Paulie s is hands down one of the best Audi/VW shops around. Not only is their knowledge and experience with the brand vast, their customer service is second to none. Paul went above and beyond to help me and get my Jetta back on the road. Will absolutely be returning for any future services and telling everyone I know to go to the best Audi/Vw shop around!

Heading to Texas from Indiana, broke down in middle of the night. VW dealership referred me to Paulie said he was the best, they did not lie! First off I dealt with Paulie directly the entire time, extremely hands on. Got me towed immediately to his shop and got to work. I continued on my trip in rental, while I was gone, Paulie diagnosed all of my issues, communicated with me directly, got everything repaired, personally took the time to put good amount of miles to ensure it was running like his own, and even came on his day off to meet me with vehicle. The personal attention and service was best Ive ever had. Highly recommend!!

Paul and his crew are the absolute best. Friendly Brittany upfront greets you by name and with a smile. They let you know what's going on quickly and clearly. My Q3 proved to be particularly challenging and required lots of detective work. Paul kept me in a loaner car for the duration of the work. Their prices are very competitive. Also, they share a shop with SL Autoworks, which services Subaru vehicles. They are an excellent business, too.In conclusion, I've never been happier with an automobile service provider than with Paulie's no need to look elsewhere if you have a VW or Audi.

I ve taken my Audi to Paul for years now. He s done an APR tune and any maintenance or repairs I have required. This place is the only place to have your car serviced. Brittany is efficient at getting you the quickest appointment. They have a very comfortable place to wait on your car. Paul is the real deal. I ve always been satisfied with their work and the way they treat their customers. I meant to pick up a t-shirt this morning with I got my oil changed.

Paul and his crew are the absolute best. I wouldn't take My VW anywhere else. Not only does he take good care of my cars, he also helped me get one after I had a wreck. Hands down, best service. Prices can't be beat either.

You won't find a better mechanic than Paul so don't even bother bringing your Volkswagen anywhere else in Arkansas. He's honest, fair, and knows Volkswagens better than anyone else. I have a 2012 Jetta and though the maintenance and repairs have been minimal, Paul gets it done from brakes to an oil leak to having my car towed in and fixed overnight. They really do their best to get you back on the road safely while being 110% thorough with fair reasonable pricing and knowledgeable easy to understand explanations of what's going on with your vehicle. I really dread having to find another mechanic if I ever move out of state because this one is the best around. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you everyone at Paulie's!!!

Took our company vehicle in for some maintenance work and the fellas at Paulie s gave it to us straight. They advised us on fixing the things that needed it, but didn t take advantage of us and got us back on the road cheaper than we expected. Very thorough in the explanation and very knowledgeable. I recommend them for all Volkswagen & Audi service needs

Paulie s truly is the best Audi/Volkswagen repair and maintenance shop available! I have owned 10 + Audi/Volkswagen vehicles and Paul or one of his techs have helped me on everyone. They know them inside and out. I have been using Paul since the inception of Ohare Automotive. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks guys!!!!

So happy I found Paulies. I have a 10 year old VW Eos and they were able to find and repair my oil leak as well as being proactive about some other engine problems. I really like my car and feel relieved I'll be able to have her for a while! Great communication with Paulie and Brittany, they explained everything and took the time to answer my questions.

I highly recommend Paulie for any type of auto repair work! He is a highly trained professional mechanic who specializes in Audi s and VW. Paul is the best tech I know and my family have been customers for years. His new setup is amazing, we take our VW and Porsche here and are so thankful he and the crew are still working with these fantastic cars. He s fair, honest and does what dealer shops do for a fraction of the cost. The quality of the parts and work is never less than 100%. We are lucky to have these folks in Little Rock for sure.

Great communication, great work, great people. Never feel like I'm being taken to the cleaners. Very up front when issues are found and no surprise charges. Paul is great and so is everyone else. Highly recommend if you have a VW or an Audi.

