The Holiday Inn express saved our vacation and visit to see the eclipse. After being robbed earlier in our road trip, the staff at Holiday Inn Express was kind and welcoming. They were patient as we found a creative solution since we didn t have our credit cards anymore. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking that felt safe. The pool was a fun treat! And truly lovely people at the desk! Thank you again!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn next door on April 5th. We are photographers and were practicing for the eclipse before departing the area. A few of us made our way down the hill to get a better angle on the sun and wound up behind this hotel. The two hotels are connected by descending parking lots. There wasn t a soul around as it was between checkout and check in times, but the owner stomped out there in his flip flops on a power trip and kicked us out. We made our way up one level and finished so it wasn t a huge deal but he was a total jerk. Would not recommend any dealings with him based on our interaction.

I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very eager to improve their ratings. The hotel has a pool in the middle and the rooms surrounding them. I had an outer room and I did not hear any noises. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I would stay here again. There is free overnight parking and breakfast. They did not have a pancake maker. I did not use the shuttle.

Breakfast with Vanessa was great. They ran out of towels though, and took all of them from our room after the first night. Got a couple hand towels to dry off the second night, and weren't able to cancel the following night and get a refund. (Wanted to cancel because they ran out of towels)

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Building is gross and run down, breakfast was mediocre at best. When asked if they had a waffle maker I was told to go across the street to waffle house. I have stayed at motel 6's better than this.Manager is a scam artist tacking on extra fees left and right. 1st he charged us an extra $75 for our hotel room. Had to go through corporate to get that reversed. 2nd additional charge is for a cleaning fee. We left a little bit of spilled dog food on the ground and got charged $100 for them to clean it up. We are still trying to get this charge taken off, but they are fighting to keep this $100 for a quick vacuum. For the extra $175, $200 if you include the pet fee, I could have stayed at a way nicer hotel. After this I will never stay at any Holiday Inn affiliated hotels. The unprofessionalism from this hotel manager and staff has made that choice for me. Looking at other reviews I can see that I am not the only one to think this way. Looking forward to the "template" response from the owner.Rooms: Room was gross. Mud on the floor. Toilet paper left on the back of the toilet since there was no holder.Safety: Hotel is run down, I would not consider it safe.

1. Highly unprofessional - it is being managed by folks from the family owns this franchisee. I saw a 8-9 year old helping in chores. Besides, others in the family were involved so you can t expect professionalism2. Breakfast - very poor service. In fact, by 9ish, they stop filling up the trays. There is just 1 person who manages the kitchen and also the food bar so you can t expect prompt service. They also ran out of many items during the course.3. Room - AC wasn t working, toilet flush wasn t working, phone wasn t working. I had to call the lobby at night and he wasn t just ready to listen. I asked himIf he can suggest a room I can move but he said that I have to come down for that. He was rude as well. Next day, I humbly requested to take of these items, instead they didn t even bother to look into. Instead they gave me another room. It was a pain to move to another room with small kids and luggage s. The room doesn t have basic amenities. It resembles worst than a motel 6 brand.Wouldn t recommend to pick this hotel

I've stayed here twice, once in summer 2023 and once in winter 2023. both times the indoor pool was out of order. The rooms are super expensive and aren't that good tbh, I had a pull out couch in a suite room and the mattress was covered in bodily fluids. My step-dad also got overcharged $200 for an unknown reason. The staff is polite and kind but it's plain to see that they don't know what they're doing.I don't recommend this inn to anyone, It has definitely seen better days.Nearby activities: It's right near the airport so you can spend the night to get to your flight as early as possible.Food & drinks: The cheapest "good" food option is $14.00 for a mediocre Mac and cheese. To be fair you get a lot of Mac but it isn't that good. If you do stay here I'd recommend you get the chicken tenders instead for $14.50. They're 10x better than the Mac and cheese for 50 more.

This is the most unprofessional hotel I ve ever stayed at.The biggest issue came right after checking into my room, I was called and told to come to the front desk right away, when I started to ask why, she hung up on me. When I went to the front desk the lady told me my voucher wasn t working and I needed to call Priceline who I had paid for the 5 night stay. I called in and waited for them to figure it out but fell asleep in the mean time. When I woke up I called to the front desk and was told I was charged another $60 to my card because Priceline didn t charge me enough for my reservation. I have a contract to stay here and the fact they would charge me more for an issue with a third party business they choose to do business with is not my problem. Especially to charge me in violation of my contract, without my consent, is super irritating and unprofessional.2 of the 3 staff/owner I worked with initially were inconsiderate and unfriendly and all 3 were unhelpful. The hotel is old and dated. The one pro is my bed was clean and comfortable.I d recommend looking elsewhere for another place to stay and do business.

