These guys did an amazing job on my lift!!! I love it all the way. The only reason I didn t give five stars is because they mentioned they would shave my mudguards to ensure my new tires didn t rub.. well they didn t, but that s okay because I can do it myself, the bigger tires very much do rub, but it s okay. They did an amazing job giving my truck some life. I would most definitely bring my future vehicles here. Thank you mud connection!

DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! Use Toys for Trucks or Cabot Tire and Offroad! Really rude unfriendly condescending and cutthroat like behavior and they try to rip your head off in labor charges!!!! I took a G2 axle housing with the parts from the old axle to them. All they had to do was cut one small bracket off and weld onto the new axle put the parts in the new axle which has nut adjusters to set backlash and carrier bearing preload so you don t have to even shim which means less time for install and he was trying to tell me 8-10 hours of labor or more at $150/hour!!!!!It only takes around 4 hours to do a full axle swap from one axle housing to the other and that s having to dissemble one axle and reassemble it in another! All they had to do was just reassemble the new axle cut and weld one small bracket and trying to charge 8-10 hours of labor($1200-$1500 plus tax)or more that s highway robbery!!!!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Blackmon Auto, the car dealership affiliated with Mud Connection. We can emphatically recommend this place. We dealt with Clark Benton. He was professional, responsive, transparent, and very accommodating. We drove in from NW Arkansas to look at a used Toyota 4x4. He met us after hours and was helpful and courteous to our whole family. He immediately addressed a couple of minor issues we noted with the vehicle and followed up with us. We bought the vehicle a week later and again he met us off hours to accommodate our trip from NWA. We've purchased three used cars recently and been on many car lots and test drives. This was far and away the best experience we've had at a car dealership. It was refreshing to not be yanked around by salesmen who misrepresent their vehicles and shady back-room sales managers. We will definitely reach out to Clark again. Would also highly recommend this place for someone looking to purchase a 4x4 or outfit their 4x4. The integrated dealership, 4x4 supply, and 4x4 garage make this the best one-stop shop for everything 4x4. We are extremely happy with our purchase and enjoyed working with Clark to get it done.

My experiences here have been fantastic. They did a great job re-gearing my Jeep and were very helpful when I replaced driveshafts on my own and had some issues with pinion nut torque. They were happy to take a look at it and get me on my way. Great service!

This place tried to charge me $3500 one time. They said I needed head gaskets, my front end axle was cracked. And I had a leak in my cooling system. This was not the true and I have never had to replace any of the things on my vehicle They were dishonest and it is sad there are bad people in this world.

I took my Jeep to them to have it re-geared. Not only did they take care of the gears but also informed me that my ball joints and axle u-joints were worn. They replaced the parts with no extra labor cost since they already had the axles apart to do the gears. Upon picking up my Jeep they took there time and explained the gear break in period.I will definitely use Mud Connection in the future as I continue to upgrade my Jeep.

Just had my 4Runner lifted by them! This was my first time lifting any vehicle so I had a lot of questions! They were happy to answer all of them. I also had them do a body mount chop and it looks great! Definitely a good price too. Had my lift and everything done in 4-5 hours!

Very glad I took my 4Runner to them. Several other 4wd shops gave me the run around and mis-diagnosed the problems I was having in my front suspension. Brian and the guys determined what I needed and advised me what I needed to do to fix it the right way. Very reasonable prices and fixed all the problems I was having. I will definitely be using them again.

I gave a low star rate but please read my review as THEY DID MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT!The work they did on the transfer case on my Jeep is fantastic. Their business mechanically is not what made me give a 2 star review, it is the customer service and the issues I ran into that should not have happen. To start off, I am not one to leave many reviews but the issues that occurred with my experience here are issues that I would like to know about if I were a new customer with any business. I m editing the review I initially left because the business owner has addressed every issue and made it right! On Feb. 14th, I took my jeep to Mud Connection to have the transfer case replaced. The job took longer then expected but with supply chain issues right now, that was understandable. And again they did a great job on the replacement. The first issue I had was on March 24th, when I went to pick the jeep up, they handed me the wrong key. Although the key they gave me did start my jeep, it was not MY key, which had a cord keychain on it. Issue number two was when I went to look in the jeep, there was grease on the passenger and driver side seat covers. When I addressed the issue, Brian at the front desk, said he would look for the key and get me new seat covers. I was totally fine with that solution and trusted him to follow through with his deal. The following Monday I returned expecting to pick up the new seat covers but instead Brian insisted I bring him my old grease covered seat covers in exchange. I agreed and told him I would bring them back. In the meantime, I grew very frustrated with the unprofessional manner Brain was handling the situation and left a review before finishing business with them, which was an obvious mistake on my part.I called to see if they had found my key and Brain said no, then went on to bring up the low rated review that I left and proceeded to handle the situation very unprofessionally.Fast forward, I came back to the business to try and get to the bottom of both issues and Brian said we still haven t found your key and we aren t going to swap the seat covers out. I asked him, so Im suppose to just keep the messed up set covers and not get my original key back and he said, yes .This issue was clearly not going to be resolved by the people at the front desk(Brian), so I left the situation where it was and went to find who else was an owner. If you have a problem like this or any issues with Mud Connections, Thomas Blackmon is the person you need to contact. He is very professional and is a true, honest business man. He made sure me seat covers and my key were replaced immediately. All in all, mud connections made it right and I m happy they did. If your reading this and want to go to mud connections to get work done, by all means go; I m just telling you my experience and what happened to me.

