Bought two trailer tires brand new. 5 days later one is flat and found a leak on the side. Very small but enough. Less than 100 miles on the tire and they refused to make it right because it was a trailer tire. I ve bought lots of tires. This was a defect and they could have got it replaced from their dealer. I understand trailer tires have different scenarios. But this tire never left pavement and had no marks or any neglect. This was wrong and they did not stand behind any type of business with integrity

The guys at Macuil Auto diagnosed a problem with my 2012 Ram 1500 that other tire shops, and even the dealer has missed for years with road vibration. Took my truck in to see if they could rebalance the tires and come to find out that for the past 7+ years, that I had two slightly bent rims on my 2012 Larmie Longhorn. If you're not familiar with that year, Dodge decided to put a two piece steel and chrome plastic clad wheel together which makes these wheels heavier and harder to balance than all aluminum wheels. I purchased aftermarket rims and my truck has never ridden smoother! Are they the cheapest? No. But they diagnose and do great work. They have also done the shocks on this truck in the past which came with a lifetime warranty.Service: Tires

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Came for a wheel bearing, and they did NOT tighten anything back, was also told my steering knuckle was bent AFTER they replaced the bearing and that they could fix it but to do that you I would have to replace the bearing and hub AGAIN!!! Worst service I've ever had

Great service go see Richie he gonna take care of you get u back right got me a rear end and put me a new driveshaft in my Charger car drives better than when I first got it good service ain't cheap and cheap service ain't good but the price was fair and i really really recommend going to them I dont care what nobody say these guys are on there Agame

Have been a loyal customer ever since they came to Maumelle. Reached out via phone today to inquire about a new set of tires. No answer first time. Second time put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. How about getting some help? Service has really bottomed out in last year. You just cost yourself a $1,000 sale.

I will never be back and I recommend you don t take your vehicle either.. They overcharged me $366 plus tax after I was given a quote. I selected the services I wanted off of the quote and they decided to add four things that I did not approve of and charge me after it was completed. An oil change, filter and a tire cost me $954. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.Services: Tires, Oil change

Took my husband gmc Yukon in several times to get different things fixed. They fixed simple things like tires, oil change etc., BUT supposed to replace rear end issues never did..found out by taking it to different auto place they informed us the rear end was never worked on. We paid these people thousands of dollars. Do not take your car there!!! They ripped us off! Zero stars

Brought my car in back in December for hub assemblies. These guys were great!. Worked with my warranty company and were very thorough. When my car broke down again I brought it back for an alternator. Again they were amazing. And they also found my radiator had a leak. They were quick to contact my warranty company and get the additional repairs approved. They've definitely earned my trust. This is the ONLY place I'm bringing my vehicle from here on out! Great work, amazing team!

Went to get my power steering in. They kept naming a new problem every time they fixed one thing. Took it to the dealership they told me they had put a bad pump on and even after I requested they put a pump on they did not do it. I m having to pay the dealership to fix the whole thing over again. Money wasted. I m looking for an attorney now so I can get my money back. Do not go there because they didn t try to help at all.Service: Steering & suspension repair

STEER CLEAR! They Misdiagnose cars, replace with bad pumps and don t fix issues! My sister and my niece and nephews almost lost their lives on the road because of their failure to diagnose and repair her car correctly! If you love your family and value your own life, DO NOT let them work on your vehicle!

Macuil Auto saved me $300+ on a brake job recommended by another shop. They performed a full inspection of my brakes and informed me that I simply needed a cleaning and lubrication to extend the life of my current pads, which are in good condition.These guys are honest and will recommend the proper service for your needs. They are not out to drain your pockets for unnecessary services and labor hours.

