Just purchased my 2nd car from here and this time I had THE BEST salesman, Jason Thomas, assisting me. Jason was very thorough and efficient!! Please ask for him to assist you, you will NOT be disappointed! He listens to your wants/needs and will do everything in his power to get you just that! He doesn t try to waste your time and don t try to throw you in any ole thing just to get a sell.

This is my second time doing business with Steve Landers and more specifically with Mark Fisher! I can t recommend them enough! I bought my first four runner in 2020 and then traded it in for a new one yesterday and it was such an easy process. Mark made sure everything was perfect both times!

My wife and I came in to replace her old 2007 Honda accord with a 2023 Toyota Camry. Andrew O Connor helped us out and he was incredibly helpful and kind. The process was a bit messy due to no one s fault but my own with how I handled getting loan stuff figured out, but Andrew was helpful and patient throughout all of it. I could tell he genuinely cared about us during the process and wanted to give us the best experience through numerous instances. For example, when we came to get the car, it didn t have floor mats. I had completely missed that and would have left without them, but Andrew let us know right away, and assured us we would not be leaving without the mats. Such a small detail, but he didn t have to do that or even point out that they were missing. Small moments like this are why I m rating Landers the way that I am

I walked in at 1:30 randomly and drove off at 6:30! Jason was Excellent! He was knowledgeable and patient. 10/10 Experience I will definitely be buying from Landers and Jason again.

I just bought my car from Landers Toyota, Chasity and Jamie made the process as seamless and easy as possible. I came from out of state and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Chasity really went above and beyond in helping me throughout the buying process. I highly recommend her and Landers Toyota. No regrets! My first car buying experience was a breeze.

Mark was extremely helpful and patient. He was able to find me a few options prior to coming in. Once there he had everything ready and was able to answer all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend not only Mark but Landers as well.

Dropped vehicle at 7AM when they opened. Had about 6 vehicles in front of me but we were still processed in a timely manner. Repairs were completed before noon and $ was just under what I was quoted. Opening @ 7AM is a convenience for me and demonstrates Customer focus by Landers. Thanks

Bought a 24 GH from Landers last month, I was accommodated by Allen Thompson. I would say this was the best car buying experience by far. I have been asked for zero items to buy no unwanted / undisclosed items in bill. Trustworthy dealership. I m glad I came all the way from Texas to Arkansas!

It had been almost 10 years since I last had to car shop, so I was a bit apprehensive about the process. I knew I wanted a Toyota this time. I first looked around in North Little Rock, but the selection was too small. That's when I decided to check with Landers Toyota on Colonel Glen. I was met by Carol Castellini, and she did her best to show me what they had in stock. I quickly narrowed it down to a 2017 Camry. I paid my deposit to hold it and waited for them to have it cleaned and run through inspection. She and Allen Thompson kept me informed as to where we were in the process. I picked up my car on Thursday, April 4th, and I could not be more pleased. I was well listened to and well treated. I hope this car will be the last one I have to buy, and Carol and Allen made it a great experience. Thanks.

Edit down to 1 star. They call after I left the first review, can t get in touch. It s now 3x my truck has stalled in the middle of the road. A stall without warning at 75 mph is potentially fatal. They don t care, it didn t throw a code so there isn t anything they can do .Hope I don t die driving this truck. It s now stalled with no warning 3x in a year, bought new and 34000 miles. What a mess. I took pics of the lights this time but all they can do is see if the computer says anything they don t know how to fix anything unless a computer tells them I guess and if the computer doesn t pick it up nothings wrong. lolThe sales rep who no longer works there was also top notch. Got it for me just how I wanted.Service has not been good. The phone charger went out. They said they'd order a new one. Never called. Still dont have one. It's been prob half a year.When I bought the truck I bought an extended warranty b/c I am widowed with a small kiddo and wanted my tires fixed if needed etc. I told them I like to go hiking, etc. They said someone will come change tires. I said "so if I go trail riding and get a flat you'll send someone" "yes" I was told "no matter where you are". A year later I get a flat on the way to a gun comp and find out I dont actually have any tire coverage.I called to order a new tire when I got back. couldn't get anyone on the phone. Left a message no one returned it. My boyfriend got me a tire from somewhere else.Once the truck stalled in the middle of the interstate going 75 mph. They have no clue why. Another time I got a check charging system failure, they also have no clue.

Nate and KP were awesome. Let me tell you how pleased I am with the service I received! I came in with an emergency-needed a car ASAP. But, I was not happy with having to incur a car note. Nate and KP heard me describe what I was looking for and my budget and they knew what to do. And for bonus, Nate came and rescued my cat out of a tree and KP ran in a burning home to save my dog. Supermen, they are. But in all seriousness they made my day less stressful, got me in a very cool 2024 Rav 4 and I was smiling again at the end of the day. I have already referred a few people. Thank you.

Landers Toyota of Little Rock has always been a pleasant experience. I have purchased several vehicles from them and it has always been seamless, quick and easy. My sales person was Carol Castellini. I shopped online for exactly what I wanted. I had chosen 3 vehicles to test drive at 3 different dealerships. Whoever made me the best deal would be the car I brought home. My first stop was Landers Toyota. Arthur Waters was my salesman. He is great! No pressure. I even got to test drive the car on my own. He was super accommodating. I loved the car. We got the deal done quickly. I was passed over to Ray Clemons for the paperwork. Another great person to work with. I had an awesome experience and my first and only stop today is the car I brought home. I recommend both Arthur and Ray to anyone! They made Landers great for me!

Very pleased with my transaction, but it was a cash transaction. I didn t try to haggle as the vehicle is in very high demand. I actually had to wait a couple of weeks to get it. Christopher Pitcher was my salesman, and he was very attentive throughout the whole process. I didn t really need it washed, but he insisted. That shows he has pride in his sales.
