James and team were incredibly helpful! I walked in and James quickly helped me find the correct bulb for my rear blink light and even took some time to help out and quickly get me on my way. So appreciate the help! You will have my business going forward!

Scot was very helpful and spoke with all the customers as if he actually likes his job. That's hard to find these days. He was accommodating and very nice doing business with. Also the big guy, with a beard was patient and kind enuf to give us a jump 3 or 4 times without grumbling or complaining. Thanks guys. I highly recommend these guysAs well as this store. If I'm in the area and find myself in need of this type of service I will definitely come back to these guys.

Great store, great people. Maddy and Debra always take great care of me and have gotten me out of a bind on several occasions. The rest of the crew up there is great as well. Couldn't be happier

Wow, was I impressed with this place! I had just a pretty simple problem, but when I walked in and showed the salesman what the issue was, he knew the immediate fix, knew the immediate product, and he solved my issue right then and there on the spot. That was very awesome. I was hoping to get a no-nonsense problem resolved, and they did it in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner very quickly. I would really recommend this place for your Automotive needs.

Nice place, kind of tucked away, but the people are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a small space but they either HAVE it or can GET it for you. It's a little off on a side road off Chenal so it's easy to miss but it's convenient if you are driving east on Chenal Parkway towards Markham/Bowman road intersections.

Was just charged $25 for 2.5 gal DEF; total rip-off. Neither me nor any member of my family will EVER spend another dime at a NAPA store. Price gouging like this is despicable.

I went in this afternoon realizing I was completely out of oil, and they were very kind. They allowed me to borrow a funnel, helped me get the cap off my oil reservoir, and checked on me to see if I needed any further assistance.

I've always loved napa, but the sole reason for the 4 star review is because this is not a full store. It is just if you need a car part and nothing else. They don't have any tools or merchandise out for sale, nor any fluids or commodities you might need for everyday driving. If they stated this within the description it would receive a full 5 stars

The staff here were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. Unfortunately, they don't have the inventory that a lot of parts stores have and I end up going somewhere else for something on my list. They still get 4 stars though for the effort their staff gives.

We had to make two trips to buy a part in which both parts were defective. They were nice and the only reason they received this rating was due to the defective parts.
