On 11/10/2023 I December to come to this establishment. I usually go to Dale s tire shop, however, because Dale s tire shop employees knows how to treat their customers. They were packed so I decided to come here instead. Now all i wanted done was a spare tire change. I brought my own tire to get mounted. I was told i had to dismount my own tire. So I said ok. Ill do that. They changed the tire and i was then told i would have to put the tire back on myself, and oh yeah it ll be $30 bucks. I was appalled because i did all of the work besides putting the tire on the rim. Now I don t mind paying, but i also expect decent customer service. So for anyone going here. Please avoid.

Bought 2 tires on the 10th. One has broken bands and nail holes all in it. Now on the 23rd they refuse to do any repairs or replacement. Told me the day I bought them, there would be a 30 day guarantee. Better be ready to call them 5 or 6 times for an answer. I have given them my business for years, but this rip off is gonna end that. Scammers. Won't even give you a receipt for purchases. Will reporting to the BBB.

Educational..I pulled in looking for a cheap trailer tire and was recommended a specific tire for my trailer. They explained why and I actually leaned something. I bought the tires and they took 30 minutes to mount them up and me be on my way with a 3 year warranty. I will be a repeat customer. Thank You. Mark.

Called to price a tire. Rude. Hung up on me multiple times. Once I got through to someone, he told me they don't give tire prices over the phone and I'd have to come in because they don't speak English. His words, not mine.

Terrible!! I drive a truck to this location to have a screw pulled out of a tire. After 45 minute wait, they "patched" the tire. I paid. I went 1.5 miles. The tire went flat. While I was putting air in the tire I noticed some new scratches all over my wheel. Then noticed I was missing 2 lugs nuts! I went back to them. The "bulldog" acted like we couldn't understand English. So I asked him for the owner. He walked off. So I called David in Maumelle. He also laughed. Terrible people. Terrible service. People could have died. This company just laughes.

This location has no quality control whatsoever. They will not own up to damages they cause. They are low priced for a reason. They also tried to pick up on my wife even after she said she was married. Even offered her money like she was into something nefarious .

This place is terrible I pulled up to get a tire for my work van a 10 ply tire they put an 8 ply passenger tire not only that they didn't even balance the tire . Very bad service I won't use them again that's for sure.

I had a flat on my lawnmower and bought a new tube at Northern Tool in Littel Rock. I asked the wife to take it to a tire shop and have it installed for me. She took it to Macuil's Tire Shop. They charged her $30.00 and the tire was flat when I took it out of the car. Shewent

I have been buying used tires from Macuil's for several years and have had no issues with them until now. I recently purchased two tires and three days later one of them blew out while driving. I took it back and Macuil's refused to give me my money back. So much for being a loyal customer! Plus, the other tire they put on was overinflated to 40psi . I'm pretty sure that was the reason for the blowout. I will not return to Macuil's for any service ever again.

The manager sold me tires that he said were very good, once I drove down the road with them, my whole truck shook and made loud noises. He would not make it good.Then my daughter hit debris on the freeway and damaged the sidewall on a new tire that this location had patched a week before. When I went to change her flat, the lug nuts had been overtightened and rounded off the shoulders of the lug nuts. I drove to the Macuils tire shop that did it and the same manager said it wasn t his problem. I ll never use them again and make sure I tell everyone I know of the service I received.

These people stole my key to my 2011 328 i BMW i go here all the time. So they know me. Ive been trying to get my brakes done for the past 2 days well I can't because the lock is on my rim and they have stolen the key. So I'm about to prosecute them!!! For my key plus more

I went here yesterday to get my rim welded. But they were about to close in 20 mins. Came back the next day Julio was funny and polite. Took care of it quickly because he said 1 hour but he ir was more like 45 mins. He showed me the crack and the repair. Will definitely go here again.

I had Macuil's remove TPM sensors from my BMW's original wheels and re-install them on a new set of factory original wheels/tires. What a terrible experience. 3 of the 4 original wheels were damaged. They quoted $20 each tire to swap the TPM sensor, but charged me $25 each tire. When driving home, one tire when flat (3 miles from their shop) Turned out that they lost the gasket compression washer. I removed the flat tire/wheel and left my car along side the road on a jack stand. Returned to Macuil's only to have the manager tell me that I'd have to pay them again for them to do it right. I called my wife to pick me up from Macuil's and will never return to their establishment. After getting the TPM sensor installed by another shop all seemed good at low speeds, at highway speeds a distinct vibration. I had another shop recheck the balance. All of the wheels that Macuil's worked on were out of balance. I had them re-balanced at another shop and now the car rides like on glass. For a job that should have cost $80, I now have more than $200 in to it, and 3 damaged wheels. I do not recommend this tire shop if you have a car that you drive more than locally at slow speeds. They might be a little cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

Tires are used. Had a blowout 7 days after I purchased 4 tires. No warranty. No exceptions. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Poor Customer service. My daughter purchase a used tire and the air kept going out. We return to try and get it look at but they said it would cost to look at and no warranty on use tires. I will not.go go to them again. They wrote a reply but no apologies for poor Customer Service. The guy I tried to talk to kept walking off. I do not recommend them.

Needed two rare tires..they had em both in great condition..one even matched the set I had on the rear already.Mounted/Balanced/Installed less than 30mins and at a Great Price!Pedro runs a tight ship. Keeps customers happy and in/out efficiently!

They broke off two lug nut studs right next to each other. And let me drive off like that. They did not give me a receipt, and the guy who was told to let my car down for me looked very nervous. They also gave me a dry rotted used tire. I spent two days and a ton of money I did not have, ripping out my wheel assembly to gain access to replace the broken bolts. Plus with how tatted up the employees were, and how the boss acted towards his employees, I'm pretty sure the store is just a front for illicit activity.

Everyone who works here is rude! Who answers the phone for a business with just a hello? This isn't your home it's a business have some class. Prices are the highest in Little Rock. 55 dollars for a used tire! I can get a new one one for 20 percent cheaper down the street.

Bent and split the frame of a friend's car because they ignored him when he told them the jack wasn't in the right spot. Then they kicked him off the premises when he asked how they were going to make it right

This place was very reasonable and had fast service. Not somewhere I would normally go but I stopped in because the other tire shop didn't have the tires I needed and they turned out to be better than the other shop. So I know I will be going back for future business

I went to get a tire, the next day that tire wouldn t keep air was told the tire wasn t sealed took it to them and even woth my receipt was told that the tire they put on my car wasnt there s and even if it was my rim was bent so it wouldnt keep air. Just for me to go to another shop and they show me the wear on the inside of that tire Horrible Service

Run Run Run as far away as possible to another tire shop, these are straight up crooks,they will take your money and replace it with bad products and terrible service. If you don't want to get ripped off don't go there please unless you want to throw your money away. You've been warned

I love Macuil's and always come here first with any tire problems. They've never tried to over sell anything, they're extremely honest and fast (oh and affordable!)! I've never been here longer than 20-30 mins max!

I came in to get a rim welded in two places and was charged 50 for each crack. No biggie. A week later I had to come back and was told there was no warranty for the work they did before and this time it was 60 for each crack. Never again. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible. Set me down the street to get my tire welded didn't take the tire off had to go back twice they mounted the tire on the rim kept my locking nut and sent me on my way. Got home had to drive back with the spare on. They truly don't care about their customers. Go anywhere else.
