Rooms were nice and big and front desk was very pleasant. The hotel is right off the highway and makes for a pretty loud night. Rooms and hotel were very clean and the breakfast was pretty good, too. I would stay again for sure, but if you're sensitive to sound, look elsewhere.Rooms: Spacious, clean and comfy. Outside noise is a pain.

Don't let the surrounding construction discourage you! We walked to fabulous restaurants on a Saturday night, no concerns. The staff at the hotel are attentive, caring and helpful. Truly 5 star, from the people at the front desk, to the well stocked and clean breakfast area and the maintenance person who helped with our luggage! 7 weeks later, still great.

To park in the paved parking you have to pay a $10 fee. I stay at holiday inn all over the country and this is the only one I've ever had to pay for parking. Having too small of a lot and passing that on to consumers under the guise of "its on our website " only works when booking though your site. Not a pleasant surprise during check in...Front desk staff was nice enough, room seems clean so not a 1 star review. Very low score making consumers pay for parking though...

I travel constantly and come back to Little Rock fairly often. Most places I bounce around to different hotels but not in Little Rock. I always come back here. Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel common areas are clean. The staff is great, Most notable is a lady named Ebony who takes care of the breakfast. She is the absolute best and makes my stays far more pleasant.

Terrible location. Whole area under construction, full of detours and construction obstacles in the road. Online information and reservations had very misleading information. They charged $10/night for parking. When we got there (after 9 pm) there was no place to park in the finished paved parking lot, which was VERY small for such a large hotel. We were told there was lots of parking in the lot (dirt/mud, around the corner in a vacant unsecured lot). Half surrounded by a broken half chain link fence with barbed wire, no fencing on the frontage road side of the lot at all. We were exhausted after a 10 hr drive, so we had no choice but to stay that night. Paint smell was still overly strong in the rooms, couldn't sleep. Nothing available in the "hotel store" but water and two candy bar flavors. Hotel over priced for area. They opened too early for business. It's not the best hotel. Customer service was good, but not trained for check-in process or able to answer any questions about hotel procedures. Manager was overly talkative and not very professional in presentation. Checkout process was much better the next morning. But not enough seating or hot food for the breakfast rush from 0730-0830. There wasn't enough food or replenishment to handle the amount of people. We will not be back.

OFF-THE-CHARTS amazing stay! Lynn was very welcoming when we arrived, and every bit so when we checked out. Ebony provided a delicious morning breakfast with a super friendly demeanor and great attitude! She even offered to prepare a special meal for a disgruntled a-hole of a guest who arrived five minutes after the cutoff time. A+ service to her!The hotel location was terrific. The hotel, itself, was wonderful! Whoever designed the rooms should receive an award for design, as it was extremely well thought out loved the lighting. And, the hallway sconces were beautiful. I loved everything about this place and I m picky! Camp Taco restaurant was a block away, where they provided delicious food and drink. Lots of attention to detail here, as well. Super cool vibe for the hipster in you!Rooms: Best hotel room I ve stayed in at this price point!!! Beautifully designed rooms with great lighting!Nearby activities: Clinton Library adjacent to hotel.Camp Taco Restaurant a must for amazing food and drinks.Downtown area seemed very clean and within walking distance.Walkability: Downtown offered many food and drink options that were within walking distance.

A great location if visiting the Clinton Library. Parking is a little janky, not enough spaces for the number of rooms, and you pay for the privilege of maybe not getting a spot. The two gentlemen who served at the front desk from afternoon to evening were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed our interactions with them, along with suggestions for food and sites to see. The building looks new, and rooms were clean and fresh as you come to expect from the brand. Pillows were yuck, so pack your own. You are close to all the touristy stuff of Little Rock, so that too is a plus.

Rooms get cleaned every day. The staff is the most friendly, warm and helpful I have encountered in Little Rock's hotels.Just blocks away from Main St. And the Clinton center, park and other attractions. A lot of uber eats options if you don't feel like going out.Great location. Definitely will stay here again in LR.Rooms: Rooms are comfortable. Clean. Spacious. Bathroom amenities included. Multi charge options for devices. Only thing I would recommend is the TV had netflix sign up option.

What you do not know when you book a room here is that it s right by an interstate overpass. Unfortunately, there s an epidemic of drag racing in Little Rock. From 8pm until 3am, we listened to loud cars racing up and down the overpass and on the surface streets, too. There s nothing the hotel could have done to prevent it, but if city leadership isn t going to do something to stop it, I can t see this hotel being a place anyone would seek to stay. Avoid it if you like to sleep at night.Staff was lovely and the room was clean, but we won t stay there again.Nearby activities: Museums, restaurants.

Very nice hotel close to the Clinton Library. Staff was nice. Breakfast from 7-9 was a disaster! At 8:15 four of the hot breakfast servers were empty with the lids up. No cinnamon rolls at all. No milk, no orange juice, no yogurt, no muffins! One of the two doors to the food area closed at 8:30. Pool was cloudy and lime green! One man would not let his 4 kids in the pool! I talked to the office and told them my concerns and that the manager should check things out or get fired. They said the manager was not in yet at 8:20 in the morning.Could be a great place with better management!

They did not reserve our room that we booked weeks in advance. The card they had on file maxed out and instead of calling us for a new card they gave away our room with 3 beds in it for our family of 6. They said they didn't have our phone number which is not true because I'm a member and we called holiday inn directly, not a third party. We traveled all day and we are so ready to relax and have dinner and we got there early enough so the kids can swim before dinner but nope, no room for us. We had to go to a cheaper hotel and pay above normal price because it was last minute and there was an event in town. But the pool was much nicer and bigger at this hotel and the kids had a blast and the front desk at the holiday Inn was very nice and helpful to call the hotel and find the room for us.

We loved the accommodation from the time we entered the reception area. The breakfast was so good and the hospitality of Ebony who does the cooking and cleaning in the dining and kitchen was exceptional. We left with hugs and we feel she deserves a raise. Thank you!!!!Rooms: Very nice. Just remember to put 4 towel sets in a room where 4 adults will stay.

Super disappointing stay in the room. The vanity light wouldn t stay on. The water pressure was abysmal. Honestly so disappointed. I got a busy signal when calling the front desk but Desmond checked us in quickly and efficiently. There were some guys that were doing donuts around 1am at the parking lot of the Clinton school of public service. When looking for hotels in the area we noticed a bunch of ambulances and fire trucks going around but no one came by to stop the people doing donuts in the parking lot. We stayed in room 201.

This was my 1st time staying at this location but it did not fail me the rooms were new clean and spacious it s close to the freeways and pretty quiet at night during my stay last week. Parking is available in the main lot and a huge lot behind the main lot. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family if ever asked. I m a corporate traveler and will book this hotel again if I m in the area.

The service was GREAT! Ebony who runs breakfast was absolutely lovely! Extremely warm and kind. I appreciated my stay at the hotel. If I ever come back to Little Rock I will stay hereSafety: Safe environment.Food & drinks: Ebony put out breakfast every morning early and made sure all guests were more than taken care of. I hope she gets promoted in the future.

Very impressed with this hotel! The room was modern, had a giant flat screen TV on a wall mount, the bed was incredibly comfortable! Loved the shower, too! The girl who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was spotless clean. Overall, very generous place, especially for the price. My wife and I were on a road trip from New Jersey to Texas and this place was the best hotel by far. The breakfast was very very good and staff kept the food fresh and full, kept the area sanitized, and were so friendly. 10 out of 10
