I was literally across the street at the gas station, called and basically begged them for help. I had a flat tire. I am a single lady and did not see a way out of my situation and was scared to be stuck like that. They were about 10mins to closing time, and would not help me in any way and the man on the phone - Did NOT Care!

Professional and courteous! We traveled down here from Massachusetts and unfortunately, blew out a shock on the way. I'm a mechanic back home and never have had anyone work on my vehicles. To save time while on vacation, I stopped in. Duke was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed. The techs working on my truck did everything the way I would have done myself ( right down to cleaning the bolts and anti-seize).It gave me comfort because it was done right. Thanks, you guys are great and will come highly recommended

Bought two new tires and the next day came out to one of them flat. Came back for the repair at 8am and bot open even though store sign advertising for 0730am. Waited an hour and half for repair. 6 hours later tire was flat again. Asked for compensation and unwilling to compromise. Bad business

Don't go here. You go in with a $500 problem and they turn it into a $2000 problem. They even told me my headlight was out and wanted to replace it. None of my bulbs were bad. They charged me for a new battery and a month later my battery died. I went to jump it and it was my old battery with it's old corrosion.Avoid the headache and find someone you trust.

Great place, inexpensive and fast work. Their rates fit my budget. I bought 4 tires and had them balanced and didn't have to take out a loan. The mechanic was very nice and fast. I will definitely be back and would recommend it to everyone. Hours are 0800 to I think, 1700 weekdays and 0800 to 1200 Saturdays.

They have no problem telling you they can get you in for an oil change and an hour later youre still waiting and they haven't even pulled your car in. Your time as a customer means nothing to them. Your time is not important enough to tell you it will be a couple hours because it takes them 45 min to do a single oil change in a 6l gas burner. Pic added to prove i was here. 12/28/18. Arrived 940am 10:57 they just started. Liars

They're friendly and bi-lingual but, perhaps a bit too busy as it takes hours to get in and out.Aim for slow periods or be prepared to sit there. 2 hour oil changes

Got a great price on new tires for my granddaughters car. They messed up the sensor on one of the tires. We took the car to the dealership to have the sensor replaced (it had to be ordered) and dealership pointed out the new tires were dry rotted The dates on the tires (I didn t know tires had the dates they were manufactured) showed the tires to be over 5 years old and were a danger to drive. We had to buy new tires again plus the sensor Macuils broke. Be aware if you are purchasing new tires.Service: Tires

Manager is not clear with you about time expectations nor all the fees associated. Also, this no credit everyone is approved financing service is a gimmick. It is a hard hit to your credit which I was told it wasn t. (But it was) also, I requested really cheap tires to purchase and was assured they had something comparable in cost to what I already had but after they had my car overnight to do the service, when I was quoted a tire price the next day, it was twice as much as I originally agreed upon! So essentially, I only got a rotation and front end alignment and that took them from 2 pm until 3 pm the next day. Very friendly people though but not very upfront and does not portray information or communicate all the points well.Edit: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!After spending nearly $2k on random small repairs to fix a squeaky loose belt, I finally went to the Honda dealership and they told me that most of the repairs that was previously done were not necessary and that the problem was the alternator that I had replaced was not bolted in or screwed in correctly and it was causing the belts to equal and throw. So they fixed that and replaced my belt and it s worked fine since! At Macuil s, I ve replaced the alternator and pulley, harmonic balancer in May 2022 and again in July 2023 , and the belts three times. Also they told me my car jumped time and had the chain or belt for that replaced and then had to replace the timing cover and gaskets. Also had to replace the fan assembly and radiator. Then they were trying to get me to pay for Uv diagnosis for my power steering. Honda did a full workup and said that most of that was most likely not even necessary. I will never take my car back to Macuil.

I've waited the standard month since acquiring service, and after having not a single problem with my car I'm willing to give this place a four-star review,I enjoyed the old man behind the counter, and even the youngsters who actually did the work were quite kind and polite, but most importantly of all I haven't noticed any reoccurring problems with my car since then.Like most people I've always questioned the intent of others and I was hesitant to try this small store, that's also why I waited so long to leave this review. That being said I spent around $2,500 and I don't regret my choice, the old man was nice enough to actually show me what he did and while he didn't take my car apart to show me what he did inside, he did show me what he added and what he upgraded that was visible, the exact opposite of some greedy car salesman who would just rush to find their paycheck. The only reason I'm giving this place four stars instead of five, is because I didn't get any coffee from their coffee pot that's my biggest regret.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

I started using them about a year ago. I needed some new tires and oil change. I had been using another known place in Little Rock and questioned their service several times. Alan was very helpful to help me decide in which tires I needed. Him and service tech also showed me the cabin filter and engine filter that was completely stopped up that other place never mentioned. I went in today and Alan he went and bought his staff breakfast and even offered me some of his. They are thorough and I trust them with my car completely. If you live near one of their places I would switch to them you won t be disappointedServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

On the advice of a coworker, we went here to repair our radiator. Dropped it off at 11 and were told it would be ready by 5.Not only was it not done, but the price went from 200 We discussed to 1100 dollars and wouldn't be ready for 2 more days.Needless to say, I was aghast about the cost and disappointed as to how long it would take.I recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere.

