My car has been here for about a month, and it was important that it was finished by the time I moved to a different state 800 miles away. I was told repeatedly that it s almost done, that it s in line for paint and should be in that evening or next morning, that it should be done by the day I had to move worst case scenario. Now I m told it may be another week. So my only option is to rent a car to move and then to have my car shipped once finished. Definitely not ideal and very frustrating as I was led to believe they were dedicated to getting this done before then to save me thousands. They are nice people to talk to, but overall, because of this timing, it s not been the greatest experience and has put me into debt. It s been very disappointing when I felt like they were on my side.

These guys are good. Car was hit by a deer. Took in and had estimate done. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Car ended up having additional damage which extended repair time. They ended up completing our repair a week before it was the estimated fix date which saved us on rental car charges. They communicated the status throughout the entire process which was nice.

After my car was sideswiped & my sideview mirror was destroyed, the gents at Gwatney Collision West made her look brand new again!! Service was great & they kept me updated through the entire process. I even noticed a piece from the door was missing after I picked it up but they took care of it immediately!! My car was towed here August 9, 2023 after an unfortunate accident. My car sat here for a full month before they even attempted to look and see what needed to be fixed. I have been to this establishment more times than I can count inquiring about when my car would be finished. Finally in Mid September they slapped the completion date of October 13 on my car and guess what? My car still is not done. I attempt to call and they never answer the phone forcing me to have to drive there. I am extremely pissed about my vehicle and guess what here it is October 25 and my car still isn't done nor have I received an update.

So I took my car to Gwatney because it was one of the trusted shops with my insurance. So I took to the location on Markham. When I got my car back my alignment was off. Had to take it back, when I got the second time I noticed t my registration and my insurance cards were missing. So I left town for business and went to go air up my tire from my jump pack that I had in trunk, only to notice it is no longer there. I cannot stand a thief. I will be going to the shop when I get back in town and reporting it to my insurance.

They did a great job on my car but what really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone there was extremely friendly and the communication was as clear as could be. They told me everything they were doing and everything I needed to do on my end. Extremely helpful, especially for someone like me who's not much of a car person.

Horrible service Kyle the manager was so rude to me they fixed my car 2 months ago, put my windshield wipers on wrong, primer on my door handle and door as well, he got upset with me bc I told him what was wrong .. when he finally watched the video and figured out he was wrong he came back out! He also lied and said I scratched my own car real rude guy .. didn t even put my fender on right, looks like they broke it trying to THROW it on there!!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

My past experiences with this shop were fine, but yesterday I dropped my car off at 8am. I was told by the manager that someone would call me in 30-45 minutes with an estimate. I waited four hours then called them. The man I spoke to then said Geico has 24 hours to approve a claim so I wouldn't hear from them until then. So why did he originally say 30-45 minutes? I got an email from Geico with the estimate at 2:30 but they shop still never called me. I need to know what work the estimate includes and get an estimated date of completion. Their lack of communication is very frustrating and shows me how little they value my business.Service: Body & Trim

Staff and owner are out to take advantage of you. Do not bring your car here if you cannot be assertive or do not know anything about body repair. Out for a profit only, will make any job as expensive as possible. I have experienced dishonest pricing, unnecessary parts orders and repairs, and outright lies on the part of the owner. Friends in the business have also reported borderline criminal practices such as claiming a vehicle cannot be repaired and attempting to convince the owner into letting them keep they vehicle for a pittance.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

Amy Jo was the best so helpful and friendly just an absolute doll. She is truly a major asset to them with the ability to juggle all tasks thrown at her at once without ever compromising the outstanding customer service.They did a great job on repairing the damage done on my car after being side-swipted by a large truck. My car looks brand new again. Would definately recommend them to everyone. The staff is extremely nice and will make sure the job is done right the first time.

Stay Far Away! I took my Audi A5 convertible to get an estimate for the back bumper. The convertible top contained no problems whatsoever, but when I picked it up, the top was inoperative/wouldn't work. They basically told me to get lost.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They rewired my car incorrectly and caused a short in my dash. I had to take my car to the dealership for an additional 3 months after it had already been with Gwatney for 4 months. Gwatney did not take responsibility for their mistake and I was responsible for the additional cost. I hit something with my car and took it in for repairs to the door and mirror. It was there for 10 days. The mileage when I dropped it off was 17,484 and it had over 17,900 when I got it back along with fast food wrappers. Glad someone enjoyed driving it while I was paying for a rental. While they were super friendly and the work seems fine, the personal use of my vehicle is totally unacceptable.