I usually don't do this, but this was frustrating. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment at Mud Connection to have my Gladiator re geared for the 16th. A local 501 member recommended them. Last Thursday I called to verify they was still good and that i would probably drop it off Sunday, since I live 1.45 hours away and had to work Monday early. 8am Monday I called to let them know where I left my key and asked if it would be ready Tuesday for pick up last they said it would, since it's my daily driver and was a pain to be without a vehicle. Well I had to take off work today just to be able to pick it up and when I called @ 10:30 am to see when it might be ready the employee said he'd call me right back. 35 minutes later no call so I called back. The next employee said the same thing, bit this time he advised they hadn't even touched it and they would have to re schedule for next week. I told him he'll no I'll just pick it up, because it's a pain I was having to try to find rides to work. I decided to call right back to see if I could talk to a boss and see if I could definitely have it done by Wednesday. Well that guy said we are all bosses and they lost 2 employees Monday and don't have time to do it. I said wouldn't the first thing you do is advice me of that Monday not wait until it's supposed to be ready and I have to call them. That guy didn't apologize for the inconvenience of me having to drive almost 2 hours 2 times for a job that never got started. Sorry for the long rant, but they might know what they're doing, but if they have horrible communication, customer service it doesn't matter.

Learn how to use a torque wrench!I recently purchased new tires for my truck and the guy that installed it apparently overtightned my lugs. All 6 broke doing about 75 on the interstate. Good times.

Took my 2001 Dodge 3500 4x4 in for a new clutch upon the rec'd of a co-worker. Brian handled the logistics and was honest about when the work could be done and the estimate was spot on.....a fair price which did not deviate on the back end. I always have questions, wanting to understand what caused the problem so as to increase my knowledge of the vehicle should there be future problems. This is where I usually encounter problems.......but not with Brian. He went out of his way to explain to me what had failed and why......and did not appear irritated to have to do so. He even went out to the truck and showed me the old parts as further explanation about what had failed. My encounter with this establishment could not have gone better....and I will definitely be using them for any future work for which they are qualified.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Small lift install along with an alignment on my 4Runner. Didn't break the bank, extremely affordable and good work.

Well changed out my transmission and transfer case in my z71 and 4wd stopped working. Took it to mud connection and they said sometimes it takes time for the computer to recognize the new part and it was working fine now. Picked it up that Monday was working great and NO Charge, talk about integrity. Hard to find nowadays.

One star is too much for this place. Unfriendly, condescending know it all s. Took my keep in there to have the rear brakes adjusted and they didn t do anything to them and tried to charge me $109. There was no change in the brakes when I picked the jeep up. All front brakes and no rear brakes, any idiot could tell that but the arrogant a$$ technician told me there was nothing wrong. Needless to say I did get my money back, but I wouldn t trust these guys to do an oil change. Ridiculous waste of 2 hours of my time and $30 in Uber rides. And like someone else said, I usually don t do this but these guys deserve a terrible review.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced shop to do a gear upgrade on my '07 JK. He started calling and I turned to social media for recommendations. We both came to the same conclusion and we decided to use Mud Connection 4x4. The price was very reasonable, and they not only did an excellent job of installation but included a gear oil change and inspection at 1000 miles. On our way home from having the oil changed we sprung a leak at the axle seal. My husband called them the next day and they told him to bring it back. They inspected and changed the bearing and seal at no additional charge. Through no fault of their own it didnt correct the problem and looks as if we will be needing new axles. Overall their work and customer service is excellent and we will be using them for future upgrades.

Toyota Tacoma 4x4 here. I have had different work done 3 times by them on my truck. They were knowledgeable, helpful, did their work in reasonable time, and my truck runs and rides like new now! Thanks for your quality of work and honesty!

If you want a personal and professional crew that makes you feel like your in your own garage and want things done right this is your place!!! What I like the most is it's not a one stop shop looking for a sale. They want to ensure it's done RIGHT and encourage you to come back to follow up on their work to ensure their are no issues that arise bc let's be real things happen. No one is perfect and with wear and tear things come loose and adjust. I'm not very mechanically inclined and new with this stuff so I had a lot of questions and they took more then a fair share of their time to answer my questions and explain everything along the way even after hours without to facilitate my schedule. Just ask and these guys will probably do it or point you in the right direction. They are sincere and care about their customers and quality of the work and products that drive off their lot!!!

If you don t own a Toyota or Jeep, don t bother taking your vehicle here. Attempted to get a lift put on a GMC Canyon and they failed on multiple occasions either installing the lift or new suspension kit. Had to take it to 4 Wheel Parts to get it corrected.
