Fantastic place to get your windshield replacement. They make it as easy as possible. I jumped the gun and called Generations Auto Glass and let them know I would need to do an insurance claim and they said no problem and gave me the info to report to my own insurance company. I called my insurance company, they contacted Generations Auto Glass, Generations Auto Glass called me and told me when the OEM glass would be delivered and asked when I d like to bring my car. I dropped my car off that morning, a little late even, and they called me around noon to let me know my car was ready. Generations Glass had to recalibrate and deal with all the high tech stuff that goes along with replacing glass on a 22 Mercedes GLE450 but had no problems getting it handled. I didn t have to make an extra trip to Mercedes where I know that it wouldn t have been this simple.If you have insurance or don t, definitely let Generations Glass handle it and save yourself money and time. Not to mention they are just kind, down to earth people that are so easy to work with.

They did superb work. More importantly they kept excellent faith with me and went well beyond my reasonable expectations, including their interactions with my insurance company and how they handled my claim. I cannot recommend them enough. They are now my preferred shop for glass work. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

The owner was very respectful and professional. From the moment we showed up we were his number 1 priority. Him and his employee were quick, efficient, and careful. Three things that ought to be common in business, but are hard to come by. The price was fair and square, and well under what most autoglass companies would have quoted us.To not bring your vehicles here when they need repair is a mistake.Services: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I has a horrible experience with someone breaking my window and stealing. But Generations Auto Glass made it all better. Super fast service they came to me and replaced the window and even cleaned up the broken glass. Reasonable prices and nice people and even better experience. I made calls to two other windshield repair places. Both transferred me to a website for a quote. Both quotes were twice as much as what Generations charged. When I called Generations someone actually answered the phone and was at the house 30 minutes later. Work was completed very quickly and it looked great!
