Torrence at Lucrative Ventures is 100% a Godsend! My daughter (20) was stuck in Little Rock with a flat tire and was unable to get the tire off (several people tried) and I googled "Tow Service in Little Rock" and found Lucrative Ventures. I called and spoke to Torrence - he was super friendly and helpful. He took my information and was at my daughter's location in 15 minutes. When he arrived, they realized that when someone else had tried to get the tire off with the wheel lock key, they didn't put the key back where it belonged and was missing. He went out of his to help walk down the road to see if they happened to be able to find it from the day before. He found it! And within just a few minutes he had the tire off, the spare on and put air in the spare. Torrence at Lucrative Ventures was an answer to prayer!!!! Thank you so much Torrence.

It's rare you find a roadside assistance company that arrives fast and the technician actually explains things to you. I locked my keys inside my car with my key turned to the on position and it drained my battery. He got me in my car in less then 2 minutes and then jumped my car off FREE OF CHARGE. He then did a battery test just to make sure my battery was good. I only leave reviews if I'm overly happy about a service or experience or if I'm highly disappointed. The technician went so far above and beyond, that I felt compelled to come share my experience. I would highly recommend this roadside assistance company to anyone. One of our employees' vehicle, had a flat and was stuck on the side the road. We were searching for a road assistance company based on top reviews left by other customers. We saw this company had alot of good reviews, but still weren't sure if they would live up to the hype. Not only did they live up to the hype, the guy that came out, went above and beyond. He actually cared about the safety of our employee and was fast and proficient, but patient. We would 100% recommend this company and won't waste our time searching Google for any other company for any of our roadside needs, now that we used the service of this roadside assistance company. Kudos & Thank You!
