This place has earned by business from now on very informative employee that was working alignment on my truck was done very well only charged me $140 they will only put necessary parts your truck needs unlike in other places where they try to scam you by them putting unnecessary parts I went to another tire shop and they said my truck needed all these parts and that it was going to be 1100 plus they charged me $60 just for the inspection.Here at Goodyear they said my truck didn t need any necessary parts and free alignment inspection I recommend this place if you need an alignment for your vehicle!

The workers there went above and beyond what any other company would have done. We were out of town when my vehicle broke down. They were having a hard time trying to find a part and the ones working on my truck stayed THREE HOURS after closing trying g to get it fixed so we could get back on the road. Unfortunately, they couldn t find the part before the parts store closed and had to wait until the next day to find it. Then, they had trouble getting it installed. They were finally able to get it fixed, though, and had us back on the road that afternoon.

I was taking my niece home and pulled off the road for an ambulance and got a nail in my tire. I called them at 415 and they close at 5. Told me to bring it in. They were really fast. Ended up not punching my tire. And they didn t charge me! Really nice people. Especially Landon Thomas and Martin Edwards. The lady who answered was super great but I don t remember her name. But she helped me tremendously including helping me get a Dr Pepper out of the machine. I was frazzled over other things! Great experience!

Awesome experience, very knowledgeable and patient with customers. They hear you out about any problems or issues you may have. The guy working on my brakes was very efficient and quick. No more than 1 and a half to 2 hours and it was done and we were on our way. Thanks a bunch to the mechanic that did my brakes.

Great Staff, everyone had a great attitude and were friendly. I needed tires and had to get my water pump replaced and they were able to do all of that in one day! They even stayed open for me to come and pick up my Jeep after closing so that I could have transportation to get my child to his appointments. I appreciate the patience and the kind hearts!

Let s face it, it s difficult to find a trustworthy auto service center but once again I hit the jackpot with Goodyear Auto Service in south LittleRock! Be sure and ask for Lonny as he will only recommend the necessary repairs and replacements. Even the tech relayed empathy to me when he showed me one of the strut assemblies he would be installing as most people understand that struts are not inexpensive. What a team, professional, courteous, timely, trustworthy, competitively priced . They earned my business. Well done!

Excellent service FYI if you have a Goodyear tire flats are fixed for free!!! Your welcome. Thank you Goodyear you saved the day. I drive a company van and there was nobody at work on a Saturday that could pay the bill!!! Astounding that it's no charge if you have good year tires.. no matter where you got them. Kudos Goodyear

I blew a tire back in Memphis, Tennessee. Drove 100 miles on my doughnut. After calling Subaru in Little Rock, getting transferred multiple times, ending up on someone's voicemail, with no call back. My sister found Goodyear and they were able to squeeze me in, the day before New Years Eve. They had my special tire in stock, and it was changed and I was out the door within 2 hours. The staff was incredible, so kind and so helpful. I *hope* I never have to see them again, but I can't recommend this company and this staff enough!! Thank you and Happy New Year!

I can not speak highly enough of this shop or its manager Savannah. My car broke down in their parking lot while working and they went above and beyond to help me. They absolutely saved the day and they did it in just a couple of hours. 10/10

I had a great experience here! Jason really helped take care of me and my car. I came to them for new tires & they checked my car alignment as well. They were even nice enough to change the battery in my car remote since it was dead. Very nice and courteous as well as great prices!

Needless to say that I'd initially needed to replace a tire, but decided to get all four replaced. Got a phone call that my breaks pads and rotors were needed to be replaced. Thought it was a good idea to get everything done. Recieved a call to pick up car, spent $2200, great customer service...only to drive off with rattling sounds and when slowing down, my breaks sounds like wore break pads. I took my car back in good faith they would check it our. I didn't receive a courtesy call, walked to pick up my car, only for the rattle sound worse than the day before. I wouldn't recommend this Goodyear to anyone.

They wanted $300 to change 1 basic car tire. I got a new tire down the road for $88 which tells me $300 was a bit excessive.

I started using this location because the Goodyear on Broadway did some shady stuff, and Mike was a worm to work with. So I went out to the Geyer Springs location and they were great. They took care of my issue with a tire, in a timely, professional manner. It may be a little bit of a distance but it is worth the drive. You don't have to deal with Mike,

The team is absolutely great! Everytime I come here it is always five star sevices. Jason, did a great job with making sure as I waited that my needs were met with great customer service. Chris, the tech took time to educate and explained to me what was going on with my vehicle and made me feel comfortable with the service I was getting. This team is an all star group. DO NOT REMOVE them from this store. (Geyer Springs, Little Rock, Ar.)

