I made an online inquiry whether they had the tires I needed and shortly after a bit of phone tag ( on my part) I spoke to their parts department and came up with the tires I needed for my reviving project of an old XR80R. I made it up the next day and they were able to get my tires put on my wheels while I browsed around. I was even able to get a few extras ordered up with ease.Everyone was very courteous and polite, they definitely earned my business and my recommendation to anyone needing goodies for their rides or new equipment altogether.Thanks everyone!

I purchased a 2024 Honda Foreman 520 4x4 (dark green). I was very happy with the staff all around . Professional, courteous , extremely polite. I will recommend this dealership to everyone possible. Thank you Brent, AL, Ben, Eric and everyone else at North Little Rock Honda/Yamaha. I will gladly be a return customer. Five stars all the way!!!!!

Searched for a Honda Pioneer 700-4 for a couple months. Sent these guys an email to see if they had one. Got an email from the owner said Yep, got one, here is the price. I called the next day, dealt w/ Jeremy and got it done. Great Purchase experience, no added expenses that other dealers charge, friendly tech checkout....HIGHLY recommend buying here if you are in the market.

I remember buying my first real new motorcycle from that dealership years ago I would love to buy several more things from them when my credit or when I can afford it or if they would just like to work with me I would love to purchase one of those dune buggies that you can ride around in from them.... I did not see of those in the store because they probably sell those as quick as they get those in maybe foresight would allow them to order a awesome one for me and I could put on some LEDs on them and get busy you know what I mean... Just took my cousin up there to buy something, they were extra friendly helpful, honest, and straightforward about everything. The owner even took to the time to educate us about his purchase and the best way to load it up in the back of the truck. Definitely recommend.

I called in from Lawrence Kansas to buy the last bike available. I dealt with Rich over the phone and he was very helpful. I was relieved to have gotten so much help with my purchase over the phone. I expected to get blown off due to common tire kickers over the phone but Rich took the time to get me the information I needed. He was very insightful and upfront with all prices and interest rates. This is what buying powersports should be like everywhere! No added fees no extras no BS this dealer shoots straight.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP HERE FIRST!He even helped me load up

This place has been around for a while. They are super nice and have many products to choose from. If there is something you want specific, they could get it ordered for you. Their prices are reasonable and they have many options payment wise for you to choose from. They also have a full service department with knowledgeable technicians that perform diagnostics and repairs.

These guys were great. They told me it might take a week to get to my bike, but it was finished in two days. And the mechanic adjusted brakes and a few other things as a courtesy. Price was not bad for the work they did. Rich (the owner) and his crew are courteous and professional. I will be back next time I need anything.

Helpful, although they don't carry any Yamaha PWC parts, only cycle and ATV parts. They did have the spark plugs I needed.

I had a great experience here. My sales person was Jeremy, and he was as laid back and relatable as could be. A good three weeks after purchasing my bike, I received a call from a young lady letting me know they appreciated my business - you don t find that everyday. I highly recommend checking them out.

Rich and his staff were very accommodating. I live nine hours away and I needed a part they didn t have in stock as I was going to a rally on my bike during the week. They went out of their way to find a way to get me the part and needed so I could be on my way. Very professional and friendly owner, manager, sales staff, and parts staff. I would highly recommend!

Gotta give a huge thanks to Rick the owner, and the service technicians here. They got my 2002 Yamaha 660 raptor that had been sitting for 8 years screaming and back to her former glory! I absolutely can t thank them enough. These guys do good honest work, and don t price gouge you for it. I look forward to doing further business with them in the future!

Good people to deal with. They did not clean up the bile. Which is not a biggie to me. As I will go over the bike from top to bottom. Oil was dirty, and the rims were caked with grime. I will have to double check every thing. So I will remove one star. Other than that it was a good deal

I was trying to purchase an ATV for my son. I inquired as to the out the door price and was told it was MSRP plus destination and tax. The ATV was listed on their website for $100 dollars less than MSRP and when I asked about that I was told the unit was now sold and to check back later. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Recently purchased an ATV here. If your looking for a straight forward purchase experience with no hidden costs and without all the sales pitch BS and fine print come check this place out. Of course they are going to try to sell their products and get your business, but Rich and his crew will take the time to answer all your questions and work with you if you have price matches or offers from "shopping around for the best deal" and let you know the "bottom line" without and hidden suprises or games. Honest and even pointed me towards a more reliable model (they don't see in the shop often) at a lower price instead of "selling" me on a model I was interested in and considering that they had available to sell with all the bells and whistles that was not as reliable ( they often see back in the shop for this and that) to get a bigger $$$ return on the sale. Instead of trying to get a few extra bucks out of me I felt they had my best interest in mind as their customer and wanted the best long term experience to keep me coming back!!!

Extremely pleased with our purchase of our Yamaha Venture motorcycle. Rich is terrific to work with as we worked our deal over the phone, and all we had to do was sign the paperwork when we arrived. No pressure sales. Everything went smoothly, and we are thrilled with our new bike.

I had a terrible experience at another dealership and so happy I came here. They had the exact bike I wanted and It was a quick process on riding It out the store. Great customer service. I hope to buy my second bike from here when time comes

Rich, the GM is very personable and transparent. In addition, I didn t have a trailer, so he personally delivered my new rancher himself after work. Top notch service and and extremely easy purchase. Few and far between in today s day in age.

This place is a go tooMy husband did a credit application and the next day they where calling us to come in and let's get you out of the door with a brand new motorcycle this is the second time that we got one from them. The service is fast and easy sign and go.

My husband expressed interest on a bike on Friday. He was given an out the door price, and we bought it the next morning. The paperwork was quick, the staff was helpful, and should we purchase another bike (for myself), we will be going to Honda of North Little Rock.

I was looking to buy a new "used" motorcycle and was told no test rides. The owner seemed really uninterested to even talk to me. I rode my own bike there, had proof of insurance and my license. I asked how they sold anything without test rides and was told it happens everyday. What a jerk. Needless to say I went to Sunrise in Searcy. They encouraged me to ride anything I was interested in. I ended up buying a V Star 950 from them and couldn't be happier. Sunrise is top notch compared to these guys. I tried to give my money to the small fish in the pond but they wouldn't bite.

Recently bought a new Rancher 4x4 ATV from Jeremy. I've purchased 2 new ATV's from another dealership and Jeremy is the reason why I chose to go with Honda of North Little as opposed to returning the previous dealer. His quick knowledge on every product is refreshing especially the small things you wouldn't think someone would know without looking it up, but still would like to know, he would fire off the answer.The entire purchase experience was quick and easy with zero hidden charges or underlying fine print, which shows the integrity of this dealership. Sure you can try and nickel and dime and maybe even get a better price somewhere else, but I can assure you the added stress and hassle probably won't be worth the $100 maybe you save.The model I wanted North Little Rock store didn't have in stock, but they went and got it that day. Plain and simple folks. If you don't want to feel like a number and just another sale. Ask for Jeremy at Honda/Yamaha in North Little Rock and he'll take care of you.Also, the service technician that went over the quad with me was very knowledgable and nice. He even knew pretty much verbatim what the warning decal says about shifting into 4 wheel drive. Impressive! It may cost you a few extra dollars to bring it in for something simple like the oil service as opposed to doing it yourself. But, to have the quick turn around and overall customer care they provide will make it worth your time and money.

Worst ever! Told that they can have the bike done in a day. Well a week later it is done. Quoted me a price and then charge me more. Will never go there again! Beware! Charged $25 to put a spray of lubricant in the reverse button on my bike???? Are you kidding!
