Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff and great service. They got to my vehicle ahead of schedule, finished quickly and the work was perfect. The alignment made a huge difference in the driving performance of my car.

Kate is absolutely wonderful. We were in an emergency with a rental car and got us taken care of immediately. Can't recommend this place more, if 10 stars were possible, I'd give it!

It's one of the worst places to get car repairs done at. Scheduled a front-end alignment for 11 the next day. Dropped the car off at 10:30 and was told Scheduled appointments online do not hold up in store. However, they should have it done early afternoon. For a one hour job that was scheduled on their website. I called at 2:45 and they hadn't started it, another car was ahead of ours and it would be 4:30 or 5 before it would be finished. After explaining, we had an appointment, and its been there since 10:30 he said they will start it and should be done by 3:30. It's 4, and they are finally backing it out

I thought the price for the tires was ridiculously high. $400.00 per tire? That's insane. The counter person told me my car was an 'odd size' 19 inch wheel, but i was completely floored when the price went form $175.00 per tire to over $400 per tire. i looked on tire rack .com and there are a least 4 other tires that are less than $400.00 each. and are 19 inch.

My parents are in from out of town and were headed home yesterday around 430pm when they got a screw in a tire. I explained the situation to someone at this location and was told they should come by first thing this morning since service is first come first serve. They stayed with me overnight and showed up 30 minutes before opening but were told that their tire couldn't be fixed before 2 or 3pm since six other cars had been dropped off overnight and were in line ahead of them. None of the other vehicle owners were there, and nobody told us yesterday that cars could be dropped off overnight to get in line today. We were explicitly told to be there first thing in the morning to get fast service.Another customer arrived as my parents were having this conversation, and it turns out he was told the same lie yesterday and is now in the same position ahead of an out of town trip.They have one tech working today.

At first I was very disappointed in the service I received but the manager at the Rodney parham location assured me I had nothing to worry about and she was 100% correct. She handled my issue with professionalism and guided me through their process and everything was fixed accordingly. She is amazing and definitely a plus to have. Where to start unprofessional, check, scare motorist, check things. Their customers don t know a thing or two about cars check came in to because my car took some damage coming back from Hot Springs and it had some debris in one of my tires which can be patched. It was done by someone else later this afternoon, they tried to tell me that I had to replace all four of my tires either my for the other three tires are brand new well I mean brand new I purchased them two weeks ago Now on top of that I am scheduled for appointment at 10. I get there at 9:30 to drop off my car and the manager can t find it anywhere in their system so I try to make entire excuses I will get you taken care of. Because he didn t do his job and confirm my appointment then he put it to someone else.So I go waste a part of my morning waiting for them to call me and let me know when he s to happen get there and I told him my car is done. Other version is done is they didn t do any and then start trying to tell me that I need all four tires.

Our Nissan central needed its 50,000 mile check up, and the experts at Firestone did a great job. Yes, I said that, but it runs well, and they replaced the struts and two tires, but they said that we have taken good care of the car, and not much was wrong with it. They did a great job, and did not up-sell me. It is ready for holiday travel.

Drove here with a popped tire, only place supposed to be open. They re not open and when I called another location they hung up on me. Horrible service.

I used to be a die hard firestone customer. I went to this location before 8AM twice this week and was turned away both times. The first time, the guy at the front counter told me they DO NOT make appointments but promised me that "if you are here at 7AM tomorrow we can get you in". So I got up at 530, arranged for a ride to come get me at 7AM as I was told to be there AT 7AM. I get there and this less than pleasant woman tells me "we are not taking anymore oil changes today". My response was "no, I was told yesterday to be here at 7 AM and now I am here" and she just blankly stared at me. I then inquired about an appointment (which the guy yesterday had said they DID NOT DO) and she told me the earliest appointment was the first week of July. Today is May 16th.If you value a business that cares about you, your money, and your time DO NOT go to the Rodney Parham location.Service: Oil change