Do NOT go here !!!!! I have gotten several oil changes from this location for what I felt was a reasonable price.On my most recent visit I made an appointment, droped my vehicle off, was quoted a price and told my vehicle would be ready in an hour. When the hour past I was contacted by the Store Manager and informed my price had went up an additional $40. What the heck, I informed them I had been a loyal customer for quite some time and I had always paid the same price. The manager refused to honor the quoted price and did not apologize for wasting my time. I am so disappointed by the level of customer service I received today and the lack to attempt to make the situation right. I took my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same, if you don't like surprises.

I have used this location twice, thought I was well taken care of and now come to find out was screwed both visits. First visit was because I hit a pothole getting onto the interstate in all the construction and ended up with a flat tire. Went to them, purchased a new tire and was offered road hazard for all my tires. Second visit was about a month ago because I needed new tires all around and was about to move across the country. Dropped my car off at 9 for my appointment, got a call around 1:30 for pickup. Was given my keys and receipt, no info about my car at all and left. Just picked up my car from a trusted local shop where I relocated to and come to find out the wheel of the tire I originally had to replace has been BENT this entire time. This information should have been relayed to me on the FIRST visit, and also on the SECOND was I not informed of it, my tires were NOT BALANCED, nor was the ALIGNMENT I PAID FOR done because it was so out of whack . Do not use this place. Go somewhere else.

I was in Little Rock for a family wedding. My cars air conditioning wasn't working after we left Nevada, MO. We got into Little Rock late Friday. On Saturday I couldn't find a garage open until I called the downtown Goodyear shop. They suggested I call the Geyer Springs Goodyear because they had techs working on Saturday. I called the Geyer Springs Goodyear and they said they could work me in around noon. They diagnosed that I had no freon and the fixed it. I was in and out in an hour.. Great service! Great team working there. Honest prices. It was just $207 for this traveler from Iowa. I'd go there again and highly recommend them. The picture is of my car at a museum in Kansas City we stopped to visit of our Mazda Miata. We made it home and the a.c. worked great.

I was broken down, miles from home. They could have taken advantage of this, but did not. I got a fair price for the job they did. Yes, I verified price with a trusted friend. PLUS they expedited my car, knowing I had a long trip still to go. That means a lot in my book.Thanks guys!

We were at this location on 3/7/2020. The service was great, got an amazing deal on tires and an honest quote for some work. My family will definitely be sticking with good year!! Oh and the bathrooms were amazingly clean

There was 2 guys in the front office on their phones. I interrupted them and told them I was in a rental ans needed a plug or patch. They told me they were to busy and went back to their phones. I then sat in the parking lot andbobserved the 2 guys in the shop also on their phones.. I had to go put air in my tire and then pray I me it 12 miles to the next enterprise approved repair shop.Thank you to Firestone who took us in right away and had us back on the road SAFELY in less than 30 mins.

Around this time last year, they tried to charge me over $1000 to replace my radiator for an engine overheating problem. They told me that this is the only way to fix the problem. I went to one of their competitors. They told me that it would only cost me $300 to replace it. Fortunately, they did a complete inspection of the true reason why my car was overheating. Found out nothing was wrong with the radiator (hadn't rusted, frozen, no cracks, and no leaks) only the temperature gauge control had burned out. Cost only $20.00 to replace. I always thought this location did good work. I wasn't aware that they try to cheat their customers. Be careful when dealing with this location. It could cost you an arm and a leg.

I neededed a tire repair and oil change. This branch of Goodyear was the only location open and accepting appointments at 5pm, which was so helpful with my busy work schedule! Not only did the fit me in that day, but the service was fast and friendly! I will definitely be going back!

I heard noise coming from the front end of my van. Since it was the closest tire place, I pulled in, expecting to pay an arm and a leg for a simple diagnosis. The check my van out right away, found no problems, and did not charge me! Thank you! You guys are great!

Not sure about all Goodyears but the one in Ar, Geyer Springs is very slow I called and scheduled a appointment to have both of my vehicles get a tire rotation .. Appointment was scheduled for 9am I was told it s a 2hr wait, what s the purpose of scheduling appointment!!!!!Ugh want be coming back

I came in to get a flat fixed and have been waiting 1 hour , when I asked to check on it the manager said he had other thing to do , witch is funny cause I'm the only one here. Maybe he could have asked one of the four guys standing around smoking.

I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat and you guys were so wonderful to stay open till I was able to get there to buy a new tire. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Very nice, but only one employee and multiple customers. Then gave me the wrong key. Also very hot in the building due to the huge windows and sun coming in.
