I've raced all over and have had flat tires, and this place is among the best I've come across to get me back to moving. It was a simple screw in the tire, but they patched it up quickly -- and let me get back on my way. Real quick! In & out! Great service!

I came here because the ratings were through the roof. I've rarely see a place with this many ratings still at 5 stars. I have to say the experience was flawless. They even fixed my head light while they changed my oil. Good people!

I love this place because they are helpful with information they give and are friendly. They have better authority over them so if they mess up or make a mistake they re held accountable, unlike the Jiffy Lube on Rodney Parham.By contrast , The Jiffy Lube on Rodney Parham messed up by not screwing a bolt on all the way while putting my wheel on my car and didn t do anything to right it after I told them about it and even showed them the scraped rim and told them my car wouldn t drive all of a sudden because of it and I had to have my car towed. They aren t as good because the manager doesn t have anyone over him from what I understand .But THIS Jiffy Lube I love!

First time to use Jiffy Lube and had an amazing experience. Joseph was wonderful at checking me in and recommended a full synthetic oil because he took the time to ask me about my driving use of the car, which i agreed to try. In addition for this oil being better for my mileage usage, i also won t need an oil change again until up to 7,000 miles!! Then Devin, was so friendly and kind while actually changing my oil. I was actually able to sit in my car (this was new for me) and read my book while he worked. However, i was only able to read two pages (lol) because Devin was so FAST!! The reason I came to Jiffy Lube today was because I actually had a 12:30 appointment at a different business that we ve used for YEARS, but they changed ownership 3 weeks ago and after waiting on them to change my oil for an hour and they had not even started i made the decision to leave. Jiffy Lube is closer to my house and after the awesome service today from both Devin and Joseph, I am a new customer for life!!

I came today to see about getting my tire patched up due to always having a flat tire. I met the associate Kelsey and she was great and very informative letting me know about my tire. The wait wasn t long at all and the entire experience was a blessing today!

They were great 6 month's ago, not now. Changed oil only, didn't do any of the checks they showed on the receipt. I hope they changed the oil filter. Didn't check any fluid levels, didn't check breaks, checked nothing. Didn't vacuum floor, didn't clean windows. Worst place I've been.

First time using this location and we were SO impressed that we immediately took our second car to also be taken care of! Awesome staff, super helpful and the service was incredibly fast! We will definitely be using them in the future.

This is how it's done. Every other oil change business should take note. Full service, including other fluids and fantastic service. I've had two trucks damaged by incompetent places in the past and one literally almost killed me on the freeway when they didn't close my hood all the way! Most other places don't even check the other fluids anymore, which led to me running completely out of brake fluid last month. No one even told me it was low! Yeah, it took me years to find these guys but I'm very glad I did.

Bradley the shop attendant was awesome he was polite and patient he did his job as if he was working with a teamBut i really appreciate him he was the only one in the shop yet he never got frustrated answer questions and kept a smile on his face employee of the year in my book no one can handle this situation like him two cars ahead of me and three behind me but he kept moving!Thank you Bradley!

The people there are really understanding and was willing to work with me due to my situation. They are the best group of Machanic s I have ever seen. And I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone rather your a local or just passing through town. They are very honest people and they don t try to bust your pockets like them other Machanic s. They even took the time to broke down everything to me and answered all of questions with actual facts. And I must say they know what they are doing. I was in and out with absolutely no problems at all. Thank you guys so much. Jiffy lube on Cantrell. Y all are the BEST. NO DOUBT

At a different Jiffy Lube location in Conway, addressing the issue of a missing bolt on my wife's car's undercarriage, which your shop failed to replace. It's a minor oversight, but now I'm dealing with an upset baby crying next to me as we wait for the repair that should have already been done.Franchise owner: correct this issue.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! The customer service is terrible, I called the day prior to going for a tire, rotation and alignment, and was told that they didn t make appointments and to come in the next day, and was also given the price. I get there the next day at 8:15 when they open at 8 AM in the morning and I stand in the lobby for 1015 minutes before anyone even greets me, then when finally someone realizes that I m standing there, they do not come in and tell me it ll be a moment or acknowledge my presence. They simply tell someone else that they have a customer and she proceeds to come in. I let her know what services I m looking for and she tells me that the alignment machine is not operating which is funny because that s not what I was told the day prior. Calling two hours before they close the day prior and the machine is fine and the next morning 15 minutes after they open all of a sudden the machine has been down for days and is not working? I ve heard that they are so knowledgeable but how knowledgeable can they be if they don t know if their own equipment is working.

I needed a tire repaired on a Friday afternoon when most places are understandably ready to close shop. After visiting three tire shops, this Jiffy Lube told me to come on over and they could patch my tire. Turns out I had a nail AND a second roofing tack puncture. This location offered quick and professional work. Thank you!

I ve visited Jiffy on Hwy 10 three times and have had the greatest service on my Jeep. Instead of having to make a 1 hour round trip to the dealership for help, I m able to drive right up the street and they ve taken care of every issue I ve had. The crew here is awesome! They are very kind, prompt, and helpful. They explain what they are doing and why they are making the recommendations presented to us. The oil change service was very fast and they keep you in the loop throughout the process. The prices are fair and they offer several ways to reduce the price. I am happy to keep bringing my cars to them.Also, they can help with service issues and are fair with those too. I will continue to come back to them in the future.
