in writing. I called two days before Christmas. We were needing to travel to get to our destination that day. They got me right in and fixed our problem in about an hour total. I purchased a Porsche in NW Arkansas and the dealer was not very knowledgeable or honest about his cars... I was referred to Rick from AutoRocks and I called him to ask questions ... he is the most enthusiastic Service specialist I have spoken to in a long time .. I know he was busy, yet took the time to give me so much history and details about my car ... and offered so much awesome valuable Information... I will refer him to every Porsche owner I know .He obviously loves what he does and gives back to the consumerIf more people were like this ...Thanks

Perfection Plus is a resource we are lucky to have in Central Arkansas. They diagnosed and repaired an issue which caused me to call a flatbed, and I was back on the road a couple days later. Since they fixed my car, it is running better than ever. What is not to like!?

The is my second review, 3 years after my first. Both, 5-stars. What I can say is that the customer service, expertise and ability to do the job is consistent. Everyone in this company is doing an A+ job. I only consider going to Memphis or a Porsche dealership if I need something huge done under warranty otherwise everything at PP. PP is a rare gem; the Central Arkansas community is very fortunate to have these gentlemen -- they are Porsche lovers at heart with vast knowledge and insight.

I live in Virginia Beach, but I bought a car that was serviced by Perfection Plus. Although I never had my car serviced there, the amount of time they spent on the phone with me talking about all of the service they performed on the Porsche 911SC I purchased made me feel like I was their biggest customer and part of their family. All of that and I never spent a dollar in their shop. That kind of customer service is just something you don't find anymore. You can tell by talking to them how passionate about what they do, which speaks volumes of how good they must be at it. I was travelling from out of state when my water pump went out. I managed to get my vehicle to the shop just as they were closing. Instead of me having to get a rental car and a hotel, Rick went ahead and did my repair. This man saved me alot of time and money. He went above and beyond to help me. What a great guy!I am a business owner myself and pride myself on exceeding my clients expectations. Recently, I was passing through Little Rock in an 86 911 I was driving from NY to Austin, TX. I had been hearing a rotational noise for a day or so and it was getting louder, so we stopped outside LR and looked up Porsche repair shops. Called Perfection Plus and spoke to Rick. He was super helpful, and ordered wheel bearings for the next morning, so we stayed in LR that night. Next morning, Rick and Steve took the better part of an hour to inspect the car, drive it, and diagnose the problem, which were badly cupped front tires due to toe out. These guys were super nice, took time to talk, clearly love these cars, and took care of us by letting us know we were safe to head home. Rick and Steve refused any payment even though they'd spent a fair amount of time and ordered bearings. These guys are great and made a big differenc in our trip. If I lived in LR, I would be a regular, loyal customer. Thanks Rick and Steve.

If you own a Porsche and live in Arkansas, and you still go to the dealer instead of these guys...you are wrong! They treat your car like it's theirs and have all the expertise required to get it up and running again if it's down. Or just needs some scheduled maintenance. All for a great price!

These guys are AMAZING!!! So helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to Porches! They aren't trying to tear your head off when you walk in the door either. Treated me being a female no differently than a man which is always nice too! Very fairly priced!

Best Customer Service ever! They really do get the job done quick! While I was at school, my father decided to take my 944 here and in less then 3 days it was ready! Their work is excellent you won't be disappointed! Best place in town!Thanks perfection plus!

Best expexperience i've ever had with a service shop. I love Porsches, and so do they. My 1988 928 S4, really likes them too. Just won't go anywhere else.

These guys do good work on Porsche s. Their prices are a bit high, but that comes with owning a Porsche or most any German automobile.

Rick the owner and Steve his right hand man are stand up guys. They work on all my Porsche's and I would NOT even consider sending them anywhere else. Don't send your car any farther then Perfection Plus!!!!!