Went in for a $60 oil change and left the experience with $630+ in auto damages($157 for their disassembling, breaking, and not reassembling our oil pan, $103 in tow fees, $375 for parts + repair from the new reputable mechanic, over $100 in uber fees) not to mention the half-day of no work for my friend($300) who helped with the first half of the day, 2 days of work missed for my partner and 1.5 days for myself ($1800), time, energy, no oil change, and a bad taste in our mouth for this "Christian" business.Day 2 spoke with desk guy 3 times over the phone on terms of us getting our car. I had to threaten to bring an officer as he originally coerced my partner (whose native language is Portuguese) into either paying $600 for the oil pan they broke or leaving the car bc it was now "not driveable"Told us we d have to pay $157 for their disassembling, would not reattach our oil pan they broke and told me he couldn t get our itemized receipt unless we showed them our IDs. Of course I refused that ridiculous request. Failed to mention my partner would need to be there on the phone, but said when we got there that he must be there when he was clearly not.According to our new mechanic, he has fixed at least 5 cars from them that were disassembled before approval, broken , and customers end up either having their cars held hostage for them to fix what they broke, or pay to have their car towed to a more reputable mechanic. They also assert that they care about immigrants because the owners are immigrants, but exploiting someone's language barrier, putting us more in debt, and breaking our only form of transportation doesn't seem very caring or "Christ-like" to me. The fact that this experience isn't an anomaly though, concerns me that something worse than I thought is going on.

Some how got a nail in sidewall on a tire with only 11,000 miles on it Macuil was the 3rd tire shop I went too and the only ones that said they could get me the same tire so could keep a matching set ( Bridgestone Tires 275/55R20 all season) they went above and beyond to help out, I would recommend this Shop to anyone

I've gone here for about 3 years now for oil changes, tire repairs, and tire replacements and have had great and speedy service every single time. Allen (the General Manager I believe) and his team always provide extremely professional and friendly customer service. I highly recommend this specific location!

The workers are always friendly and willing to help. They are honest and do not try to get you to pay for unneeded repairs. My back tail light was not working after I replaced the bulb and receptacle the bulb plugs into. They could have told me it was a major wiring issue that would have been time consuming resulting in high labor cost but they just replaced a fuse and charged only a few dollars.

Allen and his team are very professional. I always have my oil changed and my tires rotated at the Arch Street location. Today Allen showed me that my serpentine belt had several cracks and was at the verge of breaking. He advised that I have it replaced so that I would not be stranded if it were to break. After my approval he showed me the condition of the worn belt. I am glad they are looking after such things and are helpful to keep my truck in good shape.Great service and great people.

We were relocating from Denver to Mobile, and our tire basically blew out in Little Rock. Macuil's was open on a Saturday and was able to haul in a tire from the other side of town to get us going. Manager (Allen I think) was incredibly helpful and courteous through the process and kept us informed of the details along the way. If I lived in Little Rock, I'd be coming back here for all my car needs.

Do not take your car here! It's a scam. They are incredibly overpriced and you'll be lucky if your car is actually fixed when you leave. I called to make sure they were only going to do the one specific thing I asked for and asked how much it was going to cost was told 25$ but when my husband went to pick up the car they charged him 100$..and the time before this we were told 75$ and our total was almost 600$ with all kinds of stuff we didn't ask for on the receipt

Bad place with bad reputation overall, Manager Allen Trimble is a Jerk, he's manipulative and con man, nobody in this place wants him. The owner of the chain Macuil se Sergio Mnica, is from Guatemala and Evangelical pastor in the House of Prayer Church in 12802 Crystal Valley Rd Little Rock AR 72210, who without any scruple hires people like the mentioned Allen to run his business, without realizing that he is a rude person, unkind and without sensitivity for his peers. I recommend not to go to this site, there are many workshops with good prices, but above all with friendly people, who will be happy to serve you.

I've used the Arch st location twice now. Both times have been a very positive experience. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism and the prices were more than fair. Highly recommended!!
