On 2 separate occasions I called for pricing with my national account number. When got to store to purchase price 30% higher. Whoever trains phone associates should be retrained themselves. Will shop this location again.

Very clean store with a professional crew. Chris checked my battery, sold me a new one and then Chris and Paul changed out my battery at the end of their work day. I appreciated the impeccable customer service. Will return.

I dropped in to get replacement wiper blades for my Smart Car. They had to order them in from a different store but they had them the very next day. When I bought them the staff fitted them free of charge and it was just a very helpful and friendly experience. Very happily go back to this store

Went for a battery early on a Sunday morning. Both guys at the counter were friendly and helpful! We had just discovered all my tools had been stolen from my toolbox. They loaned us tools at no charge.

I initially tried to buy two belts for my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe , the serpentine belt, and after talking with my friend /mechanic, the AC belt. I am not a mechanic. They SHOULD have known what I was talking about. My personal mechanic /friend asked me if I had both before I came to him. I trusted this store would have KNOWN what I was asking for. I will NOT be back. We (general consumers) are not familiar with the parts and usually Google or YouTube for help. The staff should be more aware of this and trained to be able to be observant enough to help.

Mr. Odell, the manager was very helpful in getting me a brake light bulb for my sons car. He even asked if I needed the grease that is normally required to put on the electrode side of the bulb were it fits in the socket of the pigtail at the end of the wire harness. It was nice if him to sudjest to do it. Fast and curdious service with an "A" class personility.

Friendly service, great and helpfully crew! The ASSISTANT. Manager Terry, Asa are awsome guys! They go out they way to give you the right information. And very knowledgeable about automotive.

Al....you da man!!! My daughter and I came in for battery...Excellent service,more than accomodating..He even went out in smoldering heat and changed it for me...thanks man..I will definitely be a returning customer

This is a good auto parts store but they conveniently moved right in front of AutoZone and face their building towards most of the traffic going towards the highway which seems to be a better position. I'm not sure what's going to happen to AutoZone's business because of this.

They had the valve stem for the low pressure for the 2003 Saturn Vue did not have the one for the high pressure
