I appreciate after the 4th time I called at 2 am, with a driver stranded on the road, the after hours driver answered and advised me they do not tow after midnight, except for highway patrol, which website does not indicate. It says 24/7. But i get that, a lot of services do that. However, when i hung up to seek other services, the gentleman called me back repeatedly until I answered at which point he proceeded to offer to go and whip my drivers ass for me waking him up! So professional! I wish there was a rating less than 1

Attended the funeral of a beloved pastor 2 days ago. The church has property all over the block of Main & Roosevelt. I drove in from out of state. I parked my car at 12:30 on the Free at Last Bail Bonds lot, which was closed. When I left the funeral at 3:30, I returned to the vehicle to witness my sister being harassed by your employee, Joe. This man threatened to take pics of my tags, and demanded 75 dollars to prevent towing. He tried to coerce money from me but no other drivers that parked on the lot. I guess because they were male.Joe initially said that he was called there by a Mrs. Harris. Later said he was called there by a Mrs. Smith. No LRPD were called to the site. After demanding my $100 back, he said my tags would be turned in to the LRPD and I'd receive a fine. I called the LRPD. A chief with the LRPD informed me that there is NO LAW in which a tow truck company can turn in ANY tags for tickets. It's up to the owners to call the authorities to have a vehicle towed.If you look on FB for Free at Last Bail Bonds, the owner replied and said that NO ONE was at the business, as it was closed for the day. The business was aware of the funeral and had no issues with people parking there.All of this to say that Joe is a liar, cheater, deceiver, and lacks empathy and ethics, and has no business working for you or anyone else. Be careful, because this man is a liability to your company. You better fix your employee ethics issue. FAST.

I was told that they "didn't play that game" when asked for a quote for towing to compare to other local towing businesses.I guess "that game" is making money?