Paul is an amazing mechanic and businessman. He will take the time to explain what needs to be done to even the least car-savvy customer (like me!) while listening carefully to the driver's experiences, noises heard, etc. Then, he makes sure to provide accurate pricing and timelines and sticks to what he promises. What more could you want? I couldn't be more impressed. Words can t explain alone how much this company is worth every dollar and minute of my time. Thank you Paul and Brittany for your loving and outstanding service. Pauls company is and will be the only service I will seek when dealing with troublesome Audi products. I appreciate them so much for their patience, hard work, and dedication to providing me a satisfactory customer service. They are beyond anything as little as a review could give them, for they deserve much more but I know it would be wrong if I didn t leave one. Paul is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend him 10000000 times again. not only did he take care of me and fix all the mistakes a previous shop did, he checked up on me after and still does to make sure things are going well with my vehicle. he was honest and professional and I will use him for my Volkswagen until I absolutely can t anymore!!!!

I took my '18 S6 in for some APR tuning and a DSG service (almost to 80k miles). Paul took care of the tuning and completed the DSG service. Paul asked if I wanted him to inspect the vehicle and reset the inspection reminder as well, which was appreciated because I knew i was getting close to my next inspection. They made sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable as I waited for the work to be completed, even offering a temporary loaner vehicle if I wanted to pick up anything while I waited. Their staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I feel that I gained a reputable mechanic and a few friends during my visit because they are arguably the best in the business! I even got a free t-shirt which I will proudly wear at meets, shows, and races to rep their business!

Paul O'Hara will always take care of his customers. Paul took care of my 2008 Golf City for a few years at his previous shop, and I was impressed by several things. For one, he is that rare breed who never makes me feel talked down to about my car. He always explains my options and costs and makes it right if anything goes wrong. After his departure, service at that shop was just not the same, so I was over the moon to run into him early this year and discover he had started up again. It doesn't surprise me that he already has his solid five-star track record going again. That's Paul for you. He eats, drinks, sleeps and breaths VW Audi, and it shows.Services: Electrical repair, Auto A/C recharge

These guys are top notch and will always shoot you straight. I have brought multiple cars and plenty or crazy issues to them and each time they do great work. Good prices, great speed of work, quality of work is good, and they always work with me on pick up which is tremendously helpful in today s hectic world.

I have been taking my car to Paul for years. He has always done an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend Paul for very simple reasons .If you want great repairs/maintenance done on your car go see Paul. If you want those repairs/maintenance done for a fair and honest price go see Paul. If you are tired of being ripped off by other car repair places go see Paul. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting area is super clean and pleasant. From the O'Hara Automotive days to now Paulie's VW Audi Specialists, Paul and Justin and the rest of the team have always done phenomenal work on my R and S4! I know when I drop off the keys with them, the job is going to be done correctly for an honest price with loads of communication through the process! Been going to them since day 1 of jumping into the VW/Audi world and I will continue going back to them!

If you need anything with your VW or Audi this is the place. Not a VW or Audi still give these guys a call. Been taking my cars to Paul for years now and bought several quality cars from him as well. When Paul left his other shop I followed him to this new location. These guys are the only ones I let work on my VW s. I took my VW to a couple different shops for a boost code error. After spending thousands of dollars at other shops I finally took it to Paul. What seemed like a extremely complicated wiring nightmare, Paul s team made it look like a cake walk. Paul and his crew diagnosed and fixed my car in just a couple days and for a significantly lower price. Paulie s customer service is excellent as well. The whole time they had my car I received calls and text message updates and every time I called them someone answered. I was never left wondering what was going on with my car. After this experience with Paul, he has gained a customer for life. I don t trust to many mechanics, but Paul and his crew are definitely trustworthy and honest people. I have done business with Paul for years. If his shop moves I search for him. Everywhere! I have a VW with over 311k miles on it and ALL thanks to Paul and his staff. He does awesome service and is knowledgeable on EVERYTHING your vehicle needs and prices are so fair. I will NEVER take my VW or any of my cars anywhere else for service. Try his shop 1 time and You will Not go anywhere else.The VERY best in service. Professionalism, and prices. I truly Love Paulie' s VW and Audio and you will too!!!

Paulie's VW Audi Specialist is by far the best VW/Audi shop I've ever worked it. Paul and his team do fantastic work, fix things up in a timely manner, and all for fair price. They've even caught minor problems in my GTI before they became major problems, saving me a ton of money in the process.
