Four months ago, I traveled back home to ks not realizing my brakes were horrible. Luckily my son was able to notice it. So I took my car to the meineke in Ks. Now supposedly they claimed to have changed all four brakes and rotors, gave me a brake flush, front end alignment, and 2 brand new tires, a $1500 job. Now you would ve assumed my car would be driving smooth like butter after all that, NO!!!!! So a month later I still felt something was wrong with my brakes so I returned to a meineke in Ar where I currently reside they test drove it and told me my brakes were fine and everything was all good, being a woman I believe them cause what do I know right but they did tell me I need a new cv axle so another $850 job. OK so now I m good to go, WRONG!!!! My gut kept telling me something still ain t right. So I took my car to another mechanic shop to look but they did something else wrong but that s a different story for a different day. Finally after taking my car to AUTOZONE, the manager tells me no way your rotors where changed the way they look especially after only 4mths. So I took my car back to meineke once again and I wasn t leaving until I got my rotors fixed and they did but I don t think they were happy about it

I came here because my dealer service department couldn t get me in until next week. I m glad I did! Kyle Denton s team was professional and responsive to my needs. They found and fixed my issue the same day. This had potential to be two trips and loss of the use of my truck at my dealer. Thank you for keeping Hercules rolling (and more importantly, with the ability to stop rolling ).

They are very professional and did a great job working with carshield. Quick turnaround and communication was impeccable Will be using them again. Very informative about the service that was going to be done Kyle was great and everyone was friendly. They installed a new alternator for my husband's Toyota Tundra. Thanks Guys! I was very impressed with the service I received at Meineke. I particularly like the way they let you know everything you need to know about your car via text while you're there with pictures to support their findings along with recommendations for repairs with pricing. The service representative explained everything in detail, therefore, I didn't leave there confused. Thank you, Guys and I will be coming back for the recommended work.

Well they are extremely friendly but...... I had a new alternator put in and while driving to Kansas my vehicle started acting crazy. Barely made it to my destination. Looked under the hood and the air intake hose wasn't clamped correctly and had come completely off. As I was fixing it I noticed that my battery wasn't hooked on right either at that point my car wouldn't start. I realized that it had also blown a fuse because it wasn't hooked up right. Then grease is flung down the entire driver side from them putting on new brakes and routers.

I strongly encourage anyone looking for repairs to conduct their business elsewhere, preferably an independent mechanic. The amount of time and money spent on the service my significant other received here was overwhelmingly high. The consequence? An A/C that still doesn't work and a new quote for a problem that was not initially diagnosed or diagnosed during any of the 3 additional times he took his car there. Either this establishment lacks expertise or they are intentionally ripping people off. Either way, it'd be best to look elsewhere for service.

Warning: do not take your business here! They will overcharge you on both parts and labor, and they will not do a good job.I took my vehicle here for a simple AC compressor replacement, which they quoted for over $1500. This is a job that takes 1 hour with a part you can get for under $500. A day after getting my car back, AC stops working. Brought it back, they claim the new compressor was leaking and a week later I had to bring it back again. Second time with 2nd new compressor, AC stops working again. Brought it back AGAIN, and they claim it's the compressor leaking again. Their parts that they are overcharging for mind you. I had to bring it back a 3rd time, they put a 3rd new compressor on, and once again a few days later the AC stops.This time, they tell me it's the evaporator core leaking now. Day long job, quoted over $2,000. This is a Jeep Liberty, so fairly easy to work on. They should have noticed a leak when I first brought it in, or literally any of the other 3 times they changed the AC compressor. This shop is a joke and a mess with a terrible AC mechanic.I strongly urge anyone to take their business elsewhere. They will waste your time and money and happily overcharge poor suckers who don't know better. I have never written a bad review for a business in my life, but this Meineke location deserves it.

We jumped in our car this morning to go have some breakfast and saw that picked up a nail in a tire on the way to work.It was a Saturday morning so didn t know who would be open to get our tire plugged.We found Meineke and decided to go there because with it being in the Indian Hills Shopping Center, we knew there would be restaurants nearby where we could have breakfast while we waited on getting the tire plugged.We went inside and there was a nice waiting area. We were quickly greeted by a gentleman by the name of Worthy.Right away he went to work on our tire and he had it plugged in about 5 minutes. From there he asked me to pull to a bay where he checked the pressure on all four tires.We asked to pay and he wouldn t any payment! He just asked that we come back for an oil change in the future.We will! Thank you so much for such kind, unexpected service!

