If you want cheap and dirty go here. If not go elsewhere.First time I got it back there was a lot of things wrong with it. Tape all over it. Overspray everywhere including in the truck. Fender wells was painted. Tire was painted. Hood was rough like sand paper. Spot on roof was not fixed. Spot on hood that was not painted. Drips on passenger side doors. Bubbles on rear fender. So I brought it back but the manager was on vacation. So I found the district manager he meet with me and agreed to fix the hood, roof, door and fender. Talked to manager when he got back and he said he would call me to bring it in. That never happened. Finally after a month I got them to set a date to bring it back. I did and a month later I am finally getting it back. It still has tape from the original job and when I got home I noticed there was tape across the third brake light. The repairs are OK. For the price its good enough. The price was great but you get what you pay for I guess.Also don't complain to Maaco. Its not a real company all they do is rent their name. This is the only response you will get: "All locations are independently owned and operated; therefore, all resolutions would come directly from the location."If you go here you have to stay on them to do anything. Management will not call you back. You probably need to go there and make noise to get a response. I believe that was my issue I was too nice. The number they give out on the google review responses is not the direct number it goes to another location and they take messages and you never get a call back.

The owner said that they would have my car for five days because the damage was minor. They had my car three weeks. They called and said that it was ready. I went to pick it up and certain parts they ordered were not installed on my car. When that location opened in the 1990's I was a loyal customer. They painted four of my cars. I didn't have one complaint. MAACO IS A GREAT COMPANY. THEY USE DUPOINT PAINT AS WELL. I MISS THE OLD MANAGEMENT AT THAT LOCATION.

Jeff saved the day after the paint I chose did not matchthe color of my truck. I was told there would be a problemgetting the original color match but Jeff corrected that. Thanksagain Jeff, I really don't think pink would have looked to good.Thank you to Meaka for her help and I hope you bought lunchfor the guys in the shop with the tip I gave you. Very fine work,thanks to all that had a hand in it.

The repairs that were done to the vehicle seems like somebody did it in their backyard and didn t even know what they were doing. Now my side door doesn t even Open from the inside. Laying in the floor is the bar that I imagine goes from the handle to the locking mechanism from the side of the door. The trim that goes on the door has been broken and it s also laying in the floor. The door they replace isn t even the correct door the paint is also not even matching up to the original paint. If there was a option to give this company zero stars I would ve gave zero stars. Now I had to take my van to Crain Chevrolet body shop to get the repairs done correctly. I do not recommend getting any type of work done at Maaco.

I always like to de a l with reputable businesses I took my car to this place for a small paint job due to bumping into something. Thank God this wasn't major. I learned that they were under new ownership. When picking my car up they repaired it but created more damage and promised me that I could bring it back to be corrected. I went back as scheduled and they said they were too busy and the manager was out not sure when to return that da. While another customer in the store with complaints asking me was I referred there because she was not satisfied either. I wish I had read the reviews first and look like I will have to live with the scratches they put on my car until I find a reliable and professional body shop who has experience in doing a clean job in this profession. Someone asked me for a recommendation for a bodyshop yesterday I just said not these people. I do not recommend them. I have not received a phone call or anything regarding to this issue and error and am not a satisfied customer at all. Never again will I hope to do business here.Here I am needing another body shop my insurance is sending me but I'm afraid to go here

I just picked up my car from Maaco Auto Painting following the repairs they told me they will fix and my new paint job . Not only did Maaco Auto painting in Little Rock Arkansas didn t fix the rear and side driver body of my car, but they also have paint all in my vehicle . The interior of my dash board , my computer screen , door frames , dash board, car frame and everywhere on the outside of my car that should not be. The manager told me upon arrival that they will not be fixing my vehicle and to remove the vehicle off of their lot! They took my money and would not give it back or atleAst fix my car . My car has been leaking from the rain coming through the hole of my quarter panel that Mac I did not fix, so now my trunk is filled with water , rear battery covered with water and there is mold all through out the car . I am unable to drive the car still currently after 4 months from this incident .

This is by far the worst place to take your car to they have messed up the hood of my car and has had my car over a month and the paint job is still not completed the mgr is having female problems and therefore he can t get my car in the proper order. And they will block your number in order not to keep lying to you about your property.

