Linemen and towels were clean, beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was not bad but not great, breakfast bar was stocked and being tended to though. Cleanliness is lacking in other areas such as spatter and drip on headboard stained carpets, slight urine smell in bathroom upon checking in. Remote was not working, dirt, grime on phone and controls for ac/heater. I liked all of the dove soap products in bathroom and the tub and and sink appears to be clean well stocked with towels tissues and toilet paper. Ac was loud rattling squeaking noise all night. For the price charged it was acceptable but not really good. Lobby areas and hallways are clean and smell clean, indoor pool very clean. Breakfast is simple like cereal Raisin Bran cocoa pebbles oat meal in instant packets milk, juice from concentrate, sausage patties and biscuits(fast food quality) and eggs, that seem to be premade or part instant eggs. Coffee was good. So if being perfectly clean is not high on your list for a good hotel room then this place is good. But for me I just prefer surfaces to be grime free and bathrooms to be smell free. There is a restaurant called Bostons and a Waffle House right next to hotel so you can walk to those. And it s right off 440 so it was very convenient. I ll stay again but I hope they step up the cleanliness in certain areas.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, the toilet was dirty, they had not restocked the towels or the coffee they basically just made the beds and take out the garbage. Worst of all the bathtub faucet didn't turn off all the way off so it leaked the whole time!Otherwise the building is fairly nice it's cute inside looks like the outside of an apartment building.Breakfast was above average for a hot hotel breakfast, it's restaurant style so you have to check in, you're taken to your seat, they bring you your beverages, the rest is buffet style.Location is only good if you want to be close to the airport you could basically walk there if you needed to, however it was a short drive to many places of interest.

Today I was placing an order for my customer at this hotel. The customer has asked for the food to be brought to the door of his apartment and delivered personally. Shehas left me instructions. But when this black receptionist arrived, I asked her if she could bring my customer's order to the room and she just rudely responded that she just had to wait in the lobby and call the customer. I think that's not the way to offer DoorDash service that way. Respond selfishly and rudely. Her face seems uncomfortable with the presence of the food ordering service. She treated the people in front of me with kindness. I don't know if I have been discriminated against for being Latino and speaking another language. What I understand is a lack of respect, education and culture. These people should train them to learn how to handle service requests. Really terrible reception. It is the worst reception I have ever attended in a hotel to make requests for services. This behavior cannot be allowed to happen to anyone. It doesn't matter if you are white, black, Latino or another nationality. Respect should be for everyone equally. I will not understand the negative attitudes of these people at reception. A diploma is of no use if you don't have the most important things: values, principles and education.

Beware of hidden charges after you leave, $300 charged to us for a smoking cleaning fee. We are both elderly non smokers. In fact my my wife has damaged lungs from Legionnaires disease in 2020 and visits a pulmonologist as a result. I have heart disease and allergies to smoke and pets. Unlikely smokers don't you think?!Numerous Communications initiated on our part with the management have resulted in "I will look into it". Unfortunately That response was over a week ago. There has been no follow up.The entrances to the back of the hotel have the stench of cigarette smoke. Many cigarette butts. Our room was right next to one of them. Moving the smoking areas would help greatly.Good luck if you stay there. Hope you don't get charged more than you asked for.BTW filing a complaint with IHG was very frustrating . "Call the hotel" ,in cryptic English , was not what I was hoping for. We booked the room online through the IHG website. You would think they would be more helpful in resolving issues. NOT SO!UPDATE 3/19. Fee was refunded after almost 3 weeks. Why we were originally charged I don't know.

Room was nice and bed comfortable. The online reservation I had mentioned free breakfast, but when I went to it they said, no your room doesn't come with a breakfast. I paid $11 for it and it was horrible. Should have gone to the Waffle House across the street. The hotel in general had VERY few people staying there. To deny breakfast was a sore point with me, considering how bad it was and how few people there were to even eat it too.Holiday Inn Express right next door has free breakfast.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this hotel earned it. There is no chance of an early check-in here. The staff strictly adheres to 3pm check-in, and at 3 there are so many people lined up it takes at least an hour before you get to your room. Overall the hotel is run down, many minor things broken. I have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the country over the last 20 years, and this was the worst one. On a positive note, the Bar & Grill on-site had good food and fast & friendly service, and the location 4 minutes away from the airport is great.

This will forever be known as The Weed Hotel. They were smoking something out front both morning and night. The hotel is kind of cool and has a seventies vibe to it. It felt like a cool convention could've been there, like maybe a president spoke there. I enjoyed that part of it. One floor had a working ice machine. The breakfast buffet was great.