I had to call them the day after new years asking about patching a tire as they were one of the only places open. They were friendly and told me to come on down they could squeeze in a quick patch job no problem. When it was discovered there was a bullet in my flat (LONG STORY) they were amazing finding me a new tire (bullet had snapped my steel band) and having it mounted with in a few hours, and dealing with the police having to come to the shop for the bullet and to interview me. If that wasn't enough I left and then realized later I had two more bullets in my front bumper. I called and asked for a quick check to make sure no minor but potentially dangerous damage had occurred in my engine. Even though they were about to close early, due to it being a holiday weekend, the manager kindly told me to come in and made sure I was safe to drive my car. They won my business so fast with their kindness, willingness to go above and beyond for a brand new customer and great pricing on my tire.

I came in on a Friday at 4:30pm with a flat tire. The receptionist was super friendly and even though it was close to closing time, she got my car in to repair the tire. The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. I will go back even though this location is not near my house because of their excellent service and reasonable prices.Service: Tires

Do not buy tires here. They are 40% higher than Discount Tire and Brake on 12th St.Only get a quote in writing as they forget what they told you over the phone.Caught manager in several lies. The manager also told me he was an owner-false.Service: TiresService: Tires

I don't know about what kind of work they do, but when I'm told they will be open at 8 and at 8:30 no one is there yet so I can pick up my WORK truck I find that unprofessional. I wouldn't have dropped it off if I knew that would be the case, now I am missing work because they are too irresponsible to open their business. I personally wouldn't even so much as look at their sign if it was my personal vehicle. Apparently talking to people I work with this is a regular occurrence.

I thought everything was fine with the four new tires I purchased for over $700 until I had some break issues three weeks later. I had to stop at a tire shop on Cantrell Road and when they went in to look at the problem they could not find the lock wrench, which was taken out of the package by Macuil's to take my tires off. They also discovered that 4 different lugnuts were cross threaded and they had broke the posts getting them off. Because of this lack of concern it cost me an additional $120.Service: Tires

Dropped off my car at 8:00AM. Nobody was before me. At the gate before door was opened. Car was not touched until 10:00 when I went back to Check on the car. Also was talking to another customer there who got there at 9:00am and his car had an oil change completed at 9:55am. When asked why it was said because it was raining hard and didn t want to move car. Granted the tire was completely flat and but I didn t know there was stipulations to getting a flat fixed. The wheel is taken off and inspected 1 nail. Repaired and then find out it s $25.00 before tax (average cost is $10-20 standard) for a tire patch. I wish I was told about the weather conditions of repair and higher rate for a tire patch. Expectations are everything.Service: Tires

They told us to be there at 8:30 on Saturday morning, and we got there early there were multiple people waiting come to find out the website is wrong they opened at 9. We continued to wait and at 9:15 there was still no one there. It s poor business to not open on time and also to have incorrect info on the website. You wasted multiple peoples time who plan on spending good money with you.

This place is a prime example why it's so hard to support some local businesses. They are always not equipped to service your vehicle, under staffed or something. I've visited this place several times just trying to be supportive and spend my money locally but I'm done with Macuils in Maumelle. They just don't make you feel like they want your business. The gentleman that normally works the front desk is not so friendly and I'm not sure but I think he's the owner which makes it worse. If you want go auto service in Maumelle visit Cantrell Auto service and there you find friendly reliable service providers.

The store is clean neat,especially the waiting room. Also Todd is a very amiable guy who will take the time to answer your questions and even make suggestions upon request. Brought two of my wheels in to get tires replaced, the mechanic scratched both wheels and gouged them pretty bad, when I asked them about getting them fixed they told me they were like this and it wasn t anything they did which was a blatant lie, Tried to get ahold of the owner to get this handled and never got word back, what a terrible shop, they damage your wheels and then push you out the door!! DO NOT GO HERE, inexperienced people, and you will get your expensive wheels damaged!! I ve learned my lesson for sure and hope you don t have to go through this! STAY AWAY FROM MACUILS

Great people! From out of town tire kept going down looking for someone to fix it! It was a Saturday and couldn't find a tire place open except these guys and they were booked up! But the owner told me to bring it by and they would fix it for me anyways! Thank you guys for doing that for me!!

Very friendly and professional service. Had my truck taken care of (breaks, calipers, differential). Easy financing as well.First time trying them and very pleased.