I trust and appreciate the service and care I receive when I need car service/repairs. I love the new way of informing the client of how repairs are done and what repairs need to be done. The pictures and videos are so helpful in understanding what needs to be repaired. The customer service is excellent. Thank u for helping me stay safe on the road.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were very concerned about the issue my car was having and making sure it was fixed. As long as it was fixed, I'm happy and will come back.

Very Efficient.Although I turned my car in with explained symptoms and that the car did not always display the symptoms a multi muti point inspection was performed ($118) and was credited for any work I had done. Lots of good info from the inspection that I need to prioritize but they found the 4 engine and transmission mounts broken. So very glad they found and fixed those. I assumed those caused the symptoms. They didn't say and I didn't ask. But the car is still displaying symptoms but in a different location. May be a compound problem. Anyway, hard for them to fix if a test drive (I assume they do one) does not reliably present the problem and don't want to spend another $118 for them to look for something they may not find visually wrong.Finally, they did not use fender covers for the work and the car came back to me with grease smudges all over the fenders and they scratched the paint on one of the fenders. It's an old car and not a high dollar car. But, come on treat the car the same either way. That bothered me.

The overall service was great and staff was very informative about my car and the needed repairs. I liked the new digital system it shows everything from pulling the vehicle into the shop to checking out. Thank Team Meineke JFK

Beware.. My husband and I went here because of all the great reviews, things started out great they were super nice and explained everything. We told them there was a small steady drip of coolant and the check engine light was on. We were told it would be over $3,000 to fix everything wrong with the car. We had to decline getting it fixed right away due to price. My husband left in his car and they brought mine out of the garage. He proceeded to show me that the small drip we went in with was now completely broken off. I still couldn't afford it and was told I probably should stop driving the car after I got home. We got a block down the road and had to drive back because my car was now smoking and overheating. We headed back to try and decide what to do next and we walked into the manager saying "didn't make it too far did ya?" with a smirk. Completely unhelpful ended up in a parking lot down the road and repairing it ourselves. Absolutely will never go back here again!

Since my post keeps being taken down, I ll just do it again. Calling this place a chop shop would be generous. They are intentionally trying to swindle you by suggesting things you don t even need. They are frauds and unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

I was on a work trip all the way from Florida and needed my tire fixed. These guys not only pulled two nails out, but fixed my tire and had it all done in less than an hour - at no charge! Ive always been weary going into repair shops, but if im ever back in Arkansas and need to get my car worked on, this is where i will be going! Thanks so much guys!

I asked the service writer to please have the mechanic return my spare to the storage compartment in my vehicle and that I would be happy to pay for this above the cost of my oil change. These guys were great on everything from start to finish! I had trouble with my AC blowing cold air & thought it could ve been my air compressor. Worthy checked me in & informed me that they ll perform a diagnostic test first & call me to let me know what the issue was & he he did that. It was actually the serpentine belt that broke causing the problem. Kyle was pleasant and knowledgeable upon check out. My first time using Meineke & I ll definitely return for other services!!!Exceptional service!Thanks, guysService: A/C installation & repair

I have a 96 Jeep that is very precious to me. These guys not only took care of the general maintenance, but went above and beyond to find and fix cosmetic issues I had no idea about. The extra things they found, they took before and after pictures of repairs to assure that I was getting done what was told to be done unlike other shops that just run the tab on you. I had shocks put my car on all the way around. They got on it quickly and was pricing was reasonable. Cheaper than a much bigger auto shop I use at times, they re quote much considerably less.

This is my 2nd encounter with Meineke with different vehicles for A/C issues. They found and solved both problems in a short time and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone. I have the best experience with this location. I also want to say Kyle the service manager and the service department are awesome. They got my vehicle in and troubleshot the problem and got problem fixed. I highly recommend this is were you need to get your vehicle serviced.
