I've been going here since I was first stationed in Little Rock a few years back. I come here knowing they will always give me a straightforward answer and a very reasonable price. Mike is especially a great guy to work with, and I'd trust him and his guys with any car I own. I recommend this place to anyone I'm close with.

I've had a nothing but good experiences here. I've only had oil changes, nothing major, but they have been efficient and professional.

I made an appointment online for a simple oil change, but I dont know why I even bothered. It ended up taking hours, several walk-in customers were serviced ahead of me. The staff (particularly the old man) were extremely rude to me. I will not ever come here again.

This location is a complete joke. The older gentleman up front is beyond unprofessional. I booked an online appointment for today September 1st @4PM, for a simple oil change. I get to the desk and the gentleman proceeds to try to tell me he doesn t have my appointment and I must ve booked the wrong location yet I have the confirmation form my email right her on my phone to show him. He states oh well I didn t get it doesn t matter I have that and the confirmation #. And then proceeds to tell me that they don t do services or work on vehicles 4PM or after. I then ask him then why would your website allow you to book services online for that if you don t offer that. He states well that s a good question I replied it sure is and being the manager you should know the answer to it . He states it s also a holiday week anyhow. I told him sir no it s not, today is Friday the holiday is next Monday so no it s not a Holiday today. He loudly said WELL I CANT DO YOUR OIL CHANGE TODAY . I don t recommend anyone to go here as this was my first time coming here as I work downtown and this was my first impression with them. If I would ve known this was the unprofessionalism I was going to receive or I d have to wait another week to get my oil changed I would have booked or took my car elsewhere and got the services and customer services rendered. If you want your time waisted and to not get your vehicle serviced this is the place for you. The even crazier part about this entire ordeal is that a lady walked in front of me 5 minutes prior to me and got waited on for a flat repair and her vehicle pulled into the bay for that with no problems. So, if you encounter a older gentleman with dark hair at the counter, he is quite the employee and oh so professional. Sarcasm

I had scheduled an oil change August 31st at 10:00 a.m. I had priced the oil change on Goodyear's website which was 79.99 what's 15.00 off for 64.99. When I arrived the man at the counter said i had to use an 84.99 service plus extra for a 6th qt and with a discount it'd be 96.00 plus tax. I asked why the website didn't indicatethat even when I entered my vin like he did and he said it was done 3rd party and what did I want to do, do the oil change or not. When I told him I would do it myself he berated me saying fine we got a lot of oil changes today we'll do plenty of others. I have never seen somebody so rude and such a jerk to a customer

Traveling through Little Rock Arkansas and cut my tire with debris on highway. It was Friday 2 hours before closing , they were booked solid and Mike said he would do his best to get me done my closing time. And he did, also fair price no price gouging. Thank you so much Mike and Steve. God bless always. Not what I expected but what I got. Decent people do exist in this world.

I quit coming here several years ago but tried to come back recently because they are nearby. Same issues. Unreliable service and scheduling, breaking lug bolts and saying it was that way when they found it. Don t go here unless you do not have a choice.

I was in a bind getting a tire as I had issues on the interstate that morning out of my home town. Checked several downtown Little Rock options with no luck. Thinking I was stranded and would have to get a hotel, I checked with Goodyear on S Broadway less than an hour before their closing. Michael Starr said not to worry and they got to it quick. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you to the technicians Wesley and John for getting me taken care of. I was near panic mode thinking I was stuck. Highly recommend if in a jam. They also had a few minutes to spare before close!

Great customer service and the quickest tire and alignment jobs I have seen. They even saved me about 400 bucks because of the skill the mechanics have in working with difficult cars. Will do business with again.

I never had service with this shop before. I decided to stop there for brakes service. The General Manager told me to ensure to bring it back into the buisness by a.m next day. I did. He worked out a great deal based on coupons and his customer service was the best I witnessed in any of the other car repair shops I have taken my car to. He was kind, very curteous, and considerate of customers needs. I asked for coffee, I got it. I asked for My car was done in the amount of time he told me at the beginning of the day. He said he been with Goodyear over 35 years. I was impressed he still cared for customers at that level after so many years in the buisness. I really liked his service, his buisness deals and how he got my final bill to be lower than what was estimated at the beginning of the day at the time I picked up my car.I will always go back for tire or brake services at this location.

I highly recommend Goodyear Tire on Broadway for your everyday needs as well as emergency needs. Michael Starr was so very accommodating with taking care of my tire emergency. Thank you for helping me keep my appointment with local educators.

Was there today for new tires. I have been this Goodyear's customer since maybe 1993 and they are great. They are courteous, just so nice and honest. I've never left there feeling like they didn't do a good job or took advantage of my lack of knowledge, etc. I feel like they're friends--- they are all super.

I thought I just needed to get my tires balanced, but it turns out my drive shift needed to be replaced. I dropped my car off on a Thursday afternoon and it was ready by noon the next day! They have super experienced mechanics and great customer service!!