Well if I m being honest I dropped off my motorcycle gas tank and fender on a Monday and was told it would be done by Friday. 2 weeks and some change later I finally received my tank back. The thing hadn t been sanded nor was the tiny dent filled with bondo. I know it hadn t been sanded because I saw them hanging the thing unsanded getting ready for paint. The the paint has dips and divots in it due to the lack of prep work. The excuse why it took so long was because I left gas in the damn thing. Okay. Drain the petcock into one of y all s cars and there s a free gallon or two of gas. You re welcome. Takes 5 mins. To top things off the paint I selected was COMPLETELY different then what was on the tank. It was supposed to be DARK green, instead it s like a turquoise. This could be due to the fact that they only put one coat of paint on the damn thing. All in all it was a pretty bad experience. And usually I don t ever write reviews but this had to be said

For the price, the paint job was great! Only took them a while to actually get to it. If I could have dropped it off when they were closer to getting to it would have made my life without a car easier. Paint job good. They didn't fix much on the car before painting but they could have been the package I paid for. Would probably fix and sand some spots myself before sending it in to be painted.

If there is a ZERO rate, I would put zero for , their work...their customer service, for everything... not even entry-level of working.I had a toyota lexus, when I took ot around the gas station, the front bumber and the splash cover went off. YOU WILL REGRET FOR THE ENTIRE LIFE BECAUSE YOU WENT TO THOES PEOPLE.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my years of living on this earth. They did a poor job fixing my daughters bumper. The bumper fell off the brackets when she was traveling on the highway. They not only accused her of having an impact that caused they believe caused it, when we know for a fact she didn't, but then told us their work didn't have a warranty. WTH? You taking thousands of dollar from customers and have no guarantee on your work? What business does that? The lady Harley was rude, she was very argumentative with me and my daughter, wouldn't let me talk or ask the questions I wanted to ask and then hung up the phone on me. I will NEVER recommend this location or any location where Harley works. She claims she knows everything that happened in the shop since April when we never seen her or dealt with her. The people we dealt with aren't even there anymore and she claims Jeff quit Friday and he didn't know what he was doing, so how can you with 100% confidence tell us the work we received #1 wasn't faulty and #2 that everything was properly recorded. Make this make sense to me. She's a hot head and needs to learn business.Service: Body & Trim

It is extremely hard to find kind, considerate people in the consumer world now-a-days, but I was so grateful to deal with Maaco. All 3 people I spoke to were amazing. If you want great service and to actually be cared for as a customer? This is where you need to go! Praying all blessings to the workers of Maaco.

They have new management and they are wonderful people. The new manager is passionate about rebuilding the business that was kind of destroyed by previous employees. The young lady at the desk was 100, an amazing woman who took care of me. If I need car work in the future I'll go there.

My comments are both positive and critical. I will start with the negative. I went to Maaco in April of 2021 and asked about the different paint jobs I could get. I was leaning toward something decent for around $800-$1000. I was told that my car could not be painted for that price and I agreed to pay just under $1600. When I picked the car up it was covered in pollen. A few days later I lightly rinsed it off, only to find that the paint was pitted and overall not what I paid for. It was a terrible job for that much money. I began to reach out to them and was given the runaround for several months. I complained to Maaco on their website directly and was told the locations are individually owned and that I would have to work it out with the location. I was finally able to speak to the new crew there. They were kind but frustrated with all the re-work from past jobs. They didn't agree to fixing the work without me paying additional money. I reluctantly agreed due to the sentimental value of the vehicle. It was an addition $1090. This puts the total at $2670. Corey does his best but communication matters. Every person getting their vehicle painted values the car or they wouldn't be painting it..... they would be junking it. They need patience and time to turn things around. I would rate my satisfaction overall at 70%. Do better and people will come back to you guys. Excuses don't matter unless you are working for free.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

WORST SHOP EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We took our vehicle to them on a Monday they said they ll have it fix on a specific date. We call to check on our vehicle they leave us on hold, keep lying to us about when our car will we be ready. TURNS OUT they ACCIDENTALLY put our brand new head light on the wrong vehicle! The manager told us to leave without our refund! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

