In the a the north little rock store will call is a it looks like Dennis rodman sister that if you're not outside the gates by 5 she'll have an employee help you push your car out while you're waiting to get a fuel pump will not help you with or even see if what your talking about I have have done business with sentence for 20 years

Showed up 10 minutes before closing, needed to grab some oil real quick. Doors where locked and the employees ignored me. Clearly not interested in my business. Went to AutoZone instead.

The service and professionalism is the worst. I called and was Immediately ask me to hold after holding for 15 minutes I hung up and called back once again the Lisa asked me to hold again and I explained to her that now I just hold for 15 minutes and she asked did you talk to her I said yes you're the one that just told me to hold. She said I didn't know you were still holding which is neither here nor there as she reprimanded me without an apologize and she said well what do you need I have to help the customers in the store first. I explained to her that I needed what I needed and she then quoted me a price that I explained was two and half times as high as their competitor then she said will why I'm I calling her? I explained that this store is closer to me and that I had always used this store. But I can't see why that mattered, I will drive by this store and go the extra view miles going forward. True believe that if it were possible this location shouldn't have One star

I bought some kind of fancy spark plugs for my Subaru and they made it run worse. I tried to return them and they would not accept them without a receipt which was very unfortunate because they were expensive. Also every store you call to see if they have a part will give you a different price for the part you're looking for. Overall the staff is friendly and very helpful but the business is poorly run.

This place is close to me so I frequent it alot. The guys are cool and the store is clean but the shelves are almost bare. If you are going to shop this may not be the store for you .

I'm in the days of the baby boomers whom were going to keep the traditional ways of family and friends as it was and should stay for the future of the ones that are not on the same page but are doing well I hope that the new year is treating all with the world we live in a better place in the world that they deserve It's not the life you choose but the live. I love O'Reilly's it's a good place for car parts and good people that helps you great location close to my home any location at at O'Reilly's is a good place to shop always taking care of their customers fix my car totally from O'Reilly's great Parts quality price check them out if you need help they got a thing that they can even check your engine to tell you what part might be wrong signing off Joe

I had brought some wish year Blaze there and didn't have a lease about a couple months and better and they tore up and they would not replace them they wants me to buy some more and I really thought that was wrong that's my complaint with O'Reilly
