Knowledgeable and friendly people all around! I haven t purchased a vehicle in 14 years and only had one time before in my life so I was expecting this to be a very nerve racking experience, but Kelly Williams, salesman, and Derrick Anderson with Financing made it fun, quick, easy, and stress free! I knew what I wanted going in and was able to test drive JUST that and I was driving off the lot within an hour or less! They took great care of me and I am forever grateful he was able to get me in the ride I REALLLLY wanted!I went in during spring break so they were a bit more shorthanded than usual, but I was still treated very well and had all my questions answered. It was super comforting knowing this business has a five star reputation that they genuinely take pride in and I really get the impression that they want to uphold those same standards for future buyers! They earned every star and I would give 10,000 if I could! Wonderful experience! The back of my Rav4 wears the Mcclarty Honda logo with PRIDE! Thank you again Kelly and Derrick!

I ve been a customer for over 20 years. So I m already sold on the product. I found Kevin Berry to be a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. No high pressure sale. He knew the car would sell itself. And Jonathan Frazier in Finance was very kind and worked with me to negotiate a payment where I get to keep all my limbs. And I have previous experience with Chris Valenzuela in the Service Department and I know he ll take good care of me. Good people.

I purchased my current and my past 2 vehicles from McLarty Honda and I live in Conway. McLarty Honda sells at MSRP, you won't find that at another Honda dealership in central Arkansas, period. Also, they WILL get you the best interest rate possible! Also no pressure shopping and great service department. Not that you'll need servicing, just an oil change....it's a Honda!!! Don't take my word for it, do yourself a favor and go visit them! Pro tip -> Ask for Caleb Turner

I had a great experience at McLarty Honda! I called on a Saturday morning and Gary called me right back. I left in a beautiful red HR-V that afternoon. Darnell Watson helped make the day with his knowledge of all the car's features. The finance manager was awesome and helped finance the car and stay in my budget. Lovely experience all the way around!

Really enjoyable car buying experience. Everyone was really nice. The finance guy was helpful in explaining the paperwork. The manager was friendly and worked to get my wife and me a good deal. The salesman (Ramon) did a great job of explaining the vehicle's features. He knew and he believed in the Honda product. Ramon was very personable and made us feel like we were wanted there; I felt comfortable there. Well done... keep up the good work.

Awesome experience. Ask for Tony and you will not be disappointed. Best car buying experience you could ask for. We buy all our vehicles from him and he is trustworthy. It is amazing to be able to trust someone in the car business but you absolutely can trust Tony to treat you fairly. He has an amazing testimony of God's miracles as well.

I was extremely stressed about having to purchase a vehicle but my sales consultant, Tony McDaniel, was what I needed! His personality was a great balance to my feelings at that time. He was very informative, patient, respectful while telling it like it is -- which was refreshing. Thank you Mr. Tony!

I absolutely love my experience here. Chris messaged me immediately when I asked about a vehicle and got me into something very nice. I live two hours away and he had the paperwork ready to go when I arrived. Detailed the car again before I left with it. Warranty policy is really nice. Every staff member was very attentive and welcoming. They had staff walking around the parking lot waiting to welcome more customers. Even my financial worker was very informative and welcoming. Everyone had a positive attitude. I would recommend to anyone.

Ramon was the salesman who guided me through my buying experience. He answered all my questions and set up my hands free phone and my favorite radio stations. He made me very comfortable with the entire process. Travis was my numbers guy, and he worked with me to make a deal that worked for me. Overall, it was a great experience!

Had a seal fail that caused the coolant and transmission fluid to mix and ruin an engine, and worked with the service shop to get a replacement engine (plus transmission and radiator... make sure those seals get checked). I was definitely on the fence about this repair due to the cost, but I trusted that the Honda technicians would fix it right. I wanted it fixed right, and was told the engine replacement would have a warranty since it was a used engine. Before even my first scheduled oil change, the oil pump gasket failed and is leaking oil, and even though it was part of the engine replacement, I've been told McClarty does not consider that gasket part of the original warranty (oil pump=warranty, oil pump gasket=no warranty). And just so this review doesn't seem too negative, the staff was very nice when they told me the gasket was not covered under the engine warranty.

