I ordered some items on line and paid with a card when I was notified they were ready for pickup I went to the store I had to wait over an hour because they had issues with the website to print the receipt. After I got upset I was told the card is not charged until the receipt is printed if this is the case why not void the online purchase and just ring me up at the store instead of making wait over an hour for your tech support to fix the issue. To much common sense there I guess.

The sales representative didn't help with loading or unloading my purchase of a battery. The sales representative last time I bought a battery loaded in my car and took the core back. That is the difference between the two different employees.

I went in for three items and since I had never been in this store before, I went to the counter and asked to be directed to them. I was flat out told that they didn't sell two of them and was told the third one wasn't in stock after the clerk looked it up in the system. I walked the store myself and found all three items. I bought one that I wasn't going to be able to easily find elsewhere and went to another store for the others.

arrived 10 mins before closing needing oil for my car bad. they closed early and wouldn't let me in the store. unprofessional

The sales man, front counter guy was the best ever!He explained to me what I needed and gave me great advice. He helped me and showed me where my power steering fluid was located, I mean he gave me the attention that I needed. This location is the place to go!

Napa/Speights Auto parts refuses to honor a lifetime warranty on a product without a reciept even though their part number and tags are all over the part. Don't bother ever expecting them to stand behind anything they sell. They will have an excuse as to why they can't regardless.

Just had some awesome customer service didn't get her name but she went above service and was very nice and the guy working was just as friendly and helpful was there around 11:15 am on Jan 31st 2016

Factory authorized parts are here and pricing is fair. I go to Napa all the time all over the United States there service is always good and speedy!!!
