Heath is amazing!! He did everything like he said he would and got my truck back on the road !!! Super nice guy !!! Also Mr Gary is super helpful whenever I need advice about my truck

We had issues with older Nissan, purchased brand new but with age things happen and they did a great job at a reasonable price ,will go back

Wanted to charge me $100 just for a diagnosis, didn't hear from them after 24 hours and called to find out what was wrong with the truck and they said someone would call me right back. No one called me back. I called again and was told they didn't call me because they hadn't diagnosed it yet and that it would be about 4 days!!!! Picked up the truck and took it to Meineke, they diagnosed it within 2 hours, ordered the parts and had it fixed within that same 4 day window. Don't waste your time or money going to Nissan.

This is the most I've ever paid for an oil change/tire rotation and I've always taken my cars to the dealership because the prices tend to be about the same and I can usually get it finished early in then morning. 2 hours wait in the morning on a weekday, I was late to work and then the total was almost $100 so I didn't have time to aruge it. I won't be coming back here for anything unless my car has a recall.

We broke down on a road trip. Jordan and his team in the service department were able to get our van checked immediately, assisted us with storing the items we were towing safely in the shop and got us rolling again quickly.

Just taking too long. 2hrs to look at a busted motor for the driver window. Im still waiting. 1 person has already come in after me and left before me. But my rep was as kind and nice to me as possible. He assured me he would tale care of me and so far he has. Just ready to go