Will not be staying here again, rooms were cleaned but got yelled at from the breakfast lady named Vanessa for getting a cup of coffee when breakfast wasn't open. I understand it wasn't open but it was just a dam coffee some of us have to leave really early in the morning. Because of Vanessa s rude behavior towards me and a few other guests who also just wanted coffee I will not being coming back to this hotel

Stayed one night in December while traveling with two teens and a small dog. Facility was kept to basic standards. Inside was clean and organized. Check-in was smooth. Bathroom was clean with nice Dove products in shower. Towels were thick enough, but they were washed without softeners so they did not feel great. Exercise room had some cardio equipment (mostly working) and that was it. Indoor pool looked nice but had a sign saying "Out of Order." Breakfast was adequate: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs (did not look appetizing), sausage patties, cinnamon rolls, fruit, yogurt, and other things that are fairly standard for HIExpress. Coffee was not great, but the breakfast attendant (Vanessa) was really cheerful and friendly.I walked our dog out back of the building and it was not kept in great repair in certain areas. The parking lot needs to be redone as well since there are some potholes and rough spots. Also, the hallway outside our room had a strange odor; it reminded me of a swimming pool area, but my family thought it was worse.Pet fee was low.Place was located far from most commercial/shopping areas, so it was okay for travelers, but maybe there are better options for most families.

Not great. Called from the airport for the hotel shuttle. Sat around for a half hour and it never showed so finally just took a taxi. Was refused an early check in along with 5-6 other people. We all just sat around for hours until 3pm when magically the rooms were ready. Generally they will radio housekeeping and get you something right away. I would have taken a closet if it had a bed and TV.Usually the Holiday Inn beds are great, but this one feels like springy granite. Might as well sleep on the floor. Seriously. Try the Holiday Inn next door for sure.I travel a ton for work and am like platinum elite or whatever the highest IHG status is and they didn't even try to accommodate an early check-in. We all sat there while we could literally see cleaned, fresh rooms through the windows inside.

Easy check-in ,rooms are nice and all to expectations. Great for a weekend getaway. I want to mention "Vanessa" for her sweet assistance with the breakfast area ,showing the best attention to detail and to the hotels clients .All which added to this lovely stay . The rooms are neat ,a few smudges here and there , can only blame the last renter if anything . But I didn't come to stay in a room for more than 12 hrs, so it works out . The bathrooms are key to it all ,in which I found my room to be acceptable to me. Thank you. Had no issues with my room or my personal belongings missing or the price . All accommodations were offered, and some I accepted. some I didn't require ,but it was at least offered. This all added to my short vacation to the Ozarks and to Mountain view Arkansas. Great view ,thanks guys .

Noisy location. I was provided a suite, but heat only worked in half of the suite, and does not heat the bathroom, not the outer room. Friendly service, comfortable bed, soft sheets, but very uninviting hotel room, and malfunctioning HVAC and literally no sound proofing at all. Edit to add: Gotta love that the reply simply says "template" Speaks volumes.

Place is run down and musty smelling. I will not stay here again. The worst express I've ever stayed at. Normally the breakfast is wonderful but not here, should have brought a straw for the gravy. Pretty sure they added water to it. Big thumbs down

All the bad reviews made me second guess booking. I'M SO GLAD I BOOKED, my room is great, comfy bed and pillows, the place was spotless, the interior of the hotel is pretty, beautiful flowers. Jim was amazing to work with. Extremely helpful and accommodating. My pup had a blast! Each time we walked into the building, we were greeted with a big smile, hello and a friendly wave! I would highly recommend staying. We stayed on the first floor, very quiet.Safety: I felt extremely safe outside and inside. Very well lit. Easy steps to and from Bostons restaurant next door.Noteworthy details: I hope Jim and his crew keep up the great work. It was such a refreshing trip to a hotel that understands hospitality.

Probably the worst stay I have had in Little Rock since I started traveling to the city for work. I am a Gold member and after a late flight, I check in a king suite with separate bedroom to find out the tvs don t work. The next day they move me to another room where the couch has complete sunk in the middle and you can t sit in it. Now here is the kicker. The toilet won t flush only a very slowly drain. They put in a maintenance request and I have to use the bathroom at the front desk for that evening. The next day I come back from work to find out they did not get to the maintenance request and I am forced to use the bathroom again at the front desk that night. So for me to use the bathroom I have to get dress and walk to the lobby where people are checking in and use the bathroom. So I finish my work early, change my flight and get the h@&$ out of that hotel. I left my business card with the front desk for the owner in hopes he would want to make right from this absolutely terrible stay. I have not heard back.Update: hotel called me and offered me a days worth of point. So raised it to 2 star because they wanted to make it right. Not sure I will stay there again but it least the owner is trying.Rooms: Terrible

Rooms were very good. Court yard was awesome. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.Rooms: Neat and clean.Walkability: Easy way to go.Food & drinks: The Express is down hill from the Holiday Inn. The restaurant located there is by far one of the best.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel is dirty, mediocre at best, not worth the money, and is run by swindlers.I checked out a day early, leaving well before the posted check out time, and they charged me for the next night anyway. They claimed it was part of their cancelation policy despite not canceling my reservation. After multiple calls, the manager is always conveniently in a meeting and I never receive a call back. The Better Business Bureau and corporate offices were contacted as well.Stay somewhere that won't steal your money under the justification of a policy you didn't violate.