The service here is GREAT!! They have repaired 2 tires for me. Also, allowing me to drop off and pick up at a more convenient time for me and having it ready by that time. A courteous call was made informing me my car was ready. The workers are ALWAYS FRIENDLY. Also, I work downtown and this is a convenient location for anyone who needs repair and work downtown! Thank you GoodYear on Broadway!!!!

They have changed my oil several times and recently replaced two of my tires on my Nissan. Always courteous and prompt, and they don t jerk be around or try to sell me things I don t need. Reasonable prices and so conveniently located if you work downtown. Highly recommended.

Scheduled an appt the week prior for new tires. Dropped my work van off at 8 a.m. asked to be notified as soon as van was done b/c I had equipment to install in Texarkana. Had someone pick me up at 8:15 and saw that the van was already on lift as I was leaving. Never received a call. At 12:45 p.m. I went to get some lunch, drove by this location and saw that van was sitting in back lot. When I got back to my office I called and it had been ready for some time. I had to rearrange 3 days of scheduling due to priorities and incoming inclement weather due to their failure to let me know van was ready to be picked up.

I bought my tires from here a year or so ago, and they have taken absolute great care of me. There is a lot of construction near my home, and I frequently get nails in my tires. They fit me in quickly and get the job done in a timely manner. Always respectful and ethical not once have I ever felt they were trying to rip me off, unlike many auto places. I will buy Goodyear tires for many years to come.

I can't say enough about these guys! They are honest, professional, and hard working. Mark helped me with getting my car aligned last week and they really did a top notch job. I have a very old car and the alignment was way off. It drives better now than it ever did. I will definitely go back for a new set of tires very soon.

My third visit will be my last. First time was for tire rotation and oil change. I was mildly disappointed in the time it took and the price, and felt they were not very friendly. After two years I got over it, and went back. This time was a flat repair, and I was informed it was unrepairable. About 50% tread remaining, so much for the Goodyear warranty. Paid full price (!) for a replacement, and wasn't shown the old tire or what caused the damage. (again, frustrating) This time I had a simple flat (on the same new tire I bought a month ago). I took it in first thing this morning, and was told they might be able to get to it tomorrow. I went to Firestone, and they fixed it in about 30 minutes while I waited. No more Goodyear for me.

Requested a new battery. Told man on the phone that I have my old battery and can (obviously) tell him the make and model of my vehicle. I explained that i am using ride shares (Lyft) to get from A to B after discovering my dead battery this morning and that i can't bounce around from place to place, that i needed to know if they'd be able to sell me a battery. He said that wasn't sufficient information to sell a new battery to me. HOW? So odd and unhelpful.

I was trying to take my boyfriend's car across town to a different tire shop (that he frequents) for him when I awoke to a completely flat tire. I drove the 2 miles here and the guys were so kind to fill my tire up with air so I could make it to West Little Rock...they got me back on the road in under 2 mins and didn't charge me a thing. Thanks guys. You're heroes!

I started using this Goodyear location because it was a block over from my work and people I worked with had good things to say about them. I've since been there three times in a short period of time (due to my love of hitting curbs). My last oil change was on a Monday and I was having the monday-ist of all Mondays. I ended up working later than I was supposed to and was running late to pick up my 7 yr old to take him to baseball practice. I had multiple missed calls on my phone from an unknown number ...... Well, I had forgotten I had even dropped my vehicle off to get an oil change. It was now past closing time but the manager of the store had stayed past his working hours hoping to hear from me. Had he not done that, I would have been stranded downtown and my son would have missed his first baseball practice. It was unexpected for him to wait on me and I just knew I wasn't going to be able to get my car. I'm so grateful he stayed! I will recommend this location to any and everyone!

Michael was great help. I was going to go with a little bit larger tire and he took the time to show me what the tire would look like and showed me it would be too big. He gave me a good price on tires and the service department did an excellent job with the installation and alignment.

Only issue with the time is I arrived at my scheduled appt and my car was not serviced until approximately 30 minutes after that appt time so I suggest arrive early.Improvements that can be made:PricesTime managementWorkers were relatively friendly.

I talked to someone named Isaac today regarding my automobile. I wanted someone knowledegable about vehicles, etc. Since my vehicle has very high mileage, I had questions regarding the future maintenance/upkeep and several options that are now open to me. Isaac was wonderful. He listened to me and gave me his honest professional opinion. I really appreciate it. It is very refreshing to talk to someone that doesn't have an ulterior motive and really want to help. It is just what I needed to know in order to make the best decision that I can in regards to my car. Thank you Isaac. I wish there were more honest men like you in the world.

I went in for a fast leak on one of my tires. Mike hooked me up. He initially said it wouldn't be until 5pm since they were busy. He had me out the door within two hours. I paid next to nothing for them to plug the leak. Very appreciative.

This is the only place I go for tires or oil changes. They always provide excellent and timely service, keeps me updated on the needs of my vehicle, and I've never felt pressured to add services or buy anything extra (which I really appreciate).Not only that, they go above-and-beyond to help you out. Last time I went in for an oil change, and they wound up patching a tire without charging me for it. They go the extra mile to let you know you're valued.
