Came in for an oil change. Offered tire rotation but declined cause I just had it done. They aired up my tires and found my brake pads were almost gone, plus my engine air filter was shot. Fixed the brakes and replaced the filter, plus the oil change, about an hour an a half. Brakes cost about what it would anywhere else. Team was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy about sales.

Took over an hour for an oil change. They didn't have my oil filter in stock, but didn't tell me after I'd already been here for an hour. Then, tried to upsell me $4/qt for coolant when I was being charged $126 for my oil change. It comes with it where I usually go. I will go back to my normal place that only charges $95 for the same service and only takes 15mins.

In and out. My technician was really respectful and kind. These places give me anxiety, every single one operates differently, I never autimatically know what to do... just oil change and let me leave please. This was NOT a terrible experience. Thank you!

Thanks for the fast oil change. Josh and CJ are awesome! They helped diagnose & fix a startup issue with my truck and even stayed late after close to finish. Great customer service!

I feel like the staff was trying to get more money out of me. I felt lied to and disrespected. I was told my battery was bad and they had to supposedly jump start my battery and I was told every time I shut my car off I would have this problem. I took my car to auto zone and my battery is good. Never any problems with my battery. I will never ever refer anybody to use jiffy lube. Period.

Ryon was fantastic. He and his crew had me fixed up fast and on the road in no time at all. Not pushy about the extras we all worry about when having a service done. He did inform me about some services I would be needing soon. Will definitely be back!

Everyone there this morning was great! Professional, quick, and thorough, even showing me the filter that needed replacement! Honored my $23 coupon I got in the mail. The car cleaning job was top notch! I interacted with everyone and really enjoyed my time there. Really enjoyed the attention to detail the staff, care and efficiency shown, in servicing my vehicle. Everyone was courteous and polite. Also, as a servicemember, especially appreciated the military discount extended to me. Ryon, Sequoia, and the rest of the team were very polite, friendly, and helpful as they fixed my brakes today. The staff kept me updated on the process and time it would take all through out, and made sure the problems were all fixed by the end. Ryon also referred me to another place for something they didn't have (a tire pressure sensor battery). I had a very good experience and will be coming here for my car needs again.

I m a former automotive technician and I have nothing but praise for this Jiffy Lube!I absolutely love the honesty of this service shop! I was crossing the country from California to South Carolina and I needed help securing the basket behind my truck, a young man named Andrew went out of his way to strap this to my car. Took my 2017 Dodge Journey there for something I was told would take 45 minutes. When I arrived they said 2 hours. Ok cool, things happen I get it. 5 hours and 15 minutes later plus over $900 and the car actually drove worse than when I got it there. The mechanic at a different location told me it was definitely Jiffy Lubes fault. It cost me an extra $350 to fix what Jiffy Lune screwed up. If you need a basic oil change then you re fine, just tell them no when they try to upsell you to somewhere near $500 as I witnessed repeatedly during the 5+ hours I sat there waiting for them to make my car drive worse than it did when I took it in. I probably paid a little more for an oil change and a tire rotation than I would have at the dealership, but the folks at Jiffy Lube made me feel like they wanted my business and appreciated me being there and I was there less than 30 minutes. The last time, I went to my dealership and sat for over an hour and felt like they didn't care if I was there or not.Services: Tires, Oil change