We had an awesome sales experience!!! Brian Allen was our salesman and he went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable and even more patient with my wife and I! Jonathan Frazier was our finance guy and he went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking out our protection packages and extended warranties. The GSM Steve Brooks was a magician when it came to numbers and closing the deal. And the Finance Director Zach Jones is afraid of spiders.

Darnell - was my sales guy and he was AMAZING. He was calm, listened, engaged and well he sure got the SALE!!! My experience was seamless and I m glad I gave them a chance. I was getting ready to make a deal with a competitor down the road and Darnell was able to change all of that. He needs to be recognized for his communication and salesmanship skills.

I can't say enough great things!When i arrived, Caleb, the salesman, had the car waiting.A detailed explanation of all the features. He knew them well.For the test drive, I was in control.It wasn't on their preset route.Back at the dealership, if I had a question and he didn't know the answer, he found out in just a few minutes.Then explained everything in detail.Once I decided I was going to purchase, Caleb and the finance team made it happen in no time.At the end, they even delivered the car to my house.It was a super easy process and a pleasure buying from Caleb and McClarty Honda.I will be back.Rusty A.

Darrell Taylor # 100457 was excellent at assisting us in our purchase. Our contract person that did our final paperwork was great. The finance guy who the salesman worked with to figure the terms was not so great. We had about as high of a credit score as you can get and our interest rate of 7.9 % he gave us was much higher than we feel would should have gotten. We were told at another Honda dealership said we would get 5.9%. We bought from this dealership, because they had the vehicle we wanted on their lot. We were too far into the process when we found out our interest rate. Plus, my husband is a veteran. The policy that you have to be in the military at least 20 years to get a veteran s discount is a slap in the face to others who have served our country.

Caleb was by far the most helpful sales person I have delt with in the last 15 years! Amazingly smooth process and never did I feel obligated or pushed. I was in and out with my new car in less than 2 hrs and this including looking at cars, test driving, and paperwork signed and complete! 10 out of 10 would recommend Caleb Turner!

I have used Mclarty for service before and they take care of Honda owners even if the vehicle was purchased elsewhere. I give Honda and Mclarty 5 stars.

REPEAT customers here!!!Once again they took awesome care of helping us find exactly what we needed. I called Caleb because he had been so great during our first purchase! He went out of his way to help make this purchase possible for us! You can see my first review below- we REALLY did come back again! And we will continue to do so for years to come! Incredible service and staff!! We drove from several hours away to trade-in and make a purchase. Each step of the process was extremely smooth; the salesmen listened to our wants and needs and provided us with excellent quality service. They really worked to help make the purchase affordable for us and our family needs. The process never felt rushed but was well stream-lined. The easiest car trading/buying experience we ve ever had. We will be coming back for our future purchases.

They got the job done efficiently and thoughtfully. The only negative at this dealership in LR is that the waiting area needs updating.

Ramon was great to work with. We traveled the 3 hours from Memphis, TN because he was the only Honda salesperson I could find that would give me a straightforward price on the color/combination we requested on a 2024 Honda Accord EXL Hybrid. My husband and I were shopping for a dependable sedan. We were somewhat picky but the team at McLarty Honda was patient and really cared that we left happy with our purchase. My experience with McCarty Honda was very good. Mr Cabel Turner, my salesman , was well informed and excellent at demonstrating how to use the many features of the crv,and explaining the pricing. He made the hold car purchasing process quite pleasant . There were no unpleasant surprises.

Wow, the experience I had today was beyond phenomenal. The moment I walked in I was greeted by, Brian. He walked me out to look at a few cars and his aura exuded positivity. He came off very genuine and that is something I gravitated to. I knew instantly I wanted him to sell me a car! Brian went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. My sister, who came with me, plans to come back next year to purchase a car and we want Brian! I would recommend this place to anyone. I am happy customer!!!
