From out of town. State trooper kindly advised me to check for a short if bulbs worked. Nobody available til I checked with Naylor.Thank you guys for fitting me in right away. Very good diagnosis & repair. I'm so pleased with the professionalism, and your kindness which ranks at the top of my auto repair experiences. Checkout was sparkling too.John

I took my vehicle to this place a couple of times. Neither time was it repaired completely. The last time I took it they had it over a month before I was finally told to come get it because they couldn t fix it. I had some electrical issues and my speedometer stopped working was the reason I took my truck there. After picking it up and still having brake light on which wasn t on at first, ABS light, traction light I finally took it to a dealership. After spending hundreds of dollars with NAYLOR s I m out of over $700 with the dealership to fix the issue s NAYLOR s didn t fix. My wiring was wrapped in electrical tape, some bolts were loose on the side they worked on and a sensor connector was damaged and another wire was being held up with a zip tie. I tried them because they were highly recommended.

I had a headlight that burned out repeatedly. My mechanic suggested I take my car here and I'm so glad I did! They got me in same-day, and were able to identify the issue right away (a burned out "pigtail" evidently). Anyway they fixed it immediately and even provided some additional service on my headlights. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Problem solved. These guys are great!

I drove my 2008 suzuki xl7 to Naylor and he charged me $400.00 to fix my car.. now I have had to tow my suv from there... he don't know how to fix car's

Don't waste your time and money I spend thousands to have to take my car to the dealership bad business at its best I'm telling u don't go to Naylor

I had car troubles and they weren't hard to fix. I took my car to a shop (1205 University LR.)and they kept it for 3wks 3 days. I went there to ask why haven't he started and he started to say, "we were just about to get to your car". Nope! got my keys and brought my car to Naylor and he fixed it in 3 days. I will bring my car here from now on. Thanks for the quick fix.

I went to this place for my headlight, they fixed it for $540 then 3-4 days later my headlight went back out this has happened 3 times now and they claim to fix it every time but a few days later it goes right back out. And currently it is still out and they are trying to charge me more money because it's supposedly a "new issue going on" so basically they screw you out of a lot of money and they don't even fix the problem. I would never recommend them to anyone they are suppose to specialize in electric but they can't fix the problem. Don't waste your money at this place.

Avoid this place took my truck here for minor issue it was in worst shape when it left.They still have the audacity to want charge 5 star prices for 2 star service. Bcm was faulty they said everything else but that

I received the best customer service from this establishment! I have a 1996 mustang that's been rebuilt and was giving me GRIEF!! The alternator had been changed at least 5 times and rebuilt! These guys fixed it on the first try.Weird connection issue. I'm turning to them for all my electrical issues from now on!

If you want to get beat out of your money i wouldn't recommend this company. Went in due to my seat being stuck waited for 45mins for results on what the problem was. Was told after running test my motor went out and part would be $70 or so i paid for the part and made arrangements for next day servive. Made it home after calming down (Mom had passed day prior) my cousin comes in a shows me that my seat is now working just fine a penny was stuck on the tracks. Excited i called the company to inform them i would need a refund. They say ok we'll just apply this to your Diagnostics fee... I explained neither one of them told me it was such a fee. Nor did any signs state it..but okay whatever keep it...even though you clearly miss diagnosed my problem. Which makes me speculate were you getting over. How did my cousin a woman see with no tools what you didn't see. I hate to give bad reviews so thats why im giving a 4 but work on correct diagnosis for your customers. Overall thr owner was friendly and spoke with professionalism. As well as his receptionist. She was well spoken and friendly as well.

Asked for a wiring harness fix and they charged me more than a new harness . and the harness fix looked so poor I did not even waste the time to install it.

I had an appointment at 10 a.m. to get my wiper blades fixed they met me there on time. Let me know what the problem was it was. It's going to be a very expensive car repair for me so he did a little patch job to get me out on the road driving again until I could afford the fixed

Great customer service. Affordable and finished the job in under 90 minutes. Extremely thorough in locating the problem, and sharing (verbally and visually). I will definately be going back if I have any other electrical issues.

Broke other items on car not even associated with repair. Continued to give false finish times then threatened, "you can come get it" even though it wouldn't drive without PRE-PAID repair. Lackadaisical and caviler attitude that does not help the customer at all.Shoddy work; bad attitude no customer service skills and highly over-priced. Amazing that such an operation can continue under such a well respected name as WAS Naylor!Avoid the grief and find someone reputable instead. These guys are, at best, criminal!

Went to 4 different mechanics, mis diagnosed my car on several occassions, say it need this which it didn't this been ongoing since july, took it to naylor"s Mr. Lee diagnosed it tested it until he got it right, so if you having car problems please take it to naylor s they will do it right the first time with no added parts you don't need and are very reasonable and courteous.