Nice place to visit very clean attentive Tonya and Landry working at the front desk are the nicest people, Mrs. Landry is the hardest working receptionist in this place and Mrs. Landry always has a smile ready to greet anyone at any time of the night. Prices are very reasonable and breakfast every morning was especially good a great variety of food very attentive and ready to meet all your breakfast needs from 0600 to 0900.Rooms: Very nice rooms and the housekeeping were excellent overall I was very satisfied the WiFi was great and all the people in the front desk were very helpful the restaurant has the best ribs I've had on the road in a very long time prices were good and the amount of food was great

Great location, great lobby and entrance.THAT IS IT. Hallways reeked of weed, as though they were smoking in the hallways and each room. Rooms were filthy. From large stains to carpets littered with different things (dirt, paper, and rocks). The fridge was unplugged, room phone didn't work at all, shower bottom was grey, fingerprints and sticky spots all over the night stand, microwave was had food remnants all over, coffee maker (Keurig) was never cleaned, nightstand light was broken, dish dispenser was also broken, bathroom sink was not mounted to the vanity top, it was honestly really upsetting. For the amount I paid, it was insulting...Rooms: Don't do it.Noteworthy details: Broken appliances, and basic facilities alike. No cleaning, although the hotel lobby is beautiful, it REEKED of weed.

Better than I expected for the price. Room seemed very clean and free of weird smells. Bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. Common areas were average cleanliness. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced with very polite service.Hotel layout is a little different than any I ve been to but nothing wrong with it. My only complaints are the bathtub drain was very slow and I had water up to my ankles in the shower and the lobby coffee was terrible. I would stay here again.

On a cross country road trip back to the east coast, needed to stop for the night. Hotel was easy to find, safe, good price and the rooms were great. It s hard finding a place to stay when you re driving through a town you don t know and I m glad we booked this one!Safety: Felt safe and safe to park my car

This was my last night on my roadtrip and i really liked this holiday inn, it s a bit isolated and on a hill so i liked the view, pet friendly, lady up front was super nice to my dog, it is a huge hotel with an amazing inside i guess the conference area) the bed was super soft like sleeping on a cloud i showered my dog and he immediately fell asleep on the bed which is rare for him. Awesome places, i would definitely book again.

This hotel was very disappointing!!! It is very outdated. There are no USB plugs anywhere in the room other than on the back of the t.v. The room had not been vacuumed, there were large peebles (small rocks) on the floor. There were dirty towels left hanging on the bathroom door. One of the beds looked like someone had layed on it after being made up. Got ready for coffee the next morning and the coffee pot didn't work!!!!! I have been trying to talk to the mgr. or guest service mgr ever since we left on the 22nd to no avail. If you decide to stay there on your visit to Little Rock, Good luck.

The hotel was real Niice but I was expecting breakfast to come with my room especially if I'm a hotel member and the person that was at the front desk gave me hard time checking in I had everything paid for even my deposit was on the same card I use the day before then when I had reserve another day and paid for it I was told I couldn't use the card for my incidental but it was the same card I use the previous day. Make it make sense

Nice staff. Clean comfortable room. Bed was just as expected. Well made and good linens!! Bathroom clean and everything worked. Thanks HI Little Rock AirportFood & drinks: Boston s Restaurant on site is real good. There is also a sit down diner across the street. Don t miss the gas station across the street either, it has real good take out food.

The check-in person was not the friendliest and it took a few minutes for her to find my reservation. I like how close it it is to the airport. They allowed us to leave our vehicle there while we were in Florida and charged a minimal fee of $20. They offered a shuttle service to the airport which was really nice. The part we struggled with was getting the shuttle to come pick us up from the airport. We waited 40 minutes and finally just got an Uber to go the one mile to the Hotel. Disappointing! I will pay the extra to park my car at the airport next time since it didn't save us much after paying for parking and getting an Uber. There is at least one restaurant I noticed. This is a convention center so it is a large hotel.

This is by far the worst hotel from check in to check out.The front desk representative is extremely rude and short.The carpet throughout the hotel is icky beyond description.The room is antiquated, whereas the AC sounds like a lawnmower.The breakfast is pricey for the poor quality being served.This hotel is in desperate need of major upgrade from front to back and top to bottom.

Everyone on the staff was awesome! Facility was in good shape and rooms were great, bed was comfy !Really enjoyed my stay here.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable, easy access to all areas of the facility.Food & drinks: Bostons restaurant was good and affordable.Noteworthy details: Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and easy to work work.

The front desk phone routes to a third-party affiliate if you call from the airport for a shuttle. It took literally 30 minutes of phone calls to connect to the front desk. The shuttle driver refused to get out of the van to help with my bags. He rolled down the window and said "you can get in." I am a 70 year old woman, traveling alone and needed the help. When I asked to speak with the manager about this incident, the front desk did not allow me to do so. The desk personnel were dismissive, and uncaring. Room was clean. Bed was lumpy/pillows flat. The entr�e I ordered at the hotel restaurant was not edible. The rice dish had a rancid flavor. The broccoli had no flavor. I sprinkled it with pepper, but it was too rubbery to eat. I ordered a second entr�e thinking I might have better luck with a different item. However, the middle of the entr�e was raw dough. There was a variety of breakfast choices at the buffet the next morning and better-quality food than the restaurant. Not great. Just better.