Update: Its been 3 weeks today since taking our car to firestone and 3 weeks since opening a claim. Today that claim got denied. We are trying to appeal it. Please don't ever use firestonne.they will mess your car up and then wont take responsibility.At this moment I would give them zero stars if I could. My husband took our car in today to get the starter checked. They ended up replacing the starter and did a diagnostic to see why the check engine light was on. It turned out it was the oil sensor. So they changed it and changed the oil. After they finished my husband left. Didn't get far and the car started vibrating bad. So he turned around and went back. They said it wasn't doing that when they finished. So they looked at it. Said it could be something within the engine but wasn't nothing they could do. So he asked for the manager. The manager never came and talked to him so he carefully drove the car home. The manager finally called him back and said must of been some sludge or something when they changed the oil and it messed up the pistons. And again nothing he could do that we would have to take it to a dealership. He said he would refund him the oil change, the diagnostic test and sensor. That is great and all but my car isn't driveable right now because of something they did. I have already put a call into corporate and I'm waiting to hear back. This is unacceptable. Will update once I hear back from corporate.Service: Oil change

Went here today needing a tune up and was told that they were tied down with only 1 technician. Well if they didn't want to work they should have stayed home. I know it's raining and we get a little lazy, but the lady at the front desk clearly lied to me. There was not 1 car in that garage and 2 technicians sitting on their behinds!! I didn't want to waste my air arguing with ignorance. Do better please with who you staff to serve your customers.

I went to this branch to inquire about tires. The staff here are very friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable and give the customer the right advice. Outside of parts taking a little longer than expected to arrive my experience with firestone was absolutely great. The staff was professional and courteous as well. I left confident that my truck was fixed and for less than quoted elsewhere!

As others have said, they will straight lie to your face here. They have no interest in helping you or making sure you are satisfied. They make you jump through hoops like its a privilege to get your work done here. It used to be good, but new service staff do not belong in customer service as they are unable to handle working with people. They lie to cover their ignorance and gouge you with huge markups on parts. Then steal from you by not giving you your old parts back. Do not go here!

Updated review: The service quality has gone down significantly in the last couple of years. They blamed me for messing up my car when it was fine going in and then messed up power steering when I left. That cost $3,400.00 to fix with no accountability. Thanks a lot Firestone. Staff is not nearly as nice as they used to be. The guy I worked with, Larry, is gone. Found a new tire place that is way better and didn't mess my car up.Original Review: Go see Larry over there. I've known him for years, since before he worked at Firestone. An excellent, genuinely nice and honest person. He will help you out with anything you need and give you a straight answer. I trust Larry with all my mechanical needs.

My mom's Subaru battery died in our driveway, so after getting a jump we were able to drop it off here and the battery was replaced and we were good to go by end of day. Very professional and courteous staff.

They have poor customer service, and do not make their customers their priority: they turn away business and always say come back to pick up your vehicle. This is the worse Firestone ever.

Went in a couple of weeks ago and got a quote on 4 tires that I'd been researching online. I was really pleased with the price because they were running a promotion at the time for $100 off.Today: I drop my car off and they put the tires on quickly (but not too quickly : 1hr) and I walk back across the street to pick up and pay. To my surprise it was $100 more than I expected because the promotion had ended. The guys there took care of me though and gave me 80% of the promotion ($80) off. They were also very polite in addition to their quick service and just being decent guys.

Made an appointment online, and the confirmation email explicitly said "If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that s convenient for you."I was not contacted, and after I drove there, I was informed they would not be able to get my vehicle serviced.

They'll lie to you Dropped car off at 10 am. Called around 2pm and they said there were a couple in front of mine. Called again at 5pm and was told "they're about to pull it in" it'll be ready in an hour. That was a lie. They didn't even try to work on my car. Would not recommend this place.

This place saved the day for me! We had an unexpected flat tire on Labor Day and everywhere was closed. This place was about to close as well, but they stayed late until I could get there with the tire. These guys are the best! Thank you!
