Their employees consistently impress with their friendliness, helpfulness, and deep knowledge. Plus, the convenience factor is top-notch you can order online or call ahead, and typically, your items are ready for pickup the same day. No need to trek into town; O'Reilly's has you covered. The employees here were very helpful, even though they ultimately were unable to help with my issue. They answered all of my questions and seemed happy to do so.

Is in littrell stance the only automotive parts shop that I deal with in Little Rock overall great customer service the whole team for management down to the delivery drivers just overall hands down 100% guaranteed gratitude and satisfaction by this store off of Arch and Pratt

This place has helped me out so many times being a single mom with no clue about her car!! I have to give a special shout out to Juan, who recently put a new headlight in my Elantra, not once but twice, in the same week, and yes it was opposite sides! They were such a pain to get in but he never folded! Thank you for helping this gal stay safe and smiling the whole way, it meant more than he'll ever know!!

This O'Reilly location is okay. Its the only central auto-parts store as of present in the Landmark & East End areas. For whatever reason unless I am buying off of the shelf they don't always have parts in stock and I either have to visit a different O'Reilly or an Autozone. Also, I have a few times had to bring specific part numbers or have all of my parts research done before arrival as the employee can't get passed the 2 or 4 wheel drive wiper blades questions.. I still use the store, but will definitely agree they have helped me become an Autozone customer.

That was my last time ever going to this establishment. I'd rat he we drive 20 more miles than just up the road. Half the time you can't get someone to answer the phone. Then if you do, they'll put you on hold until you hang up. I've called twice today to check on a battery's availability.i was told that they have it, and that it would be at the register waiting for me. Called before I left and they said they have it. I Get up there 10 minutes later. Not only is it not at the register but they don't even have it. There lady said that they were busy all morning. But to he parking lot was empty and it was only one customer in the store.

I've been here several times for both small items (oil filters, wiper blades) and slightly bigger (vehicle and camper batteries). I've also brought used motor oil for recycling. The staff are always super helpful and polite. Today, they helped me change my battery AND my wiper blades.

This location is notorious for making customers believe that they have the parts in stock but when you arrive the don t have them I believe they never check to see if it s there or not I drove 30 minutes to pick up parts that they never had and this is not the first time this has happened

Very helpful "employees" and I say that because one of their truck drivers helped when all of the associates were busy and he got the parts for me.

I have zero problem with the store. The website for O'Reillys is junk. Ive been trying for 2 days to look up parts and all I get is a blank screen. It's also a problem just getting to the parts page. They need to fix the website and LEAVE IT ALONE!

The Sheridan location was not as helpful as I thought they should be. There were 2 people working, and they seemed stressed, and reluctant to helpUsually, when I need a little help with something small on my car, if there are 2 staff working, one will gladly come and take a look, or try to help me with simple stuff in other locations.Or maybe it's just the people at Auto zone that goes that extra mile to help, I'm not sure about all Oreillys locations, because I use Auto zone more. But the Sheridan store staff just seemed standoffish, stressed and hesitant to come help me.

If your for a part for your vehicle it's a 50 50 shot they will have it and if you need more then one of the same thing like 8 spark plugs they only gonna have 4 in stock but then there that other part of that 50 50 and they might have everything that you need

The staff used to be very knowledgable but it seemed they cleaned house and now... not so much.. I went in to get spark plugs for a truck I just bought and the guy (Maso?) asked what kind, asked if he would recommend anything and I got a "Idk, heres the list of them" and then we just turned the screen and he read off the list.There was a girl in there where I once needed a 10 mm bolt. We were in the "standard" section (inches and whatnot) she called that section "metric".The only one that really really helped me recently (this is May 23rd 2015) was an older lady who gave me the rundown on Seafoam. She really helped. Everybody else.. be prepared to read off a list on a computer screen...

Just about everything in this store is overpriced. Make sure you visually check any parts you get, since this location especially will just hand you the wrong product without batting an eye over it.

Went to get an adapter they didn't have it but it's now on order and I can pick it up today what service!