Okay so this Gwatney in Little Rock to me is the best. First accident I had I was referred to them byGeico and the insurance took care of everything I didn t have to set up a appointment or anything Gwatney called me! Kyle was definitely a awesome help on everything in the first accident! He went over the whole car damages with me outside and showed me little dents or scratches that have already been on my car. I believe my car got fixed at the one on markham instead of Sherwood. Next accident happened about the beginning of January, I had to do all the scheduling because I don t believe progressive did it. It was easy though I knew everybody and since Kyle wasn t taking claims anymore they referred me to Amy Jo and she was so cool! She made sure my car got in on MLK Day like she said and I didn t have to pay anything until my car was completely finished. They were always eating good food too lol! Last Lindsey I believe was a great help too, always answering my calls about any questions I had my car and just being consistent with knowing what s going on and if she couldn t answer my question she would get me to someone who could! The best customer service! Took my car in for a repair estimate and spoke with Michael who was able to fix the minor issue for me in 10 minutes with no problem. Gwatney 10/10 will recommend and Michael 11/10, thank you for being awesome!

This place has wonderful service. Kyle went above and beyond to help me understand what needed to be repaired and how to go about it in the fastest and least expensive way. He was friendly, helpful, very generous with his time, and did a great job with my car. I cannot recommend this place enough, and will definitely go back if I ever need another repair.

Tuned my car in for repairs flawlessly on a Tuesday and it was ready and detailed that Friday. Excellent customer service and they keep me updated on the status of the repairs via text. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will definitely go back!

Got my front bumper fixed and it was done extremely well. The paint was perfect. They even vacuumed my carpets! It took a week for them to finish everything but definitely would use them again.

The Gwatney team did an outstanding job in repairing my 2008 Honda Pilot.They worked quickly with my insurance to get the work started, and the car looks better than before the accident.I would heartily recommend these folks.

Would give negatives stars if I was able to. True my vehicle 2015 F-150 took some serious to the front passenger wheel and fender. Dropped it off as soon as it happened to the West Markham Location on Dec12th. It was parked there for a week. Had to be taken to the Sherwood Location to complete the repairs. I had to continually call Sherwood to check on the status and I knew from the estimate that it was supposed to take about 48hrs of work to complete. I would just go out to the lot and park near my vehicle and call to see what was going on. I was being told that it was in the shop having xyz being done all while I am looking at nothing being done. Finally got it back on Jan 12. Starting making noise that wasn't there before and a parking sensor fault had appeared. Took it back on Jan 16 to have these issues fixed. Jan 16 was texted that it needed a CV boot and was ordered so it will be ready on Jan 17. Jan got another text that the CV boot didn't come with any clamp so the clamps were ordered and will be ready on the 18th. Jan 18th techs didn't know that the outter boot had to be taken off to fix the inner so needed to order the outter CV boot will be ready on the 19th. By this time I'm furious and contacted USAA. Jan 19th picked it up after the repairs were made. Noise still there and this is loud clinging noise when driving and parking sensor fault still there. Took it to Crain Ford on Jan 23 to find what is the issues. Crain called that afternoon and found that the parking sensor adaptor was crush (from the accident) and wasn't connected and the loud clinging noise was the wheel bearings needed to be replaced , also the FX4 OffRoad Decal was missing(where did that go). Jan 24 vehicle was ready for pick up. I don't know how any of these issues were missed but I do know that NOBODY TEST DROVE to find out, the mileage is the same as it was when I dropped it off and it will take more than a mile to get back to the shop if it was test driven bc its a ONE WAY. Luckily the wheel didn't fall off or lock up while I was driving. Not happy at all with the services that were provided especially when the cost was over $10,000. one of the texts that I received while going back and forth on what was going on "First it's not uncommon for any tech regardless who they work for to call another manufacturer on parts. With that being said it was actually Ford that didn't know what we were talking about and was telling my tech that they needed to replace the entire axle which we did not."

After being straight up screwed by Progressive, these guys took care of me in getting my truck back together in a drivable state despite losing out on the quoted repair costs. Though I cannot speak for others, I will certainly return to them in the future. They were both professional, and empathetic to an inequitable situation.

The customer service and friendly staff go hand in hand but I can't say enough good things about them. Amy Jo was so nice and accommodating. The repairs look great and the work is guaranteed.
