Our school took 15 5th graders and 12 chaperones to Sea Camp in Mississippi. The bus was on time, clean, and comfortable. The bus driver Stacey Kelly was fabulous! She was so nice, accommodating, and a pleasure to be around! If you re taking a trip with this company ASK for her! Hope to use them again in the future!

Had a wonderful experience on a school trip with a group of 5th graders to SEA Camp. Stacey Kelly, our bus driver, was amazing. She was kind and friendly and went out of our way to take extra trips into town for shopping. The bus was clean and comfortable. Would love to travel again with Ms. Stacey!

Stacey is the BEST!! She is so kind hearted and she not only attended to our needs but our wants as well. She is a very conscientious driver and we would love to have her drive for us anytime!!!! If you are looking for a driver for your group ask for Stacey!

Stacey Kelley was our driver. We were so impressed with her professionalism and skill. She took us through some challenging roads in St. Louis and did a wonderful job. Very personable and friendly. She made our trip extra special.

Lana and her team took such good care of our group while we were visiting for a client event in October. Lana continued to go above and beyond throughout the entire week we were visiting, and helped make a chaotic event run smoothly even with the hiccups she kept a cool head and made magic happen!

Stacey Kelly was our driver to Greenville, Texas. She is so skilled at driving the bus. I felt safe with her. She never made dangerous moves. She was always in time. She worked beautifully with our trip facilitator. She was respectful of our desire to have prayer before traveling. I pray that she will be the driver for our time in 2024.

Our Church traveled to Greenville, TX on August 3rd -5th. We were blessed to have " Stacey Kelly " as our Driver. She was very Professional, Alert, and exhibited excellent Driver Skills. Our Trip was most Enjoyable and SAFE. We are Grateful to God for placing the BEST Driver before us.Again, Thank You, "Ms. Kelly".

Little Rock Coaches cannot be beat! Their customer service is top notch! They made planning a trip with a bus full of teenagers an absolute DREAM!Our bus driver Stacey was INCREDIBLE! She went above and beyond the call of duty! We are so grateful for her willingness to serve and care for us! We will be requesting her for ALL of our future trips!Carole was incredible in the office and took care of ALL of our needs! We can t thank her enough!Service excellence is what sets this company apart from the REST!!

We recently had Ms. Stacey Kelley as our driver for a church group trip to St.Louis. She was an amazing driver and made sure that we had a great time. Our coach was clean, reliable, and we had a smooth ride. I actually was able to sleep on the bus while she was driving, which is a very rare occurrence. She navigates St.Louis traffic better than I ever have. She is an outstanding driver and I highly recommend her and Little Rock Coaches!

We were so pleased with Stacey Kelly, she was so patient and attentive to the needs of everyone on the bus. She was pleasant and we look forward to traveling with her again and she is an awesome driver.

Please do your research before booking this company the buses are raggedy no a/c in the summer and no heat in the winterNone diesel mechanics fix the buses and the office staff is just as bad the owner is money hungry he charges the group $300 for the drivers room then goes and spends $60 on a roach motel and he keeps majority of driver tips so if you have a driver that s not as pleasant this is why. The compliance manager tries to sleep with all the women in the office while married! And when you tell him no he starts to knit pick with petty write ups then you re eventually fired! The hr manager brags about how high she gets before work even smoking weed in her office once and the sales manager is racist towards black men . Yes this place is a circus I don t see how they are even still open for business. please do research before booking with this company!!!I have no reason to lie about these things I resigned didn t get fired and I m prepared to go to court to prove the facts

Stacey Kelley was very nice and courteous. She took a group of us to Texas and had to maneuver around some type spots. She did it with such great ease and professionalism, that we all exploded with applause!!!

Little Rock Coaches is a top notch company! They have great drivers especially Stacy Kelly, she is super nice and passionate about her job and the town of Little Rock. She took great care of our basketball team! I highly recommend her and this company!

I've taken large groups (high school band) on 3 trips now with Little Rock Coaches. Our experience has been wonderful and we will continue to use them for our group travel needs. Mr. Martin and his crew have always been professional, responsive, competitively priced, and delivered what they've promised. They've earned my trust and that isn't always an easy task.

After a 3 year break we are finally back to having our events. And the start to having a successful event is to get around safe and on time. Little Rock Coaches has been a great partner for us for many years and always comes through. We have always had a great experience every time we use them.

Mr. Floyd was fabulous and took great care of all the passengers. Our experience with him as the driver, I would 10 across the board. Talented, friendly, and skillful driver all in one!! How was the service you received when booking your trip? The service was immaculate. Were all your questions answered? All questions, concerns, and request were answered. How was your driver? Mr. Floyd was great! Best experience ever. Were they prompt, courteous, and professional? Very much, Floyd conducted his self and representing the company great. Considering the road conditions in our destination. Did they call before the trip to introduce himself and verify your itinerary? Yes, the night before. Did they give a safety speech before the trip? Yes! How was the motorcoach? The motor itself can use some improvements. Throughout most sections of the motor passengers were not able to charge their phone. The wifi signal was also weak. Are there any issues that we need to be aware of? Not any initial issues . I would follow up with the specific motor to see why some charge circuits did not work.Thank you again for everything.

Our school trusted Arkansas Destinations to book reputable and relaiable charter busses for our 6 hour trip with children and parents. Unfortunatley Arkansas Destinations booked this shady company, Little Rock Coaches. To say it was a traumatic experience would be putting it lightly. Not only were the busses run down and not kept up with but the drivers were just as bad. The busses smelled like porta potties and the AC, toilets, doors, and general engines of these busses did not work correctly. We broke down on the way to our destination and if you can believe it on the way back as well. The drivers had no idea where they were going and took us hours out of the way on the wrong route. A driver stopped on an OVERPASS to check a panel on the side of the bus that was falling off! Anyone with half a brain knows that it the most dangerous place to pull over! The police even stopped and told the bus driver he could not stop there because it was not safe. There were elementery children on this bus as well as parents. The parents had to intervene to save the saftey of the bus riders. On the way to our destination one bus broke down so all the kids crammed in the bus that was still working while 13 adults were left with the broken down bus. The bus company made these adults wait in the hot sun for 5 hours while they "tried' to find a mechanic to fix the broken down bus. Finnally the adults got Ubers to a nearby restaurant so they didn't starve or dehydrate. Meanwhile they had to spend four hours waiting on another bus to get them. what was supposed to be a 6 hour drive became a 13 hour drive by the time these adults made it to their destination to join their children. On the way back home a bus broke down so they had to consolidate everyone on one bus for 6 hours, sitting three to a two person seat. It was absolutely chaos. Do not use this company and make sure whoever you rely on to book a charter bus like Arkansas Destinations does not use Little Rock Coaches. of course they will probably change their name after all of our bad reviews so beware of a company that has zero stars and no reviews because that means they are shady and AR Destinations should know this being a professional travel company...........

This company is DANGEROUS and they left us stranded on the interstate all day in the middle of no where Mississippi. We had to find other transportation on our own and it took 17hours instead of 5.To make things worse, on our return trip one of the buses broke down again. We all had to consolidate into one bus and transport children with 18 wheelers rolling by and put two people per seat. The bus was over weight and could hardly make it up hills. Then the bus stopped on an overpass because part of the side of the bus was falling off. Passengers had to get out and assist with fixing that issue. The police came to get us to move out of danger. The bathrooms in every bus did not work unless you pushed the waste down with a stick.If we did not have passengers capably of rising to the many challenges we would not have made it home safe.