While the paint job is decent, I wouldn t have anything else done here. Everyone was nice, but the rest was terrible. Most of the paint job looks good, aside from a few dried drips. When I first brought it in, it was for a full paint job, new front bumper, and new headlights. Everything worked when I dropped it off. I was told it was ready about 5 days later, but when I went in I waited over an hour because they were still working on it. I noticed after I left that none of my lights and the horn didn t work. A piece of my bumper was missing and they said they d call when it came in. They said it would take 20 minutes to fix. I was there for over an hour. When I left, the bumper didn t stay completely on, the horn didn t work, and the lights only partially worked (driver side bright, left side regular). They told me I needed to get instructions from the dealership because they didn t know how to fix the lights. Eventually, they said to just come in. When I did, I waited for over an hour. My horn still doesn t work and I never got the missing piece. This all took over a month.Service: Painting

To get my car painted for $900 I just can't make up my mind. $900 for a paint job sure is cheap. A professional and private body shop charges $3000 at the very least. Will having any body work done be included in that $900? Will my car get 3 coats of paints? 2 coats of clearcoat? Will they paint the door jambs? Does that $900 include getting your car buffed and polished after the paint has cured? Does that $900 include labor? Mmmmmm. Will it look like a $3000+ paint job? Or will it look like a shade tree mechanic paint job? Very unprofessional? What kind of warranty do they back up their work with? I just can't make up my mind weather I should let them paint my car or not. Part of me is saying yes. Let them paint my car. Part of me is saying dont dare even think about letting them paint my car. And another part of me cant make up his mind. Especially after reading the reviews. And seeing the pictures. From more than just 1 store. The reviews range from great to average to terrible.

I was completely satisfied. Had some dents on my vehicle. Optic not to have it repaired , due to the additional cost. They repaired it anyway with no extra cost. My truck had rust spots very faded color. Now it looks like new.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I went in on 1/20/23 for an estimate and a SilverRock Warranty repair. I spoke to Trinity, who said he would have an estimate by the end of the day. Trinity said he would call me back with the estimate and get the paperwork sent to SilverRock that day. This repair is time sensitive, and SilverRock will only pay for the repairs within a certain amount of time. It has been a week, and I never heard anything back from Trinity. I called again today and find out that Trinity never did an estimate and never sent the estimate to SilverRock. Trinity was very rude and told me he would get to it whenever he gets to it . I asked to speak to his Manager. He said he doesn t have a Manager. I asked for the number to the Maaco Corporate Office, and he told me Maaco doesn t have a Corporate Office (which is a lie). He refused to give me any information, and he hung up the phone in my face. This is totally unacceptable, and it puts a stain on Maaco s brand. Avoid this business if at all possible. There are multiple other body shops that offer better Customer Service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did not do their job. The Manager they have over the shop at this location named Corey is not a good manager. He Crack my windshield, and when I pointed it out to him he tried saying we brought the car up there like that and we have pictures showing that the windshield was not cracked when we bought it up there even the insurance company seen and knew the same thing, all because he was upset at my husband for checking him about the poor job they did on my car after having it for 12 days and all they had to fix was the front bumper. Sorry customer service at its finest at this spot. Need new management that won't damage your vehicle when you point out what a bad job looks like. Won't ever go there again In life. Crazy part about it was we had the insurance company to send them the check so they didn't have to wait for their money and this is what I got

I took my vehicle to have a running boards replaced and they let someone else use my vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks and putting on around 700 miles on my vehicle. The person who was driving it called yo tell me they were returning it and that they had her car for 10 weeks without fixing her cars problem.I finally got my vehicle back and found a crackpipe in side my car. I'm very disappointed with this place.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give zero stars I would. My auto body work was not done properly, there has been change in management three times since I took my car there and the customer service was absolutely ridiculous. I do NOT recommend taking any vehicle to this location.

Corey the manager took care of. I m not sure about these other reviews but for me he took great care of me & I d recommend him and the company to any of my friends, family or a stranger. You can t be unreasonable when dealing with a place offering service. I had a chance to really visit with Corey. He took on a lot of problems in December when he was asked to come back and help get it back in shape. He really does a great job if you re fair and give the man a chance. This is what I see.
