Great service and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.However, I was quoted $106 for an alignment on the phone, but it turns out that the quoted price was for a front or rear alignment (total was $236). This was not at all made clear in the phone call, and we even discussed the suspension the car had in front and rear.

Very professional body shop. I brought my car in to get rotors, brakes, and my axle replaced. Very kind and courteous people took care of my car quickly and the price was affordable compared to the other places I got an estimate from. They took care of something the dealership I took it to the first time and paid did not do. I will be returning to them if I need anymore work done.

Every single experience with Hurns has been positive. I've used these folks several times over the last 10 years. Always honest, thorough, and quick. There has been a few times when, as a poor studentI used a different service to save a few dollars and I always regretted it. They'll do the job right and won't mess around.Service: Wheel alignment

Great people who do great work. After numerous failed attempts of correcting my tracking issue at the dealership, I called Mrs. Nancy to set up an appointment. Mr. Don solved the problem, first time. DIDN'T GET SERVICE BUT**** The lady who answered the phone was super helpful! She went above and beyond giving me a simple "no" answer. She took her time and gave me advice of what was in my personal best interest! If the person who answers the phone is that caring, I can only imagine the technician and other employees are as well :)

This place is a hidden gem. I just had new tires put on and I was told I needed an alignment by sears. Due to Sears' terrible reviews (that I found out about a little too late) I decided not to get it done there. After doing a little digging online I found Hurn's. I only found one review for them but it was good. I am so glad I went here!! They aligned my car and it was $49+tax just as advertised on their website and it only took 45 minutes since everything went smoothly and nothing was broken. They didn't try to sell me on anything else they just aligned my car like I asked. I'll be going there for all my brake and alignment needs.

Mother took her car here, we couldn't even explain what was wrong for Mrs. Hurn over talking. They charged us 800.00 and our car drives worse. The power engine down comes on now. Problem was not fixed, they are nice people tho.

Honest and knowledgeable. They took me in as i was passing through the state and completely resolved my alignment issues. Very clean shop and secretary was very nice. Pricing was excellent. No hidden charges. I will always stop there when i am in town for servicing.

I personally cringe at the thought of bringing my automobile to the shop because of dishonest service managers and mechanics who will take advantage of the customer. Well worry no more, I Recommend Hern s Service for all your alignment needs. Reasonable prices and excellent friendly service. Originally, I was quoted around $170.00 for my alignment and because I have a foreign automobile I was prepared to spend at least $170. Well to my surprise the total bill was less than $65.00 and my car has never drove better!

I totally agree with all of the positive reviews of Hurn's alignment. Great people, price, and service. Mr. Hurn did an excellent front end rebuild on my 3500HD. It drives and rides so much better now. Thank you Mr./Mrs. Hurn!

Nervous when I entered, knowing my car needs to drive better than it is and that it all translates to dollars. I don't know enough about cars and what really does or doesn't need to be fixed! I'm out of my element.This feeling didn't last long at all. I was immediately assured they would check it out and see if the two issues my car is having are related or separate and exactly what needs to be done to correct it. Once the test drive was over, I was approached by Mrs. Hurn, who has the patience of Job, the understanding of a mom and the heart of an angel. She explained everything thoroughly, gave me the options and I actually came out of there with a perfectly driving car, spent much less than I anticipated and it was done faster than I expected. I'm proud to tell anyone who will listen that if your car has tire wear, shimmy and shakes when you brake or drifting to one side, take it to HURN'S!! They treat you kindly, with respect and are professionals!

Extremely helpful! Took my car there after hearing some tire noise for a few weeks. They were busy but squeezed me in. Mr. Hurn took a look at it and saw that the back tires juts had some cupping, which isn't harmful. Mr. Hurn explained it all to me and only charged me the $30 diagnostic fee. Many other places could have and would have taken advantage and overcharged me.Hurn's is an honest shop with knowledge and expertise you can rely on! Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time. I would recommend them to anyone!

These folks have been in business forever. Their location is off the path, but that just speaks to the value of their expertise and price for service that keeps people coming back to them anytime you have suspension or alignment issues. Great people!

Very polite and understanding co-workers they get the job done right u can drop off ur car or wait in there waiting area until there done with ur car. I like there waiting area cause they have an t.v that u can control (unlike other places that have there t.v on an certain channel and u have to watch whatever is on) and they have an large window were u can watch ur vehicle being worked on. They also have good prices. Keep up the good work "Hurn's Superior"

Went in for a alignment and was met outside when I got there. The lady that helped me was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what goes on in the shop. Will definitely go back again.

The friendly staff was upfront and helpful. They fixed my problem after two other shops had failed to do so, and they did it in under an hour for a very reasonable price.
